Super peaceful walk. Super close to town really easy to get to, nice parking. Always nice people if you see any. Nice half mile walk to one side and a one mile walk on the other. I take my son walking on all the trails around here and he really liked this one being able to see out in the open and then getting into the trees. Its also nice that they provided a large covered area that is perfect to sit down and have lunch with your family at or just take a break after your walk. And it plenty of space for social distancing. Thank you for having the park open to the public.

Easy to access with well marked parking lot. Restrooms are at the parking area. Another half mile walk down to the trail start at the barn. Theres a bald eagle pair that nests every year on the right / north trail river bend You can go left or right about one mile each way. This is a slow pedestrian traffic area.

Good trail. Full of grass. No good access to river. Trail runs parallel to Chehalis River.

Just beautiful! There are signs that lead to the parking lot. To get to the trail head start walking from the parking lot further down the road. There is a sign and a pedestrian entry gate. This trail is flat and stroller friendly.

Wonderful easy trail to walk. Easy access to the river on dedicated trails. Nice and peaceful

I can only give it three stars because we only did half on the trail. The signage from the parking lot to the trail is nonexistent, but we accidently found the trail. Only did the left fork which was OK, but not really along the river. It was in the field but it was easy and pretty. We plan to do the rest of the hike later this summer and Ill update this if it is warranted. A good hike if youve got little kids or are feeling lazy.

Love this little hidden trail!!! Breeding pair of bald eagles and so much nature and farmland to enjoy. Its great for a nature hike with the kids and pets

Pleasantly surprised... can walk a good amount ...And by the river a bit... & some forest ....and I saw some deer

Great easy hike for family and dogs

Fun. Watch out for the no turn around signs. We didnt see them because we were following GPS. Encountered a very angry property owner because we accidently went too far and didnt realize it.

Little bit of a walk about a mile and a half but was gorgeous and definitely worth it

Beautiful stroll with the family to the waterfront. Unpaved but very wide and cleared of growth. Not far off the main highway, yet feels quite secluded and quiet at times. We enjoyed this as a meeting point to have lunch and it served its purpose well.

Easy trail for the whole family, upkept of trails and clean of trash

This was a great and quiet place for a walk. Thought it could use some pictures so everyone can see what it has to offer. All my pics are from the 1/2 mile trail to the left. The other option is the 1 mile trail to the right, maybe next time. It definitely had more of a windy maze type path once you get half way thru it, which makes it a bit more fun and interesting. Hope you enjoy. I Forgot to take a pic of the parking lot and bathroom which is about 2 blocks away from the entrance and is in front of the water management of Centralia, something like that.

Very nice place. Went there for blackberry picking on the trail. Had a very nice experience going there the first time. Great to take young kids.

Nice little trail to walk. Not to scenic.

Really difficult to find but worth the trouble.

Great place to take your dogs on a walk, trail to the left takes you down to the river. Trail to the right about a mile long.

Too many bully - runners that think they own the place and have zero care to move aside for those less ambulatory older folks.

I love walking the trail. What a great place and close to town.

Nice walking trail along river. Clean & plenty of cans to drop off your dog poop bags.

Great place for a walk and some nature views

This place is awesome! Got to see some deers and two eagles flying over the water.

The signs and advertisements show that it is a bike trail but unless you are mountain biking I would NOT recommend this! There were so many ruts and bumps that it was very unpleasant. Plus the weeds are so overgrown that you only get fleeting glances of the river. Very dissapointing trip.

Very nice Trail that goes through a working farm. You definetly need your walking shoes for this one
