Great family park skate park next to it playground water accessible beautiful great for sports bikes walking runners and more

I wouldnt trust a lot of people who walk through the park. Watch your kids like a hawk! There is a river and an edge that is steep so again keep a close eye on the kiddos. Cool skate park, and ramps, Fun play grounds, bathrooms. A walking or riding circle going around the outskirts of the park. Kids loved it there.

Had a great afternoon at skate park with 2 grandkids. So happy to see wonderful improvements and new playground equipment

Here for the skate and bmx Park! Needs some work on a couple holes otherwise its a decent place

Nice little park, with river access and right off the freeway.Have had a number of family gatherings here over the years utilizing shelters and plenty of parking.

Smaller than expected but a good place to visit. Beautiful riverside park. I will be back!

Took my dog here while in town to train her. We only saw a small area of the park, but it was pretty clean and well maintained. There were families walking on the trail, and playing together at the park. Peaceful and pretty.

Love this park. Would give 4 stars unfortunately there has been garbage left by homeless people living in the wooded areas. PICKUP YOUR GARBAGE! (I try and pickup garbage whenever I can)

What good is a park if the bathrooms are closed

This place has covered benches and a park to play at. Also there is a nice view of the river. Located in the parking lot is a skate park. this park is also close to Safeway and a lot of other places to eat or shop. Its a family favorite for meeting to catch up.

The park was closed just minutes before we got there due to a water being unavailable at faucets and fountains. Disappointing after a two-hour drive to meet family.

I guess this isnt directly the parks fault, but it would be nice if people could respect others and not smoke so close to where children are playing. I know were outside, but if youre standing right next to the gravel or wood chips...well we can still smell it.

It has been slowly becoming a bit overgrown with time and a lack of funds, the benches and toys are slowly falling into gradual disrepair but even with all that it is still a very nice quiet nature walk along the river in a lazy Sunday afternoon with a friend.There is a myriad of little animals scurrying along in the damp leaves and the river flowing in he background. There is an occasional jogger or dog walker since it is a city park in them Id let of the city

Riverside park has a free skate park, a playground for the kids. It also has a wonderful view of the skookumchuck river with plenty of trails to the water. There is a large grass field and dugouts. This park even has a trail littered with workout stations for circuit training. Wonderful park for the whole family!

My 4 yr old loves riding his bike in the skate park and finding squirrels in the park. Something for everyone here! Spaces for BBQ, shaded areas, open field for field sports. DiAmond in the ruff!

Great place to hang out.

The childrens playground appears to be maintained :) The par course is another story all together :( The park has a huge well maintained skate board park on which a number of children were driving scooters. :) So, not so much for me, but the children were having fun.

Nice place to go for a walk has a skate park as well and some toys for the younger children

The park is right but the river which is awesome during the summer. There is a playground for the kind to play on plus there is a skate park too.

My kids really like this park, there are lots of kids there age that play here and it feels safe

Great little park! Short (4 tenths) walking trail, doggie bags (so please scoop the poop!), trash cans, picnic shelters, horseshoe pits, play area and field. Good place for a short walk with the dogs! Theres also a restroom but I didnt check it out.

It was exactly what Ive grown accustomed to it being.... Nearly uninhabited so very peaceful and serene. Park maintenance does need to do something about the ever present overflowing trash containers.

Beautiful well kept place to be as long as you can overlook the crack and heroin addicts nearby.

Park itself isnt bad. The bathrooms were so dirty. We left and used a restaurant bathroom

The river and park are beautiful this time of year

Lovely for our church service & picnic afterwards with large covered shelter we reserved for setting out food. Lots of shade & nice playground. Restrooms close by. Access to Skookumchuck River for wading or swimming but no lifeguard. Be careful of the fairly swift current this time of yr. Its a hidden treasure near the Centralia Outlets on the east side of I-5.

Kids love the skate park in the front & the river in the back & its a huge open swimming whole not to deep not to shallow perfect for the kids to play & swimming & lots of room to lay on the bank ^ watch them the whole time

It a great park to just let my little one just burn out his energy. He has learned a lot playing there and meets lots of local kids his age, huge plus. And also it has a nice skate park. I dont skate but it is big.

Not a big park but usually lots of open space and covered picknic tables.

A nice place to walk unless weather has been rainy. T-ball is fun to watch, but bring your on chairs.

We had a birthday party on what was supposed to be a very rainy day with thunderstorms. Riverside rotary park is nice,clean has a great playground for a variety of ages. Its by the river and a skateboard park. The park has three covered picnic areas. We got one by the playground. We had over 28 guests. The weather turned out perfect. Windy enough for flying the kite birthday present and blow bubbles. A lot of people were enjoying one of the last weekends before fall. It waa a great time! Thanks rotary club for making the park nice!!

The centrailibunk skatepark resides in this park. A worthy visit for you hesh daddies who wanna skate and have a park for your kids who arent about the sesh. Shred lords, local lords, parent lords, fun lords ♡

Too many shady characters hanging around. Lots of teenagers in their loud cars blaring obscene music filling the air with smoke. The kids found used needles in the playground under the toys. The bathrooms are BEYOND disgusting, like unusable. So gross. Def not a safe or enjoyable place to hang out with yer kids at.

Skatepark makes the area look trashy! Not to mention the people who are on the river bank smoking weed! If you have kids, this park is not the best!

Skatepark is decent! Hips ledges and pyramids. Quarterpipes and huge roll ins. Good people and open till it gets dark.

If looking for a relaxing place for family fun and entertainment, emmaculant trees. First stroll around the park to know your surrounding if you have children. But watch your children , there is a relaxing river ( creek ) they may seek out. Safety first. Then there is a cement roller park for skateboarding and bicycles roll, jump and land bring bandages because as kids do we might get a owie or three. Your imagination just begins when you start finding agates what finds. Animals allowed on leash. Now it is the whole family. Good thing is there is no sign that says you cannot bring friends. Very nice picnic grounds also. The secret to any place is be alert to what the mind will create unknowingly fantasized or real, it is to mark a chapter in your life as family and friends .

Nice playground but it was being used by ditching teens when we went. Also there was a woman shooting up in the bathroom and shady people milling around an RV in the parking lot. Scary for 2 women with little kids.

Beautiful park bordering river with recreational fun. Park includes baseball fields, horse shoe toss, walking path, path side exercises, children toys, and picnic areas. A great place to spend a day with family.

Nice park just dont like how homeless or druggies take over the trails. But its a cool park besides cant take the kids on Lil hikes in the trails.

The bathrooms are finally open which helps not having a stinky dirty porta potty as the only restroom.

Skate park, updated playground, exercise path, and river access just off the freeway and near Burgerville!

A nice lady told us about it and we decided to bring our dog over. She loves running in it and the nature vibe is pretty cool :)

This beautiful park really needs a facelift.

Disappointed with the upkeep. Used to be a nice place but has fallen down in maintenance and repair.

Closed for winter, but a very welcome porta potty was available. Quiet park well maintained, with a roller blade/skate board area.

Nice and big park, but not maintained. Restrooms were locked with a nasty honeybucket as an alternate. The grass is in urgent need of mowing.For the one and half hours we were there, there were atleast 3 groups of smokers happily smoking around the kids play area.

Dirty sad that the city will let the homeless destroy the place. Cant go by the water because its now a dirty camp

Quite a nice park, with an impressive playground that just got better with the addition of more toys. Full bathrooms, covered picnic tables, and a basic baseball field are also there.

Ok. Park. Like the newer playground for kids. But park not as nice taken care of.
