Have been here over 2 years and love it. Nice big lots, friendly and respectful neighbors, and great management. Definitely a community.

Ive been at timber ridge for 2 years and love the community feel of the place , and my spacious yard ... and the help i get from the managers is just unmatched .. beautiful place to live .

Been here a year now and still amazed at how calm and quiet the neighborhood always is. Wouldnt even call it a trailer park, occupied by regular respectable people who mind their own. Its nice to let my girls go outside and play without worrying about whos lurking or acting crazy. Landlords are super nice and run a tight ship.

Been here 4 almost 3 years and 4 the most part its not a bad place 2 live, it has its issues just like any place, its a good starter place 4 a family or single parents like myself, if i had 2 say anything bad about this place it would b that the trailers need 2 b updated, management is pretty good about things, people stay 2 there self and dont cause problems and stay n there on business

Big mobile home park. Hard to find the number of the trailer your looking for. Needs a bit of a touch up. Other than a few things like that. Looked real quite there
