Bruce dosent even care he is shady and does many weird things around the park and dosent fix the traliers

The fact that people think that this is the greatest trailer park in town is ridiculous. I have photos show in the inside of this trailer we rented from them. They didnt even put a window in my daughters room in till three weeks of asking them to do it. There were no handrails my son is handicapped and he continued to fall. There was mold there was holes in my walls. they took advantage of us because we had nowhere to go. My kitchen. Had a door they put a single piece of plywood over. I had a hole in my living room ceiling that they took a piece of sheetrock over and left. And they had the nerve to tell me that this place passed inspection. My friend or wait and when I say lead I mean waterfalls. The maintenance guy told me that he would be there the next day to put in a new door and it was never replaced. My husband had to put in our appliances himself. It took them three days to bring me a stove and my kids were living off of microwave food. And when they brought the stove they left it sitting outside. They gave us seven days to move out and entered my home and remove my items before my 7 days was up. Theres thieves and slumlords. AND THIS WAS UNDER THE NEW MANAGEMENT. 6/19/2019

Its going to make a positive. In improvement on the complete park. I personally know the owners and whats in store for the park, and I know cause I will be doing much of the work. D & E Contracting, with the owners will make it a great place to live.

Area is rundown. Parts of it look like a war zone. Burned trailers are hazardous. Went into one trailer and there was wires hanging out of the ceiling. I was touring the trailer before I was going to rent it. Lots of code enforcement violations. Dont understand how they can say they are quality area homes. They are not. Some repairs were done but they left exposed wires where the electrical outlets were. Holes in floors with laminated covering so you cant see that no wood is there. Place looks like homes need to be condemned instead of renting out. I would be scared to live there. Porches and steps have nails sticking out and scratch you as you use the handrails. They need serious help to remain in business. Maintenance people taking rent money for office manager and several homes need work but they sit there month after month with nothing done. This place needs regulatory improvements and State Inspectors showed go in anonymous to catch the violations. Tenants shouldnt have to deal with threats from Management when they ask for basic rights of a good space that is well maintained for normal expectations. I know of residents in there, afraid to advise of violations due to threats from property management of being evicted. There are no heating systems functioning in any trailer. Maintenance cuts corners to put fuses in that pop during the night when too much drain from the provided electric heaters come on to keep tenants from freezing temperatures. To me, it is not a nice place to live when you are threatened eviction when you ask management to repair items not done prior to moving in. Then they want to say you made the holes and charge you for the repairs, even when they know those holes were already existing when you rented your trailer. Shoddy workmanship, fire hazards, threats of harm and code violations. Sad and people live in fear because they need a place to live and community manager is unworthy to run the establishment. Someone needs to secretly visit and record the dangers. Unethical behavior of a business.

This is one of the nicest mobile home parks in town!

Price to rent very high, people fighting verbally & w/knives, electrical outlets bad enough to melt the objects pug-in you may use, wireing under outlet covers black and melted.

They suck lived there for only a few months doors wouldnt look all the way people always screaming and yelling and would not control there kids they need to destroy that whole place
