Ive had the displeasure of speaking with the manager and hopefully Ill never have to do that again. But regarding the conditions, I can say they are as pictured and as some have described. I would prefer to not live somewhere like this, however in all honesty this is all some can afford. Ive been in the position that I had to live somewhere similar. I just hope they make them as clean as possible, just because someones income is at poverty level doesnt warrant treating them like trash or making them live in it.

There isnt even ONE trailer here that is up to code for even a pet to live in much less a human ! PLEASE DONT trust these people at all. Theyve lied, cheated & stole from people & they dont hold themselves accountable for anything they say they will do. This place should be shut down & the existing tenants moved to more humane homes.
