We love Gymboree. I have taken both of my children here over the years. They are professional, fun, attentive, friendly, and caring.When Covid-19 hit we were so sad to not be able to visit anymore. When they reopened, the protocols they put in place to protect everyone was impressive and we decided to go back. Im so thankful to have Gymboree and to not have to worry. They keep the place immaculate, clean and sanitize after each class, class sizes are very small, they do temperature checks, and all adults wear masks.I recommend Gymboree to anyone with young kids. Its an air conditioned playgroundb for babies and toddlers, with interactive teachers. And they offer all kinds of classes, from age appropriate interactive play and development, art, music, and school skills for 3-5 year olds. The price is beyond reasonable for the unlimited classes. Who wouldnt love all that?

My son enjoyed the classes but after a few months we wanted a change. I froze my account and then tried to cancel. Im really disappointed with how it was handled. They didnt honor my written cancellation becuase I sent it to a different email address. I had planned to sign him up again in the fall but given the way it was handled we are going to go with another kids play gym instead.A couple of months ago they made a mistake and charged me during my freeze. They gave me a refund then so now saying that they cannot give me a refund because I sent it to another email address is frustrating and two-sided.

Andy is amazing if you’re able to take her class Facilities are clean and well kept, play area changes regularly so it never gets old for the kids, super hands on owner, and frequent fun events that are FREE for members and super reasonable for everyone else! My daughter loooves Gymboree and I love how community is grown here!

My son (22 months) LOVES Gymboree play and music! He is always ready to play there. Ms. Andy and Ms. Sarah are great with kids. The place is clean and organized. I recommend to my friends and now they love it too!

The staff is wonderful and the venue has so many things for my son to do. From music to art and play, theres always something exciting we can do. I purchased the 10 class pass, which has given us the opportunity to try lots of different classes. Family art is wonderful and the music is the best Ive seen. Open play is amazing! He can run, jump and climb until he collapses from exhaustion. He always falls asleep on the ride home. Thank you Gymboree for being awesome!

Joined a few classes with my 3 year old and 5 month old. Loved the happy and friendly atmosphere there.

Arrived early for trial preschool class listed on website for 6/21 from 10-11:15. Only 1 staff member present and she started class with 1 child on the gym. I was talking to another adult and waited for someone else to arrive and start the other class when I noticed on their schedule that it said the class I was registered for was yesterday. I double checked online and the days didnt match. This whole time the teacher in the open room could see me and never acknowledged my presence. I tried to linger and my kid was taking off shoes and trying to get in the gym. Still no acknowledgement of me. She could have asked what I needed. It was too loud for me to shout over the music from outside the barrier. I am so disappointed. Wont be returning even for free.

My 2-year-old always has a great time playing at Gymboree in Cedar Park. The staff make it fun, safe, and all about the kids!

Decent place, clean, but not for kids above 2 years, very simplistic experience for older kids.

Showed up at 315 to play, doors were locked no sign of why they were closed?!
