Great place and friendly environment to take the kids to paint, cant wait to take them back.

Love this place!!! Highly recommend. Great for kids and young at heart adults. You pick a item to paint and come back in a week to pick it up. The employees today were super attentive and made you feel welcome the moment you arrive. No pushing to sale you items. They give you as much time as you need to complete your masterpiece. Very relaxing.

This place is such a neat concept, it’s too bad the lady running it has no social grace. She corrected my 3 year old several times on how to paint correctly. She pulled my kids by the arm several times. It was very uncomfortable. I was hoping for a fun, relaxed environment. Instead I had a person mothering my children. I will not be going back.

Took my family here for something fun to do while we were all together. It was 16 of us and we spent nearly $500 here. You would think with such a large order they would take a little bit of care to make sure everything is done correctly. But we had to return 4 times to pick up items because they kept misplacing items. I had to ship these items out to my family so it made it very difficult when I didn’t get everything back that I paid good money for. We did have a good time which is why it’s not a 1 star review, but like several other of the bad reviews here it’s a problem with management. Maybe if the owner cannot handle these items, or birthday parties, she should hire a manager that can and would not have to worry about these bad experiences.

I’ve come here several times and always had a great experience. The people who work there, and especially the owner, are very nice. They have a larger selection of pottery than any other place I’ve been. And the place has a nice, clean, relaxed atmosphere. Regarding the review that said the owner was rude at their birthday party—I’ve seen kids parties there and even had one for my child. It gets chaotic and loud quickly, with paint all over the place and delicate pottery. I can see why the owner would need to take charge. If you’re ultra-sensitive that could hurt your feelings I suppose.

I have never had a more painful birthday party experience. The owner was rude and yelling at the guests the entire visit. The first comment she made to everyone was, I need all of the parents to get out of the way. I do not need your help and do not need you in the way. My daughter picked her ceramic to paint but because she was unaware of all the choices until other kids had other pieces placed on the table, she changed her mind. The owner said, No, you cant succumb to peer pressure, you cant change your mind. So, she ended up painting a figure she didnt want to paint. It would have taken 2 seconds to hand her another figurine. The owner also shooed me away every time my daughter tried to talk to me, saying I couldnt interfere.She told the parent of the birthday party that she needed to get rid of the balloons because they would be in the way. Every time a child got out of their chair, she would yell at them and tell them to sit down.This woman obviously cannot handle childrens birthday parties so I am unsure why they host them. Every parent at this party kept looking at each other in disbelief. The owner at one point told me she couldnt wait for it to be over because it had been a long day. I thought she must be having a bad day but a parent at the party told me she had heard from another parent that this happened to her at an event here before.I believe the owner knows that her behavior is out of line because she made a comment to the group at one point saying, Yeah I know Im mean.I definitely would not go back here.

Huge selection. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Refuses to answer the phones. What is the point of having a number if you refuse to answer it. Irritating to say the least. Called atleast 10 times. Not worthy of even 1 star to me.

Great experience, took my 2 year old here to do a mothers day mug. The woman that helped us was very helpful and patient with my 2 year old.

They may be a bit pricey but they are definitely worth it. I love all the cool stencils and paints.

Very poorly managed business. A rude, very awkward, and inconsiderate owner. Go to Marmalade Skies or Cafe Monet instead.
