Outstanding service. I needed two pictures framed in a hurry. Took them in on Wednesday, asked for them back on Friday. Got a call on Thursday that they were ready. Excellent work. They looked great. An unbelievable number of frames to choose from. The woman that owns the place is extremely knowledgeable about framing and a joy to work with.

Ive been involved in the fine arts field one way or another for over 30 years and a big unsung hero is the paintings framer. I was very happy to discover Ursula at Hang Ups because she knows her stuff. I have dozens of paintings that need to be framed. Ursula has the experience to make all the projects I need completed feel manageable. Shes able to narrow the selection of frames down to a few workable options for each piece of art and Ive never had a problem with the craftsmanship of the finished products. Last but not least, their prices are competitive if not better than what others charge.

We found the prior reviews to be accurate.We had a large oil painting framed. We spent more about an hour with Ursula discussing options, picking frame and matte. We were impressed with her insight, artistic sense, and enthusiasm.Hang Ups provided high-quality service. We did not price compare with the big-box chain stores (Aaron Brothers, Michaels, etc.), so I cant comment specifically on a cost comparison, but I found the price charged at Hang Ups to be commensurate with the level of service and the quality of the work. It was a good value.We are returning soon with another piece of art. There is no other framer in the area that I would consider.

A great experience all around. A family run and fun place. Really took the time to go through the different options and played around with different ideas. Truly someone who enjoys what they do. Came in a week before Christmas and where able to get it done. Very happy.

I cannot say enough great things about Ursula! I had a jersey and ring I wanted framed for a gift and she brought my vision to life. She has a wide variety of frames and matboards to choose from to create a mock up of your frame. After meeting in her studio, I sent her the words for the plaque and the pictures to be added, and two weeks later it was ready. I couldnt be happier with the turnaround time and the finished product.

Owner did an excellent job of receiving me and did not overwhelm me with suggestions. She listened to what it was I was searching for in a frame and tailored her selection to my needs. Absolutely exhorbant prices. I just wanted a simple black frame with black matting for a uni degree and two certificates. Price quote for just one was $359 at their most basic. To get all three of my items done would likely have been more than a months rent!If you are looking to spend $$$$ they do have some very beautiful frames but if you just want something simple this isnt the shop to go to.

By far, the best frame shop I have ever been to. I brought in a large piece of counted cross stitch my aunt had given me and she framed it up perfectly. She found a mat that matched the fabric, not only the texture, but picked up the colors of the cross stitch as well. She said that the cross stitch fabric had warped a little, but she got it all squared up perfectly in the frame. It looks great! She did a wonderful job framing this piece of handwork and Im extremely happy with it. She knows her stuff! If you need someone to help you with colors/texture/feel of a mat and frame, Hang Ups is the place to go.

Hang Ups is a great family owned business. Udo did a fantastic job of restoration on an old photo from the 1950s that had been carried in a wallet for many years. He was able to clear the minute cracks and colorize the photo to bring it back to its original appearance. His previous experience as a professional photographer means he understands color, tint, shade and detail. Ursula prepared and packaged the finished project beautifully. I am very pleased and will return to this business.

Had some diplomas framed. They ended up beautiful. Ursula was very helpful with suggestions and getting everything just right. It took over two months to get four frames done though. They only finished them when i called to see what was taking so long. For the price I would have expected faster turn around and better customer service.

For any framing needs you have, this is the ONLY place to go. I came in with a couple of competition cutting pictures and part of an idea for a gift for my nephew. Ursula came up with an extremely cool design for me to sign it in a window to personalize it and picked a gorgeous frame. It is western but in a really uptown way, my brother has a gorgeous house and is extremely picky. (think Frasier) But when he sees it he is liable to want it to hang in his great room! And they did this in 2 days so I would have it when I go home to see them. This place rocks and will be the only place I ever have framing done.

I recently had a photo framed at Hang Ups and was extremely satisfied with the quality of service I received. The owner is an artist and has inspired me to have more valuable memorabilia framed. She can take the simplest item and turn it into a masterpiece with her well-trained eye and artistic skill. I highly recommend you take a look at her shop to see some of the work she has done. I brought an Asian screen here to see if they could help me hang it. My idea for hanging it seemed ok, but after consulting with Ursula, I ended up with a frame that went far beyond my expectations. Now the screen hangs in my dining room and is gives the room the WOW factor I was looking for. Ursula is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and does amazing work. I will definitely be back in the future with more projects and highly recommend you take your custom items to Hang Ups. Ursula and Hang Ups is amazing! A true gem of Cedar Park businesses.I came in with only a bare frame that I found in my parents garage and a photo and she turned it into a fantastic gift for my fiancé on our anniversary. From the very beginning to the very end, Ursula made the experience exciting and fun...when I let her have creative control over the piece (which I would highly recommend to those that lack an artistic eye) she flurried about her shop, picking the perfect combination for the photo. Needless to say, I couldnt be happier with the finished piece and it will look great in our living room. All in under a week.She also graciously showed me around her store, explaining in detail how she came up with the idea for every piece and what types of artifacts or pictures would look good in that particular frame. Most people just think of a big-name box retailer when they think of framing needs and if you live in the area I think that is a big mistake. The only drawback I can think of from visiting the store is now I walk around my house looking at everything and want to get it transformed into a show piece by getting it framed at Hang Ups! They might be a bit more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back!

Ive never gotten anything framed before, so I was a little unsure of myself.Going into unfamiliar situations is always nerve racking to me. Im positive the proprietors will notice this and either shoo me from the store or sell me something I dont want.Within 30 seconds of meeting Ursula, I was completely at ease. She took care of me with patience, understanding, and insight.I am incredibly pleased with the finished product.

This is a great place to get you framing done. I brought in a picture from a vacation and they did all the matting and framing for a huge picture and it turned out great. They know what they are doing and do it great.
