Its a grand place to live at! Nice and quiet living. A playground just up the road for children and George wyth. Very friendly community!

Giving it a 1 star isnt saying much. Its the worst place ever to live with all the drama and druggiesRules only apply to whoever will kiss their ass.If you can afford to live elsewhere I would highly recommend it

Nice little Mobile Home Park, quiet and well-manicured. Nice place to live.

Out of the parks in waterloo and Cedar falls this is a nice place to live. I see familys and the elderly injoyin them selves. Safe and titenet.
