Up and coming mobile home community. Steve is doing amazing things.

Lived there from 96 to 03. When I moved on think lot rent was 175, wasnt charged for water, the was a swimming pool, park was fairly new. Lot rent kept getting jacked up, then they started charging for water. Rules were enforced arbitrarily. Trailer park constantly broke the law by squeezing trailers to close to meet currently fire safety laws. Maintenance was an absolute joke. One friend found out she was actually paying for the street light. Had to threaten legal action and show them the code.

Good place to live but the management could be better

The management sucks the maintenance man doesnt do nothing and they have to rent every 6 months even though you own the trailer when I first moved in I paid 220 now my rent is up to 350

Streets in poor condition, kids running unsupervised at all hours, trailers in horrible condition, and police are there on a daily

New management seams to have only concerns for themselves and not for the best interests of the community

I lived there for one year, until my husband was treated with a weapon by our neighbor, as he was trying to get the battered wife help.Needless to say, even with a restraining order, the community manager did nothing to help the situation. (The manager could see & hear everything from our property because she lived right next door, too!)Other family members have lived there well over a decade and a community that was once VERY well kept and beautiful is now full of homes falling down. Half cut down trees, piles of old tire, duck pens and roads so dangerously pot-holed one could seriously damage ones car by trying to drive through the park without going 2 mph and hugging the curb! Shamefully, they are now requiring good tenants (pay rent, keep yard & homes looking nice) to go above and beyond to up keep their homes. These tenants are being threatened to take out loans with the mobile home community (on their rental accounts) if they are unable to afford said repairs, in order to do so. An example of this is citing a resident with needing to paint their home immediately.Shady and despicable! They do not care about residents.
