Roads have been patched, some older homes are being removed and replaced with new models. To correct a statement made by another contributor from 2 years ago, the water is supplied locally. The billing agency (ABT) is located in Beloit,WIsconsin. That company seems to specialize in mobile home courts. Like so many things in life, the place is what we make it.

We had an appointment with management to view a home. Not only was she late but there were several vendors waiting for her when we arrived.The roads are awful and when entering the park theres an eyesore of a home right up front. Ive given it two stars because it seems like a very diverse community which is great!They really need to fix the roads though.

Decent place to live. Lot rent is cheap and neighbors usually stick to there selves. Most people that visit are respectful when driving thru the park. It does get rambunctious during the night hours. Lots of traffic and loud exhausts/music. Used to live there and would again if needed be.

Dont move here. Its a cesspool. They always say they are trying to make it better, but they struggle to. Rent goes up every year, and they pot holes get worse. They struggle to keep the crackheads out. My family lived out here for years. Lock your car up, and dont leave anything of value in it.

Its a mobile home park so what can I say. Many newer homes, several obviously older. Grounds seem kept up for the most part. But they are close together and the driveway/streets are in need of repair.

To put it mildly, the overall look of the park is not eye candy. Management should really make their residents keep up on there property. Some of the mobile homes look like theyre vacant,rundown or belong in a junkyard. A lot of wild cats running around.

Any time we needed to speak to the park manager or needed something taken care of the office was closed hours before the posted time and the manager will just hide in her house so no one bothers her. Friends in the park have all told me the same thing.

Roads are constantly in a disastrous state. The trailer court fixes things at there speed sometimes not repairimg things for months or not fixing it at all. The office has water pumping into their yard. It has been that way for some time and they are in no hurry to fix it anytime soon. They get grants for the trailer court and dont ask residents for opinions on how to use the money. They spend it on what they feel the trailer court wants or needs.

Keep raiseing the lot rent. Water lines freeze up and water is supplied from out of state. No meters to charge a fixed rate by meter. They need to figure a better way to handle the trailer park. The roads are terrible and in need of repair.

People here are good. They just dont take very good of the roads. My family has live here for 7 monthes and it has gone down hill in that 7 monthes. They say they dont allow drugs in the park and when you go to tell someone they say it is none of your concern.

I lived in this park the first time back in 1981. This park 30 years ago was a nice place to live. It was locally owned and well managed. Now its run down, has potholes, drive ways in need of reapair over grown trees, shabby homes , dated park equipment and sketchy tenants The park is owned by investers who dont live in the US. They line their pockets with our money and spend it their country. They bully people from their privately owned homes to gain ownership and turn them into rental property so they can charge rent for the lot and the home. The park makes it financially impossiable to move your home out of the park so many folks have to forfiet their homes leaaving them to the park. Park managers are innapropriate and unprofessional. The only time you can find a manager on the property is when its time to pay lot rent. They make up rules as they go along and they can change without notice they inforce them only on select tenants while the rest do as they please seeminly un noticed. The water lines and sewer are in such bad shape CFU wont even supply it they have to get water threw a company from out of state. Your water bill will flex not by how much you use but by how much they want to charge. I lived there over 10 years and never saw a meter reader. I have friends that have been there even longer and the never have either. My neighbors were a family of 4 paying a 25 dollar a month bill while we were a family of 3 paying up to 80 dollars a month. Go ahead and take your complaint to management and good luck catching them in the office. Even if you do they wont do anything except tell you to pay it or they will shut you off. I would not park my camper there!!! They are so hard up for renters they have signs begging people and offering money to move there. Dont fall for it you will regret it.

The roads are terrible

My wife has to visit this dump for work related duties and their plow truck driver struck my wifes car while it was parked in the street. The truck driver and management team (aka South View) were generally uncooperative and refuse to take responsibility for their mistake as does their fly-by-night insurance company. We are beginning the process of suing them to get our vehicle repairs paid for.Bottom line avoid these guys if at all possible and beware of their not so bright plow truck driver.If he does mess your vehicle up insist on getting a police report and take lots of pictures, you will need them later.
