I never write reviews unless necessary and this location and management needs to know how terrible our customer experience was. We booked our escape room 20-30 minutes prior to the time. Being very excited for our group of friends to get together and have fun for the day, we looked forward to this adventure. Upon arriving we were told we booked for the wrong day through the app. We asked if another time today was available and we were told no since the manager on duty told us that he had a family dinner to attend. He called his manager, Andrea, and she spoke with our friend who booked. Andrea told us it was our fault and no refunds were allowed. She said it “wasn’t her problem but rather it was ours” and stated the online policy.The customer service from Andrea was terrible. A simple apology for our situation, acknowledgment of our concern, understanding that mistakes occur, and an offer to refund our money with a gracious and courteous tone would have been a simple solution. Rather, Andrea blamed us, told us to come another day, and clearly did not want our business. Customer service is paramount nowadays and clearly this manager could use some classes. Neither I, nor our friends, will ever return and encourage others to be wary of this management.

This was our second visit and we will definitely be going back to their new room. If you are into solving puzzles then you should check this place out. There are three different rooms with different challenge levels. So much fun and I cant wait to go back! Clean place with a fun and friendly staff! A++

It was fun but the room was smaller than I expected. I have been to escape rooms for the same price per person that have been larger and more complex/high tech. Regardless, our group of 10 people really enjoyed the pirate room. A good time was had by all. Easy parking, too which is always a plus!

While not the craziest escape room Ive done, it was well worth the price. The room was challenging and the staff member was friendly and helpful. Its a good way to spend an hour with friends or do some team-building. The parking situation may need some tweaking but it was still a lot of fun.

This place is amazing! Boyfriend and I bought this for the family for Christmas (5 of us- all adults) and we had such a blast!! Wed been to another escape room that was fun, but this one was far and away the best! It really took teamwork to get us all out in time, and we had such a great time doing it. The variety of puzzles that they have is fantastic. Cant wait to go back and try another room. We did the Saloon. Thanks for a great adventure!

Our group of six had a great time with the room, The Queen Annes Revenge; overall, it was quite challenging and made for a great mental adrenaline rush! The staff was very pleasant and helped to make sure we did not violate any parking regulations. The facility was well-maintained and everything in the room was functional (no broken keys, etc.). Highly recommended and would definitely consider going back to try the other rooms in the future!

Visited last week with a friend. The room that we had was on the difficult side based on the website, The Time Travel room. Being that it was only us two doing the room, I would say we did pretty good and had a lot of fun even though we didnt escape. Customer service was really well, she made sure we parked in the correct area and was pretty helpful overall. Take advantage of the 3 free clues at the right time lol. I would definitely go back and try a different room.

Great! I had never done an escape room before, so didnt really know what to expect. My girlfriend and I were with another group of 4 who we were paired with for Queen Annes Revenge. The puzzles were clever and we managed to complete the room with 4 minutes to go. Definitely would go again, but only with another groupon. Seems a bit pricey for what you get.

Used a Groupon to book the Wild West escape room. Upon walking into the room I was pretty impressed. The room was challenging, but it was a fun experience.Customer service was friendly.Would go here again!

I did the hardest level challenge and it was just the right level of difficulty for four of us who are all pretty good critical thinkers. We were able to get help when needed from a staff who was watching/listening the entire time (not as creepy as it sounds) so when a lock was not working properly he was able to come in and assist us.

Manager was absolutely rude. Zero customer service skills. Avoid the online service, booked for next available appointment and it booked us on the wrong day. We arrived to the location and we were informed of the situation. Employee called the manager and handed the phone over to our group member that booked the charge. We were informed there were no refunds or credits issued! The manager informed us; that’s your problem, not ours. Avoid this place at all costs and go to one of the other many escape rooms around the area.

My staff and I did a team building exercise here. It was a lot of fun!

Avoid and go to one of the many others in the area. Customer service is terrible, accusatory of guests for any issue. So many other options, save yourselves the hassle. Dont use the app or book online if you do decide to go. Paying in cash at the door might be fine in you decide to go, but in this day and age a cash only business is very outdated.

This was a fun surprise. The young lady on staff was friendly and helpful. Great for a group. (Go with smart, fun people)

The place is older but we had an absolute blast. It was difficult and we used almost all of the allotted time to complete the time travel room. Nice!

Simple, time consuming tasks, yet still a lot of fun. Staff was very welcoming. Parking was a pain, though the staff helped out with that as well. Enjoyable overall experience.

DONT DO THIS ALONE. Big mistake. Originally I had plans to go with my son and his family but plans were cancelled due to weather. I thought I had what it takes to complete this challenge on my own. I took a nap during the instructions so I didnt get the concept on how all of this works. I was looking at a book off the shelf until out of nowhere it spun around like a secret door leaving my alone in a dark creepy room. I was in there for almost 48 hours. Made friends with a towel, a coin and pringle to pass the time by. Its a good thing someone smelled the feces. I think Barbara will tag along next time, If shes interested.

My wife and I along with four other friends went to Escape this Live and had an amazing time!! I cant remember the room, but we picked the room that had a 20% success rate (its the room to the right when you walk in) and we did make it out with five minutes to spare. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean and the price was perfect for an hour of entertainment. The only negative about the entire experience is that the staff needs to replace the walkie-talkies they use to communicate with the players. The sound was horrible and it was nearly impossible to understand what they were saying.We had such a great time and Ive been talking about the experience time after time over the past few weeks and telling everyone I know about it. We cannot wait to go back and try one of the other rooms. Thank you for such a great time!

For people who think brain teasers and puzzles are a relaxing way to spend an hour, the Wild West and Time Traveler rooms are worth the trip.

Accidentally booked for wrong time. Spoke to manager andrea on phone who told us it was our problem and not hers and refused to give a refund. Horrible customer service.

Had TERRIBLE customer service with the manager! Extremely rude. Online scheduled our room for Thursday instead of Sunday and manager said that it was our problem when we asked for help/refund/credit.

Just the most amazing experience! Staff was very friendly and the clues were on point.
