Great family and pet hike. My six and seven year old had no problems. Stay on the dirt trail as there is cactus everywhere.

Fun quick hike, quiet and peaceful with plenty of places to sit and chill. Beware of cactus!

Nice loop walk with your dog. Keep dog on trail, theres alot of prickly pear cactus.

Pretty views nice trails awesome place to relax and walk around with few if any distractions. Please keep the place clean. There are wood benches to sit and enjoy the view and listen. To the birds and other animals. Take a camera or your phone very pictures await. Take your trash with you please.

This is a pretty great hike right in the middle of Castle Rock surrounded by apartments but you never see them because areas of this hike are a thick forest. Highly recommended if youre looking to get away from the city actually in the city!

Fun little 1.6-mile neighborhood loop hike but not the most scenic location. Just be aware that there are a lot of cacti along the trail as well!
