Went to take advantage of the Post-Covid $5 movie deal that Regal was advertising, but the movies were actually $10. We were excited so we paid anyway. We read online that they had protocol for the free refills theyve always done on large concessions so we bought some, but later were told Were not doing that very rudely. Absolutely wouldnt have bought a large if that were simply advertised beforehand. Theatres were clean but the sound from other theatres bleeds over considerably. I expected more from one of the most expensive theatres in town.

IMAX theaters are a much better experience. I really like the seats here.Concessions that move quickly? Nice!

Who is responsible for maintaining the parking lot for the theatre? People throw their trash every where including this parking lot and the front waste bins are overflowing. I cleaned up a while back to help but it is a mess again. Anyone? Interested in keeping our area clean.

My husband and I drove over 2 hours to visit this theater. It was well worth it!! The theater was beautiful and clean. The seats were spacious and comfy. The staff were polite and friendly. The price of the food was a bit high. We plan on returning next time an interesting movie comes to this theater!

Great and comfortable at home like seating with legroom and beautiful wildlife among other things. Great staff from ticket window to grill and the neat and tidy up keep through and though. Boss application I say, employee appreciation with client and daughter.

I view the operas live from Lincoln Center in new York.THE VIEW IS UNOBSTRUCTED. Parking is not a problem. The staff has always been courteous, friendly and helpful. Yesterday even the ticket taker told me his name so if there were any problems I should come to him.Extremely comfortable environment, clean concession stand and washrooms.

Good selection of movies.. ample parking.. bar menu..good food options..this cinema theatre serves its purpose completely. It is easily accessible and they have many screens to accommodate all tastes of movies. They even serve international movies. Seats are comfortable. I would suggest to book your tickets in advance/ online because this one is usually crowded.

Great atmosphere and always a great selection of movies. The staff are super friendly and understanding. The theaters with the recliners are also much better than I am used to. They are comfy, but still give the intimate movie experience.

This is a solid choice for a theater, lines arent too ridiculously long even for premiere movies. They have a decent selection of food and drinks, and the prices are on par with most theaters. The biggest takeaway with this location is the IMAX which is not as big as most, but the sound is 100% better. The seats have yet to recline which is why I couldnt give it a whole 5 Stars.

Loved it! Reclining seats!! Yeah get me a bag of popcorn and a drink sink right into a great movie almost like being at home as far as comfort...out of this world screen.

Went to this theater on some sneak preview tickets, and my friend and I didnt show up that early. That meant the the theater was almost full, but we found two seats on the back row, in the corner. Seats were comfortable, view was great, my friend got cheese sticks that she enjoyed. All in all, a very good experience!

This is my favorite Cinema complex with good audio system in each theater. I have seen a number of movies there. Most theaters in the complex have comfortable recliner seats and all theaters have stadium seating. The standing area near urinals in Mens restrooms could be a bit cleaner.

Im a Regal unlimited member. I love going to the movies. This is a very nice theater, with reclining seats, and even a full bar. With so much attention to details, why cant they serve great popcorn? Yesterday, others may have received the large kernals, but I received only dry, tasteless chaff! I would like my $8 back, please!

Even though its an older theater, its still a nice place to see a movie. They say recliners in the seating description. Not so much lazy boy type recliner, but the backrest springs back a few inches. IMAX and standard screens.

Nice, clean & have good deals on certain days. The food & snacks have really gotten better & yes it can be a lil pricey but come on you deserve it. There is a gentleman Lane that works there that goes above & beyond to make it a great time for you.

Beste movie theater I have ever visited. Sorry Berlin Sony Center, you are second best but this one has huge reclining seats.

Saw a TCM classic film here on a smaller screen. Great sound, beautiful picture, so comfy. Love the privacy from the wide aisles and partitions but the high walls block the screen. Four stars.

We came to spend the last weekend of the state fair, arrived here Friday night checked into our hotel late and looked.to see if just maybe we could catch a late night/early am show and luckily we did and just what we wanted to see, Madea BOO!! Enjoyed the reclined seats and very spacious, employees were extremely nice.. Loved it and plan on returning.

Good basic theater. Reclining assigned seats and good screens. Theres a small bar and IMAX too. Close to a lot of other things so can easily be part of an evening out

My kids went to see that special release cartoon movie here and I saw maleficent. The employees were lovely and we had such a good time. Love the recliners.

Good location, right off of 40 and 64. Nice interior and comfortable, clean seats so that you can stretch-out and enjoy the entertainment. Regular food choices but they also have a bar so if you want to have a drink with your movie, they have you covered.

Waited in line for concessions for OVER 20 MINUTES at Regal Crossroads 20 today. When I chose a concession line, there were 2 registers open and I chose the shortest line. Then, a 3rd register opened about 10 minutes later. Customers from the line I wasnt in started splitting off to the second and third register when they got to the front of the line. The line I was in didnt move for several minutes. At all. Minutes later a manager, Brent Guy, brought hot food out to some customers who had already placed their orders. I got his attention and let him know about the situation. Brent did not seem the slightest bit concerned about the situation. He said that the third register had been open all along, which was not the case. I let him know that the mothers ahead of me and behind me in line had also watched the situation unfold; there were only 2 registers open when we got in line. Brent was very rude and didnt do anything to help myself or the other customers in the line that we had been in for 20 minutes by that point. Eventually I got the drinks I had been in line for. I grabbed straws and napkins for my daughter and I--- and there werent any napkins. When Brent reappeared from the back with hot food for another customer, I asked him for napkins. Two- yes, two- trips back from the kitchen later, he brought out napkins and I could finally see the movie with my daughter. By this time, my daughter and I had missed the previews and several minutes of the movie we had come to see. Crossroads 20 has been my favorite movie theater for years. We drove past our local theater to be here today! I cant explain how disappointed and disgusted I am by manager Brent Guy. His lack of customer service was appalling and ruined our mother-daughter movie outing.

Update:Since my original post weve visited here two more times. This is definitely our favorite cinema! Everything is kept nice and clean. We love the new motorized, reclining chairs in all the theaters. They are very spacious and you can be stretched all the way out and still not have to worry about someone climbing over you to leave. We also love being able to reserve our seats in advance.Still disappointing are some of the workers scanning tickets. The last didnt offer to give us our promotional items that came with our tickets and the reason was there arent many left. Ok, so what? You have to give them away to someone at some point.Original:This is a nice cinema. I really enjoyed my last visit. We were in, I believe, Theater #11 which I had never been in before. It is a small theater with oversized, cushy chairs with motorized reclining and footrest. We purchased tickets in advance and got to reserve our specific seats online. Its been a long time since I was previously here, so maybe all seating has since been updated. (Seems that way based on other reviews.)The facilities, including the women’s restroom, always appear very clean when Ive visited. The screens and audio are good. Concession prices like at most cinemas are too high, but I feel its to be expected, unfortunately.I was a bit disappointed in the worker that was positioned inside taking tickets. He was very uninterested and seemed to lack basic knowledge when we asked him a question.

Very clean and comfortable leather seats. Assigned seating in the IMAX so arrive early. Beer, liquor, and wine available. Ticket and snack prices are ridiculous, like most theaters, so it was not considered for the rating. Twenty full minutes of previews lowered the rating. What a waste of my time.

Best movie theater in town. Make sure you book ahead to get a theater with the reclining seats. The bar has pretty good movie themed drinks too.

This theater has improved so much over the years. The only thing I’d change is the popcorn supplier, it’s usually stale and not very good. Reclining seats!

Can easily hear lots of noise from the theater next to it, sadly. Also theater 13 either has a dirty lens or the screen itself is dirty. On light scenes it was annoying to see a long streak running down the left side of the screen. Concession employees have zero sense of urgency and a very lackadaisical attitude towards their jobs and customers.

Any theater that offers coffee cant be all bad. Actually good parking and attendants were friendly. Recommended

This is the by far the best theater In terms of cost and the fact they now boast reclining seats, a full service bar and a expanded selection food. Make this a good choice for people looking to spend a little more on their movie going experience without spending too much for a ticket and food.Plus the have more screens thus more showings and this is still a great theater for families as the theater has a mini arcade and candy machines.

I love that I can buy my tickets online ahead of time and determine where I sit. I wish they had dine in service. That would give it a 5 star

The theater was nice but, the movie left a little to be desired. We love the reclining seats. Further, we were seated close to some kids who were extremely noisey.

Seats, sound, overall theater is good. Well kept. Alcoholic drinks are great. Food not so much. However I appreciate for offering though because for instance today Dec 25th all restaurants are closed. I had no choice but to buy food for my kiddo. Its microwaved stuff. Should be waaaay cheaper. I bought a cheeseburger but wont buy again.

Here for the first time in several years. The renovations are very nice, but the theater is very warm, humid and filthy. The trash cans are over flowing and there is so much trash on the floor. It looks like a stadium after a football game.

Location gives this theater a 4. Many places to eat before or after a movie. The lobby is spacious and open. Its an older movie theater but still a nice theater. The staff is helpful and are exceptionally nice.

The chairs in the imax dont recline and are not very comfortable. The bathrooms were a wreck. Bonus points for a nice bar

Nice movie theater. I love their popcorn! There is plenty of seating. The employees are friendly, and helpful. I drove my brother here since he was going to watch a movie with a friend. The nice lady let me pass through without a ticket, since she knew I was only going to wait for my brother’s friend to arrive, and then leave.

Great theater. I haven’t been to a theater for a long time because of the size and no privacy. This is more like a home theater.

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was nice but bathrooms had no toilet paper (in all stall but one) and nearly all toilet seats were covered in urine. Theater was so freezing cold we were too cold even with heavy coats on. Im guessing since it was only our family in the theater they thought it was empty and turned the lights on during our movie. This was my sons first time at a movie theater and it was so bad he wanted to leave half way through the movie. Still havent emailed the company to complain but I probably should.

Tickets were easy to buy online. I sat down in my assigned seat expecting to recline and enjoy the movie in the upgraded seating. However my seat did not recline! I would not have choose this theater if I knew I was going to be seated in a dysfunctional chair. I would like a refund for my ticket.

Great time with the entire family watching Frozen 2 for my moms birthday with all the kids and grandkids. We took up an entire row! Only problem was they were out of the cups for the frozen collectors bundle! Got the popcorn bucket and topper though

Good parking, nice theaters, great, repeat great seats. Footrests that can go horizontal, the seats lean back, made out of nice leather with wide armrests and plenty of room. Got a ticket today and ended up being between two strangers, but I didnt feel crowded or like I was crowding them at all. The food is very over priced, but its a movie theater, you know what to expect. Restrooms are nice and accessible. Really would recommend this movie theater to anyone in the area.

Horrible service here. The employees look like they’re disgusted and never have a smile on their face. I like AMC Holly Springs a lot better. Always treated with a great attitude there.

I dont like how you go buy a ticket, all the good seats taken. They say all thats left is front row. Do I choose those, then half the seats are used? Whats up with that. So if you dont use regal app to choose Seats forget it. Its not right

My wife and I typically come to this theater when we go out to the movies and previously we gave them four stars. However, the past two times we went, the experiences were less than satisfactory.The first time, we tried to upgrade our drink using Regal credits. The concessions cashier was very rude and did not attempt to work with us. She simply said its not working and stood there while we tried to complete our order. We ended up not using our credits but our biggest issue was how we were treated.During our most recent visit, the theater roof was leaking in multiple places. The theater still sold the seats around the leaking areas and people were forced to see and listen to dripping water during the movie. To make things worse, the manager allowed people to move seats (to avoid the leaks) that had already been reserved by others. This led to a giant mess and headache for many in the theater.This is completely unacceptable. Save your money or find a different place to see your movies! These last few visits have shown us that it is not worth it to come to here.

Its a nice state of the art theater. The seats recline and are very comfortable. It seems to be clean and well maintained. The ticket prices are high and having assigned seating is a bit much. I would got here again and do recommend it.

This used to be the 3 dollar movie. They have upgraded seating and doesn’t smell funny anymore, and there prices have gone up. Not as expensive as most theaters. Prices are reasonable

10/26 Crossroads is Ok. Some chairs in studio 7 broken. Thee newer reclining seats in several of the other auditoriums are much more comfortable. Enjoyed our movie regardless. Place was almost empty on a Saturday night!

Always enjoyed this theater and have gone since I was a kid. Beer is always good and the Cheetos popcorn is now a staple of my movie going experience. If you plan to see two movies a month I suggest the unlimited pass for $18.

Good time of coarse the prices for the snacks was absurdly high. But the seats are very comfy.

Really nice and clean here at this Regal location. And with Regal Unlimited, you can watch all the movies you want Non-stop. If I had a Regal near my house Id be at the movies so much Id had to change my address

Nice place, bartender was awesome, but the descriptive audio for my fiancé who is blind did not work. Had to go back to managers desk 2 times during the movie trying different ones and resetting the whole system. Not only ruined the movie for my fiancé but me too. Please BEWARE IF YOU ARE VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND RELY ON DA TECHNOLOGY!

One of my favorite theatres in the Raleigh area. White Oak has never been a nice experience so Ill make the 30 minute drive here, its worth it. Ultra comfy seats, for cheap, and reserved seating. Better sound quality then White Oak as well. IMAX Marbles sound is the best, same with screen. But Crossroads is your next best bet for a casual movie with family in a very comfortable area with great sound and screen.

Really nice at first glance. The theater has great recliners. Unfortunately, noise from the theater next door was distracting and there are far too few stalls in the dirty restrooms.

Theater 13 smells and some seats squeak so badly that its loud every time someone moves, including the child 2 seats down who rocked in his loud seat for the entire 2 1/2 hour movie. But picture and sound when seats werent squeaking was fine.

Regal Crossroads was me and my partners weekend destination if a decent movie had been recently released. IMAX is incredible and I would definitely recommend purchasing tickets.

The theater is overall good with decent films. The prices are affordable($10-11), however the seats are not comfortable at one of the auditorium. Overall, it is decent.

They show movies movies that regal briar Creek doesnt. That alone is a major plus especially as a regal unlimited member. They have a bar and more options at concessions.

Had to ask for the volume to be turned down, extremely loud and we are definitely not old! They did right away, no problem. Quite expensive but nice.

I love the remodel with updated seating BUT it makes it hard to just be spontaneous and go to a movie. You have to buy online if you want to ensure a seat. And of course movies and concessions are too expensive. Still comfortable and great place to watch a movie. Bring a blanket.

Ever since the refurbishment of their theatres, this place went from the cheap and easy theatre to one of the best in town. I highly recommend the Cheetos popcorn if they still have it whenever you visit.

Comfortable seats that are wide and recline. We buy our tickets online and pick our seats. Good sized cup holders. Every seat is a good one. Standard prices, selection and quality of concession stand, but the attendant was quick and friendly.

Clean theater with nice chairs. Good views of the screen from any seat. An overall good experience. However, the concession stand prices are a bit on the expensive side. $14 for a small coke and small popcorn is just too pricey. Going to the movies with family should be a bit more affordable. The theatre seems to convince everybody with their service, audio and video quality. But one thing that was disappointing was the disturbances caused due to loud movie noises in the adjacent screens.As a result, it was hindering the viewing experience.

Decent theater. We were there to see They Shall Not Grow Old, a WWI documentary. You can tell the seats are starting to get some age on them, and they are a bit lumpy. Nice to have reclining seats though. The picture and sound were excellent, although if someone in the upper row got up, as one person did habitually during our movie, their big head gets projected on to the screen.

I had a great time visiting this theater. However there was one issue with my visit that kept it from being a five star experience. The positives: facilities were clean, modern, and comfortable. The negative: The employee wasnt paying attention when we walked in the building.Its hard to knock this theater for too many stars because I had a great time! My fiance and I watched Dragon Ball Super: Broly. We were irritated that the tickets cost too much but I figure its standard these days. Everywhere seemed super clean and the tech was modern, making for a perfect atmosphere overall.The only issue I had was with the door greeter. I hate to put any employee on blast, especially a door person because I used to have a similar job at a high traffic university student center. This employee seemed bored, didnt care, and really wasnt paying attention when I walked in! He wasnt rude, but I expect that hes one of the first people that will notice when theres a safety issue, emergency, or something worse. The supervisor on shift needs to encourage their team to approach the job with a better attitude and respect for safety and customer service. Besides that, yall have a great theater! It just wasnt a perfect experience.

I frequent this theater a few times a year. Ive never had a problem. Always clean, staff very quick to respond and friendly, and a nice layout. The location is prime since there are so many good restaurants nearby. 5/5

This has been my go-to theater for about the past three years, and while it was a little old and worn-down at the beginning, the renovations have really helped it out. Almost all of the theaters now have reclining seats (theres one or two left that dont - not sure what the hang up is there), and theyve included an in-house bar now. The folks are always friendly, and the lines are never too bad, at least for matinees.

We went to go see the movie glass and I must say it was a really good movie. That guy from split I cant remember what his name is, he is a spectacular actor. Its amazing how he can remember and do all of the different personalities that goes along with his character. I would definitely recommend this movie.

This is my main movie theatre. I’m part of the regal rewards, which is recommended. It’s pretty standard and clean. I like that they have a variety of theatre options, with the recliner chairs with standard seating, and with IMAX screens. It can be hard to get tickets in person with the reserved seating for popular shows, so you might have to get tickets online beforehand.
