Great service, pristine cinemas and quality food (a little too pricey).Tickets are ordered online and picked up at the box. Orders are taken before the movie starts, BUT after the movie gets started the servers disappear and you cant get the free soda or popcorn refills.After the movie you can relax at the spacious living room by the fire place or just hit the bar fir spirits, tea, or coffee.Enjoy the movie!

Pricey compared to other theatres but worth it for the experience. Comfy seats which relax and recline. Great food and drink service, very efficient. Two things I would improve. A better beer selection there were only a few choices and forget the fries. All the food is really good apart from the fries which are soggy oven fries and really let the food down

Food was good, my husband and I go here often. This was my first time getting a steak but it actually wasnt so bad. But the wings and burger are always good. The facility is always nice and clean, staff is always helpful and friendly. It really takes a movie date night to the next level. We love the place!

Great place. The seats are very comfortable, making it much more enjoyable to watch movies. And you can reserve your seats ahead of time, so no worries about where you will sit. The food is also excellent, restaurant quality. It isnt cheap, so if you dont want to spend much for a movie, look elsewhere. But if you want a nice experience with good food and no worries about having enough time to get from the restaurant to the movie, then this is the place.

Awesome experience! Love the atmosphere and the concept of this place. Servers are professional, quick with orders and watching a movie is truly an enjoyable experience. We didnt have alcohol during this visit but love that the option is there. Great place for date night!

We really enjoyed date night. The movie and dinner was great. Our hostess was knowledgeable and the wait staff was friendly. My only negative thought would be not enough time spent maintaining clean bathrooms.

Very courteous staff. If something goes wrong, they will make sure it gets fixed. I got the Cobb salad before the latest Star wars movie and it was actually pretty good. The seats are quite nice and they have the perfect lighting.

I purchased two tickets on 1/18 for a 5:00pm showing of Like a Boss. Entered the theater with and found my seats. About five minutes into being into the theater and looking at the menu, we were approached by a staff member telling us we had to go too the front because of a child policy. I shared with the staff member that an hour before our arrival I called the theater and listened to the automated voice message advising the age policy and as long as we were there before five pm and our child is at least three years of age we were fine. Our child is a few months shy of three and for that reason we were asked to leave. Thankfully given a refund for the tickets but no complimentary tickets or anything. The issue could of been handled better, like as soon as we entered in the door.

The movie was excellent but they only had half of the menu available. So that part of the visit could have been a whole lot better. Wish I would have known that they were out of certain items on the menu before i paid for the tickets to see the movie. Really disappointed in that aspect

I should get my 18.5% tips back, the waiter took the order and never came back to check if our drink need to be refilled and more important if we got our food! I couldn’t find him anywhere in the cinema. We placed order at 7:30 and got our food at 8:30 when the film was already started. One of the waitress even lied to us!SO Please tell me why I had to pay the tips and got no service? McDonald’s are even proving better service!

Great place to see a movie. Leather recliners, adult beverages, no one under 21 after 6 pm. Their menu changes quarterly but some of the selections are a little strange, and the 18 percent auto gratuity up front sometimes needs to be adjusted afterwards based on how your meals come out. Service is fast. Nice date night.

Just go! You won’t be disappointed! Food is great, drinks are delicious and service is wonderful. Definitely spoiled me and will make it hard to go to another regular theater ever again.

The experience we had here was wonderful. We enjoyed delicious food and sat in comfortable recliner chairs. That being said, this place is very pricey. Between the food and movie tickets we spent over $100. We probably will not return based on that, but it was nice to indulge for one night.

Unfortunately this place has really gone downhill. Our previous experiences here have been good. This time was bad. The sanitation rating was 91.5 and the fettuccine I ordered was poorly cooked and chewy. The chicken on the salad was dry. The guy next to us sent back his food. The server also announced to us before hand that the previous movie crowd had missing items. They need to do much better for the price.

This place is fancy! A bit pricey but it is all worth it. The service is phenomenal! The foods and drinks are awesome. I love the ambiance.

Huge screen and very luxurious - great service but be prepared for an 18.5% tip.... banana cheesecake was amazing though, with that caramelized banana and totally worth it And we did a Groupon so got in for $20 instead of $38

Love this theater, BUT when it first opened, the food quality was superior. Now? Have mercy, let me just say ~ what restaurant replaces delicious French fries with frozen, greasy tater tots? They were out of sliders and my husbands chicken bowl was loaded with so much sodium that he was parched the rest of the night. I hope management reads this review and makes an effort to upgrade the kitchen.

I like this place but am sad that it seems to be slipping. First, the whole experience can easily take you over $100 once everything is said and done. Second, the chairs are comfortable, but the tray tables are far too small to have your entire meal (entree, dessert, etc all come at once now) on it. The food itself seems to be making a slow descent to Applebees quality without adjusting the price. Also, special needs foods are getting less and less prevalent in the menu. I guess pasta and burgers (salmon if you need gluten free... Its a good thing I like salmon...) are cheaper to make than the ribeye from our first visit. The bar still puts out quality drinks. The rest either needs to shape up or adjust their prices accordingly.

Very cool concept. Comfortable seats, not a bad view in the theater.Little pricey, but the experience makes it worth it.Slightly awkward having to order an entire meal, pay up front, it all comes out together before the movie starts with no in-movie table service. Kind of expensive, for the movie ticket and the food, but I feel like its worth it. Very comfortable seats, attentive staff, food tastes great. I had the Buffalo mac and cheese. My only complaint would be the portion size was a bit small for the amount I spent. Had a deconstructed peanut butter pie for dessert, which is basically just the ingredients in the pie thrown into a bowl. Pretty tasty though. I wish the whole experience was a bit cheaper, but its a good experience nonetheless.

Love the atmosphere and staff. Very classy date night type movie theater. Leather seats with automatic recliners. Food is good.. my favorite dish comes from off the appetizer menu. Its the crab dip with the rolls.. omg the dip is good but the rolls that come with it are to die for!

My first impression was that it was okay. Its pretty pricey, the menu, but the portion sizes make it well worth it. Customer service was superb. They cant control natural elements, there were a few flies. One landed in my drink but they were happy to replace it . I would definitely go back again.

The only theater I frequent, food and service are spectacular - Wagyu sliders and truffle tots. Bar has a great selection, staff is on point, and always goes above and beyond.

The service and the staff were very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was awesome but the food was terribly overpriced and not good at all. Mine nor my wifes. I was so disappointed with the food. Then they do an automatic 18% gratuity which you can adjust or remove but only before you actually get your food and service. You would feel bad not paying it so I didnt like that at all. Dont know that Ill be back. Food and experience not worth the cost.

I like the movie theater overall, but the food has significantly declined since Ive been here last. I have visited this place several time & basically eat the same thing everytime I come, but today this food wasnt worth the money I paid at all. My girlfriend even asked for her food to be exchanged, she said her crab fried rice taste like a TV dinner. So my advice is eat before you come.

We only go to Cinebistro to watch movies. Their staff is always super nice and attentive, and they make great cocktails, in addition to having a good tap list. Popcorn and buffalo cauliflower are always a must for us.

This was the ultimate movie experience. The customer service is on par with any five star restaurant. Every single person who worked there was awesome. Our waiter Dylan was fantastic (and so were his nails). Our food was served promptly and was DELICIOUS. I was shocked considering this is a movie theater. I could have easily been ordering at Ruth Chris. The only downside is that the recliners are so comfortable after eating it was hard to stay awake! Cinebistro takes dinner and a movie to a new, fancy exciting level. Worth every single dime.

Overall it was an ok experience. My boyfriends food was excellent but mine on the other hand was not so great. My crab cakes were mushy, the potatoes were dry and the beans needed some seasoning. We really enjoyed the movie and atmosphere. Will return again but probably will just order the popcorn next time

AMAZING!!!! This was our first visit but definately not our last. We arrived 30 minutes early as stated and we walked in to a lit fireplace and great atmosphere. We order drinks and mingled with others waiting to enter the theater. When we mentioned it was our first time we were greeted with warm welcomes from the staff. Kelley was very patient when explaining how the ordering process worked. She knew the menu well and seemed very enthusiastic about her job. Cant wait to visit again.

The food was delicious! BUT it was not included in the price with the movie ticket. So my question is why are the movie tickets so expensive!

As we began our order tonight, we first were told that one of the side items was not available out of stock. Went to order our next main dish, it was out of stock, and by the way here are two other main dishes that are out of stock. Tried to add dessert, the item we wanted was...wait for it...out of stock. Food came out cold. Add insult to injury, gratuity is automatically added unless you tell your server not to add it. Food experience was bad. In fact the entire experience was pretty terrible.

The seats are spacious and comfortable. The menu is ample and the servings are full size. Service was organized and fast, with a touch of lightheadedness. Also, because most are enjoying a meal while the movie is playing, there is no talking going on. Which adds to your overall experience. This is a great date night as well as family location.

Amazing service, atmosphere and food. I wish I took pictures. The food is surprisingly fancy, however expensive. We got a bottle of wine, a burger with fries, macaroni and cheese with salmon and one other item and drink, and it was 130$ !!! The tip is suggested in the receipt as 20 percent, which is allot on a bill like that... But it was too akward to adjust it with the girl standing there waiting and watching for the receipt. But it was Valentines day so it was ok, you might want to eat before you go and just get some appetizers or share a few plates because it adds up quickly, but it was so worth it and I was shocked how darn good the food was, absolutely delicious. Like better than some restaurants. The wine is served in a fancy tall ice bucket thing making you feel quite special, and the chairs are comfortable and everything is so clean. You have to go 30 min early to order food in order to eat while watching the movie. They only come in the beginning, but you can walk out to the service bar to order more stuff. I had the lovebug drink and it was so amazing, even my bf loved it. Wish I took some pictures but it was a great date night. We saw downhill and it really sucked... But everything else was great. There is a bar and lounge area before you go in so you can have a drink before you go in as well. The movie was sold out so we had to get a ticket and come back, it was Valentines day so it was busy I guess but you may want to get a ticket in advance if you revolve your dinner around it.

Me and my husband love this place so we went yesterday and we were so disappointed. We ate and the plates were not pick up after we finish eating. They used to give you chocolate mints after the movie and they didnt. They movie finished and they never turn on the lights. It was a mess around when we walked out.

I drove to Raleigh to spend the night at my daughters apartment. I arrived later than expected and had promised to take her out for dinner. We also wanted to see a movie, but knew we had to choose, dinner or a movie. But she Googled the movies play times in the area, and she came across CineBistro. I am so thankful she did! I thought I was in a whole different world once we arrived there. The staff was phenomenal, the food was perfect, the seats were so comfortable. The theater was quiet, because we went to a late showing, and after 6:00, adults only! My daughter and I have found our new spot! This is the only place my daughter can watch a movie while eating salmon! Thank you so much, CineBisto!

Theaters too cold to enjoy any movie!! Entire family had coats and gloves on the entire time, but still were shivering. Why are tator tots even on the menu- seriously. Lacklusterf drinks/sodas watered down - over priced. Gratuity was AUTOMATICALLY ADDED!! It if were not for the decor, friendliness of lobby attendants there would be nothing positive to say. I wish I could get a REFUND.

I love this place! Great spot for dinner and a movie all in one stop. Husband and I saw Avengers, had appetizers and a bottle of wine. I just wish they would not allow small children after matinee times however. Will definitely be back!

I know things have changed since this place first open and that many other theaters have basically begun to offer the same amenities as Cinebistro, BUT I will argue that despite a few minor things. Cinebistro offers a good service for the price they charge and you get a more varied menu than most others theaters that just tend to offer whatever can be fried. Plus their alcohol selection is unmatched and their policy toward minors at night make this the ideal location to take dates, friends, family and coworkers to see a movie without children being present.

This place is super expensive and the portion sizes are ridiculously small. That said, it really is a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is super fancy, but not in an overly off-putting way. It feels like being in a luxury car commercial and the staff is super professional. The food and drinks, while pricey and small, are extremely delicious and delightful.

Great First ImpressionMy only complaint is that its not stadium seating, meaning that all of the seating was flat. They compensated for well spaced rows, but it almost forced you to recline and be comfortable! (haha, first-world problems, right?) The service was friendly and efficient, the chairs were comfortable and clean, and the food was excellent!! Its a tad pricey, but well worth it for a date night with movie-goer couples!

This place Blends a full-service bar and higher-end restaurant grade food with all the current release movies. The staff is excellent but there is a price tag involved its 30 to 40% higher than typical Theater prices.

CinéBistro is a truly unique place to visit. It can easily become a very addictive place to visit... The atmosphere is as though youve stepped into a luxury hotel lobby. Once youve stepped inside your may never want to leave. Im almost embarrassed to mention how many times my family and I have visited since it opened- I tell everyone I know about this place AND they end up visiting.The staff is wonderful and extremely professional. Food and drink selections are always changing and are all delicious and fantastic.Dont forget to sign-up for their rewards programs, youll get lots of freebies.Be mindful of the 6 PM cut-off for those under 21, no one under 21 can see a movie starting at 6 PM or later.This place will cause you to raise your standards for movie-going!

Weird. I have never been to a flat movie theater. U cannot see over the people on front of u. U can show up a half hour early and get wait service or u can go to a weird concession stand positioned where u just feel like youre interrupting the kitchen staff. (Ring a bell?) Bathrooms are poorly designed. The whole thing was just off. Friendly staff and good audio, but I didnt enjoy watching the back of peoples heads. No ones seat was reclined, probably for that very reason.

Seats recline (legs & feet can be up) while watching the movie and swing trays are attached for convenience of eating your food. Food was good... a bit pricey though. I have been here several times but on my last visit... today Veterans day 2019, I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! They have changed the menu! No more Truffle fries, they only have soggy tater tots....not even regular fries or regular sweet potato fries! They also changed the dipping sauce for the chicken ( no more mango mint) and the chicken was totally different! I spent 15 bucks on the movie and 27 on food and I will not return unless the menu changes back! What happened to if it aint broke...dont fix it!!! They have definitely lost two faithful customers!

Food was pretty good, the seats are comfy and Miriam was awesome. We had some drinks at the bar while we waited for the theater to be ready. Theres lots of choices on the menu, we had a hard time picking what we wanted because we wanted to try everything. The whole night was a great experience.

The screen was big, the sound was full, the seats were comfy and the food was delicious. I saw John Wick 3 and enjoyed the cheese steak. The way the rooms are designed, there almost isnt a bad seat in there. I believe I could sit anywhere and have a great viewing angle.

I watched A Quiet Place here and really enjoyed the experience. They take you order and deliver the food before the movie starts so you dont have servers walking in front of you during the movie. The downside to this is, if you want a refill or more food you have to get up and go to the lobby.Three food was really good, the brussels sprouts in particular. The service was fast and friendly, too.If all the theaters Ive been to these were by far the most comfortable seats. They have foot rests and recliners, and they are great!This is on my short list of favorite theaters now!

I have been to several dining movie theaters before, but this one has provided the best experience. You cant hardly tell its a movie from the lobby; theres a bar that looks like it was taken right out of an upscale steakhouse, and a nice waiting area with a fireplace. The menu is has lots of great options, but they are not cheap. We had eaten elsewhere before our movie, so we only ordered dessert and coffee, but they both tasted so great that I wished I had ordered dinner just to try it. Service was great, and the seats (recliners) were large and very comfortable. I hope to come back again at some point.

I honestly love this theater and basically everything about it except the price. I got a steak here and was surprised to was good. Better than similarly priced steak restaurants and cooked perfectly.The seats are great, every seat is a comfortable spot to view the movie from, and the staff is always nice.

Cinebistro has been me and my husbands go to date night for a couple of years now. We really appreciate the policy that prohibits anyone under 21 after 6 pm. I get that the policy is controversial but they have taken multiple steps to make customers aware of the policy. As a theater that caters to adults and date nights without the kids, it makes a lot of sense to us that in order to keep that atmosphere, they created that policy.We have gotten to know many of the waitstaff and always enjoy their professional service. No place is perfect, but as two people who got there roughly once a month, we have never had a bad experience. We will continue to encourage our friends and family to go to Cinebistro for any occasion!

This is how the movie going experience should be. Its not your average dining in a movie theater experience. It really feels like the experience was designed with integrating drinks and dining in mind. Service is great, very personalized and exudes a high end feel. Definitely more focused on adults, so the might was to get a babysitter and leave the kiddos at home. All that said, expect to pay for what you get. Its pricey and food is good but not great. I would highly recommend for dates and for when you want to have an elevated movie experience. Just be prepared for the cost.

Incredibly expensive. $40 for tickets and we somehow spent $90 on popcorn, sliders, dessert and 2 alcoholic drinks.Raleighwood was sooooo much better. Too bad its gone now and went downhill over the past couple of years.

I can not stress this is EXPENSIVE AS HECK! But it was a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Good food. I could just go there and eat. Movie was $35 for 2 people. Food was about $75. No military discounts or stadium seating. Im short so stadium seating is great for me but I assume they dont do this so its easier for the servers not to walk up stairs with drinks. Everyone should go at least once

I was blown away by this place! Beautiful bar and waiting area. Great staff. The food was phenomenal. I was expecting good bistro food but this was upscale restaurant quality. Not a cheap date but if you want to turn movie night into an experience, this is the place!

CineBistro got a full blown CinèNOOOOOO! We got the deal off of Groupon that sounds amazing and the concept of eating in the movie theater is always going to be something that might seem appealing, but that particular night that we went Im not sure what it was, whether it was the horrible movie Birds of Prey which totally upset me (I learned after we saw the movie that they changed the name of the movie to Harlequin or something like that which in my mind would have never made any difference because they were just all over the place in the movie It had no connection to anything) but the bar already had a 91 as a grade average on health inspection and I didnt see that until after we ordered the drinks and gave him a tip without sipping the alcohol filled drinks. He literally poured half a bottle of Hennessy in my drink and the rest I dont know what it was didnt taste right especially after I saw that 91 score for health inspection. In the end we walked out of the movie and it was a waste of time and money. It was nothing special or spectacular about the place.... The ticket staff were nice when we first came in besides that blah blah we will be staying home watching movies off Kodi

Love this place. Excellent food (their burgers are great), good drinks, big seats... nice place. Also, after 7pm(?), no people under 21. It is somewhat costly, but worth it occasionally.

These seats may be the best at any theater in the Triangle.The staff was very courteous and happily explained how everything worked for our first time.The food is overpriced and mediocre.Id read a few negative comments about the lack of stadium seating, but it didnt bother me (or my short wife) at all.Id definitely go back, but Id probably eat before going.

Very nice movie theater although it felt a little like walking into a dungeon. They did have recliners and you could pick your seats. The seats were very comfortable. The wait staff was very nice, one lady did admit she didn’t know anything about the menu and kept directing us to another team member who was busy with someone else. I’m not exactly sure what her purpose was. I ordered right before previews and food (cauliflower “wings” and sweet potato fries) was delivered before the movie started. It was decent but not worth the price in my opinion. There is also an automatic 18% gratuity added to your bill. The waiter was very efficient with taking payments. There was also an issue with the projector. Two days before our movie we received an email from fandango saying our movie time had to be moved back an hour. Apparently all issues weren’t resolved because the screen cut out right after the ads and went blank for a few minutes. They had to make some calls to get it rolling again. We didn’t have any issues after that. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

I went here on this pass Friday to see Hobbs and Shaw. I was running a few minutes late to place an order inside so, I ordered at the window. Since this place has been open I have never had a problem until Friday night. I placed the order and asked that everything be made fresh. Upon picking up my order i proceeded back into the theater only to realize that my sweet potato fries was cool...so I stop one of the young waiters heading out my row to see if he could get me some fresh sweet potato fries. His response, I can get you something else. At that point I stated that I didnt want anything else, please have the manager come see me. When the manager arrives he seemed agitated. He said before I could get my words out that they brought you two orders of fries. I went to state that they brought me one and he walks away. Returns shortly after with some extremely HOT SWEET POTATO FRIES! Only to my surprise they were (PLACED BACK INTO THE GREASE). I bagged a few up and following the movie went to my friends lab and confirmed such findings. I am totally upset with this situation. I will be contacting the newspapers and tv stations to let them know what is happening at this location. I have seen this manager since they opened and it is definitely time for a career change. You need to be fired! I have recommended this location to many people but never again will I return due to this type of treatment!

Ok let me start off by saying this place is so nice! Very comfy seats, nice bar, excellent drinks, and MOST of the staff there is so nice. The food used to be SO AMAZING !!!!!! My boyfriend and I would go a couple times a week. But about 2 months ago the menu changed and they also changed the Chef, since then it has gone down hill. We have been a few times since and almost EVERYTHING that was good on the menu they took off. ( the bone in ribeye, they spicy chicken sandwich, the Korean cauliflower, the sweet potato fries, the truffle fries and even the regular fries they replaced them with tater tots like who wants that? You can have an upscale movie theater and serve them tater tots, and the list goes on and on. ) change the menu back . Now we eat out first then hit IMAX down the road and it’s wayyyyyyy cheaper. Sorry but y’all need to step your game Back UP !

The food was ok. Lacked seasoning. I really expected better tastes. I ordered the slider burgers (meat needed some seasoning inside the burger) and my daughter the wings (they were hard, not juicy like a wing should be). They needed seasoning as well, they were just tossed in a sauce.Great place for a movie for sure.

My favorite movie theater in the Triangle area (along with Alamo). No kids after 6pm, quality food served timely and paid for before the movie starts. Other theaters could learn a lesson or two on how to serve food at a movie (Im looking at you Holly Springs AMC)

It really pains me to leave a bad review, but last night was not close to previous great service we have received. The bar area was horrible! No one seemed to be getting any drinks and when a customer asked about simple wine orders that were placed several minutes earlier the staff member was downright rude. I sat at one of the comfy chairs (where I have received service in the past) for 1/2 hour and not once did anyone even attempt to greet me or ask if I wanted a drink. I placed an order at the bar and after a few minutes of the staff taking other orders that couldnt be filled due to equipment issues and seeming to do nothing to fill my order, I finally just told them to forget it.

This is some of the best food and dessert Ive ever had. They offer great meals, sweat potato fries (my fav) and unique bourbons for after dinner. Every dessert comes with a mint leaf ...and thats really classy.

First time here. Really enjoyed the service and the show! Both of our meals were excellent. The cost is expensive, for a date night. Dinner, drinks (alcohol), and dessert were @$90 with an included 18% gratuity. Movie cost by itself was equal to other local theaters. It appeared all the seats had a great view, even the front row. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful decor, very comfortable seating, excellent food. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Great for a nice night out

We love Cinebistro for a special date night about once a year. Its definitely a little more expensive than a normal theater, however it is extremely pleasant inside and the food is amazing. The chairs are also really comfy . They have the best steak Ive ever had in my life. Served with bone marrow and everything! Since my husband and I dont go out to movies much since we have young kids we make this our special place to go for a cinematic Adventure.

Amazing food that is not insanely priced brought to you in a recliner chair while your movie plays.

Older set up without stadium seating. Service and food are standard high-level for the chain. This one does get some odd movies, so keep an eye out.
