I bought a new Odyssey putter from this store few years back. Recently, I changed the grip. However, they did a poor job and my putters grip was misaligned. So, I went back. The owner and the guy who re-gripped it kept telling me theres nothing with it. I then brought it to PGA Superstore and showed it to 4 different guys. They all said it was misaligned. One of them fixed it in a matter of one minute. For free. Talk about the differences in customer care.

I heard of this place from a friend, and I am so glad i checked this place out. Kevin made the process of picking out my first set of clubs and gear a breeze! Super helpful and knowledgable. I drove all the way from Mansfield and ill happily do it again next time I need to get new or used gear!

Kevin, the owner, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always have a great selection of used clubs to purchase, but do offer some new clubs as well. You can also work with Kevin to get new clubs shipped directly to his store at a lower cost than buying it off of the floor at a larger golf retail store. Great place and you can understand why they have stayed in business for so long.

I was looking for my first set of clubs and equipment and had been looking everywhere. Heard about lous from a friend and gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. Kevin made the process and my decision the easiest of any person or location I had already visited (I had visited 4 or 5). Needless to say, if you’re looking for anything golf at any level, this is the place to go!

Great prices and trade values

Ran up here on a Monday at lunch thinking I was going to drop off a club for repair and pick it up later. Was there less than 25 minutes and walked out with the club fully repaired, for just $10. The guy that does repairs is super knowledgeable and precise. Great place, will recommend to all my fellow hackers.

Good place to find sell and trade golf clubs, but for the life of me I dont understand why they dont say the head covers.Dont expect good value for old golf clubs but it is convenient.

Very bad service and I will never to Lou’s Golf. I went in to have my sand wedge modified and the guy talked so much that he became distracted and gave my club to another customer. Thankfully the guy was a lefty and returned the club. I asked Kevin for a discount because of the mistake and the inconvenient of driving back to store after my club was returned but he said no.

Was told my new 60 wedge was worthless after a 15 second overview because its a generic brand...I then pointed to the big Nike swoosh clear as day, he says oh, gives it another 10 second gloss over, offers me $35. pretty pathetic
