This place is fantastic to take your family or your dog.. the have soccer fields baseball feilds,they have swings and slides.. this park also is the home to the most comfortable homeless community I have ever seen. I live less then 100 feet from the parking lot and have lived here for 4 years and I can tell you the population has grown.. I mean I know they need a place to stay and the their are alot of them they try to stay out of site and are not messy.. I just wish they would leave while the kids are playing because it does make me uncomfortable..

Nice park and community/senior center.Park has a nice playground for younger kids and field for sports. Great place for a picnic, or just to enjoy time with your children / family.

Pine avenue is a nice park with a playground for the kids and barbecue area with picnic tables. Basketball courts and so far clean bathrooms with soap to wash your hands.Next to the community centers for youth and seniors.NO DOGS allowed in this park.It looks like this allowedHomeless sleeping, people drinking alcohol by the corner In the park and RVs parked all day is what you will also find here.

Great little park! The only thing that made us leave were the homeless people smoking pot.

Carlsbad Senior Center is in the same location. It has the best senior social life & community services. I wish all senior centers would mirror style their organizations. Love this place & staff. Excellent experience

Four stars because there is no grass and there are always homeless people there drinking and carrying on. Otherwise is peaceful. Not blaming them; just informing the public.

Great park was very awesome today. Played a little football, frisbee, basketball, smash Ball and baseball with my granddaughter(she beat me in a game of horse.) Great family oriented park and as usual with any park theres always people hanging around that well.....They dont have anything else to do..

We had never been to this park, but my little one loved it! Its very clean and there is plenty of parking spots!

Sure are a lot of homeless people. At any time of any day. Police dont seem to do much but drive around, meanwhile homeless people harrass the passersby, offering drugs, etc.

This is a very nice park, a perfect place for sports, gatherings, play, and much more.

We have a plot in the community garden, which is nicely set up. The new community building is supposed to have places for all sorts of sports, and just opened last weekend.

Clean and fun. Has soft padding under jungle gym. 2 jungle gyms. Nice, stretched parking lot and big fields. BBQs

We found this park on our last visit to the San Diego. Close to Legoland and great fun for the kids. Dog friendly. Large park with great pathways.

Not a bad field. It seems it was designed more for soccer than baseball, but not bad for practice.

Brand new turf field but the bathrooms are in a sad state. No tp no seat covers - at least tp would have been nice. They rented the space to 2 parties on top of all weekend soccer tournaments but didnt think maybe the restrooms would need cleaning and replenishing mid-weekend. Photo is from Saturday early afternoon. Please maintain our parks better than this.

This is our go to for family soccer outings. Lots of games are scheduled here though.

If you want to do drugs and drink at a public park, this is the spot! Are you a 40 year old tweaker riding around your small bike delivering meth? Hang out here! This place is a joke. Its Carlsbads tolerated junky hangout. Drunk homeless swearing at each other next to the kids.

This is a nice Park which has a lot of different options for sporting events. There arent many parking spots, but a lot of street parking. The field is turf.

Nice park with a turf baseball field. Soccer posts and fencing all around. Nothing special but in good shape. Little trashed with beer cans and water bottles on my last visit.
