Been here 3 years a bunch of crooks. Money hungry. Water bills are jokes way to high on them, liars. Charge what they want not what you use. Many people have moved out
Beautiful park that needs some rules as to washing mobil homes yearly and personally Id start buying and bringing in some newer homes and reselling them...it could be such a lovely place to live with a little more added rules...
Never a fan of this place.
Never put your own trailer in there and dont go there the people that manage it or horrible people I know from experience I live there and theres a lot of people there pretty bad in that part 2
