Used to live in the park back in 1986-1994 was a very nice park. I understand now they have moved out the old run down homes and putting in new ones. This park will look love lovely again. Give it time!

I used to live here back in the early 90s and the rent was affordable!! I never had a problem with the manager. The people that were living here as well never gave me any problems. The roads in there were cracking in some places, but for the most part I was able to rollerblade throughout the entire complex. Not sure how it is now but I wouldve came back to live there if it came down to needing a new place to live.

Feel like Im getting the run around seriously anyone know what they look for in the credit check

We recently moved in. All the neighbors are really friendly, the park is very quiet too. Theres only about 40 homes(guessing. havent counted) at this time but theyre all in good condition and the owners are currently building new homes to start filling the empty lots. The review saying its ghetto or whatever, that person has obviously not seen any of the parks in Westland/Taylor/Romulus because this place is MUCH cleaner/safer, just the fact theres not people doing drugs in the parking lot is an extra star on this rating for me. Definitely would recommend this park, especially to first time home buyers. My only advice I would say always get your own inspection done on the place youre buying, its worth the money and time, IDK if the Realtors lie intentionally but they certainly miss things in their rush to sell. BTW please dont move here if youre going to be rude and nasty because everyone here now is respectful and itll be nice to preserve that for mine and all the children who live here now or in the future. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is that it was difficult at times to communicate with the actual owners of the park, I wish the process was more transparent, we didnt even realize we were speaking to multiple offices at first since the sellers/managers work together but not at the same place.

Pretty empty for a manufactured home park

I lived here for a good portion of my youth. Never had issues with neighbors or the old couple who managed the place. Found out that a few years after leaving my childhood home burned down. I can never go back

I lived there when it was first built, my first new home, I sold before the pool and club house was built, my lease rent doubled in the first year. You couldn’t ride a motorcycle in the community. Drove through in 2008 and it was shocking, half the homes were gone. Mine was still there but nobody was living there.

Ive been living here most of my life, its a nice quiet place, with many mobile homes. Currently there is construction happening to put lights in, build new home, and take out old ones. I would suggest this place to many people because it is cheap, easy to access, allowes service vehicles, and has a free pool for you and your family to swim in every summer.

I live here for 5 years now and its not as bad as some of the trailers look.

25 years ago it was an affordable place for young couples. Today, not so nice. Its Its a dump. Not even sure how many people live there. Lots of abandoned mobile trailers

Jennifer Barnes Morse — 1 starManager in the clubhouse lies and is unscrupulous. Showed us the cheapest trailer in the park and was not even sure she had the keys and yet somehow after we looked at it and were thinking about getting it, she tells us someone else has a bid in on it. How does one go from not even knowing if they have the keys to someone has a bid on it. Not to mention that this trailer has been empty for YEARS! my friend put money down to try to get the trailer and they rejected him claiming he has outstanding bills which they refused to show him the credit report stating that. They are currently holding 1100 of his money that he needs to get another residence and are refusing to give it back to him for 2-3 weeks. He was aware he would lose 50 for the credit check ( if he paid for the credit check then why cant he see or obtain a copy of it?) but the application said it could take 2-3 weeks to process the application, NOT that they would hold his money for that long. If they denied his application, apparently processing is over...give back his money. Tried to talk to the owner but apparently he is using his wealth vacationing in Las Vegas. Must be nice when most of his clients are living hand to mouth and the very least he could do is have the office cut a check to replace what was is owed to my friend. Why should he earn interest on that money while my friend scrapes to get a deposit for another place to live. Shady business practices. No way you want to connect with this park

Ive lived there for 15 years and new management (patty) is AWEFUL. Very unprofessional and CONTANTLY HARRASSES tenants (Clean the grass off THEIR STREET, somethign left out side, etc etc ). They break the law constantly as in charging fees out of no where and do things that are illegal. If youre one day late on rent their fees are ridiculous and they love to hand out eviction notices. Recently they turned off my water for being one month late so I paid in full. Than she says she needs next months. So I paid. Now she says she needs $100 to turn the water back on and Im without water for days now and need it for medical reasons. Im looking in to filing charges. They also like to leave notes complaining about anything on your door and stop by on a random sunny day to harass you about something. She yells about motorcycle in the park (You cant make that illegal), new fees not on the lease (again illegal), exorbidant late fees (illegal) and my guess is theyll try evicting me next for calling them out on their illegal practices.If you want a peaceful place to live without stress this isnt the place ever since Patty became the manager. She is a mess and shes very unprofessional and will try to keep things over your head. Look somewhere else. Im trying to get ahold of the owner and looking into how to get my water on even though Ive paid in full and up to date.

Its unfortunate to see how bad this place has become. Most of Canton is a thriving community while this place continues to fall into disrepair. Canton Township has threatened the owners of this place due to the high volume of unlivable trailers that are considered a hazard to the community. About 20% of trailers have been removed from this park and there are several more that are uninhabitable. Drive through this place and it doesnt reflect the Canton that I grew up in. Check with the Canton Police and see how much crime is concentrated in this one small part of Canton.

I wish I could rate 0 stars, but thats not possible. This is probably one of the absolute WORST places Ive ever lived in and I never, EVER, want to come back here. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, avoid this place at ALL cost, unless you want to live in some of the trashiest possible places available.
