DO NOT rent at their new sister complex, THE TRAILS OF MADISON COUNTY! They just opened and dont have a google listing or facebook page so I am posting here as they are managed by the same company. I just signed my lease and got my keys yesterday. So after I got my keys I was told the amenities are only available for use from 9 am to 6 pm. The lease states 9 am to 9 pm. Manager tried to blame it on covid but then said the entire property management company has been operating on 9 am to 6 pm hours since March of 2020. So even though this complex just opened two weeks ago, they did not put the current/accurate information in the lease. So if you work a day job you will be paying for amenities you cannot utilize. I have not even moved a stick of furniture in and despite the misinformation on their part, they refuse to let me out of the lease. For nearly $1000 a month and no amenities, I could have found something larger than 800 square feet. They also charged me an additional $25 per month just to live in a ground level apartment which is not stated anywhere on the website or the application. They claimed it was because the ground units had hard wood floors. They do not. It is sticky tile linoleum made to look like wood.

The trees make it hard to see the apartment numbers. Otherwise great atmosphere and perfect parking.

Good course for a quick round. Rates gradually increasing more and more though.

Great staff minus drunken golf course guy that is employed here, but he is hilarious to observe!

Good people and good times. Not a tour quality course but a good beat it around course.

Maintenance is pretty horrible and the walls are pretty thin. The toilet in my handle broke over a month ago and it still isnt fixed. Ive called the office and Ive put a maintenance order in through their website, which they marked as complete. They still havent even shown up to look at it.
