Terrible experience here. Signed two of us up for a beginner lesson- it became clear immediately that out of the group of 16 or so of us, at least half the group was advanced, and you are all mixed together. There is no lesson, you get thrown in immediately with little explanation for technique. I was never able to get up from the take off, and despite the claim on the website that we guarantee you will get up, there is nothing to back that guarantee up- no priority or extra attention was given to those of us who struggled to get the hang of it, despite being determined to succeed. You spend most of the time (85%) waiting for a turn to even try, behind more advanced people who already know what theyre doing. Youd think at the end of the time they would really focus on making sure people who were struggling got more opportunities to try or got to stay longer to fulfill the guarantee, but I guess not. Without warning, youre told your time is up and you have to leave, despite the fact that you never once successfully wake boarded. Got maybe 8 tries, which for the money spent and for two whole hours there, seems crazy. The staff was friendly enough but clearly indifferent to whether you succeed or not. Left feeling incredibly disappointed and misled by what was advertised. It was an overpriced waste of money. Sent an email detailing my disappointment and to ask if this is a normal experience at their park, and no one bothered to get back to me. Clearly about the money here and not about ensuring a positive experience for new visitors, I really wouldnt waste the money, there are lots of fun things to do in Canandaigua besides this.

Never actually been to roseland BUT almost Queen played at the first drive in concert and what an amazing show and the staff was great!

I thought this park was perfect for our needs. 4 kids ages 8-12, and just a day to get wet and have fun. We used the Thursday carload special. Well worth it!! Full price might have been a bit on the high side, but not outrageous.Very safe, very clean. The kids sometimes were on their own. A compact park so you can find them easily. Parents werent in the mood for water park food (didnt even really check out the menu...so cant comment), so we got our hands stamped and went across the street to Wegmans for lunch. Super easy.The staff was all smiles! Really great. I might just be used to east coast employees, but these kids seemed genuinely friendly & happy to work there. The gift shop was pretty reasonable too. We will definitely be going back.

I told them I paid 4 a beginner class and they stuck me with advanced fell twice with water up my nose they expected me 2 actually know in which it was my 1st time and also let me know I wasnt gonna make it off the dock so I quit and they did not refund me or offer a different time to go I paid 56.oo bucks 2 watch others have fun they make u leap off into the water without directions or instructions definitely dangerous

Roseland is perfect for all ages! Fun water slides and great customer service! We had a birthday party planned here and the day of, the weather did not cooperate, so the park had to close right after we got there. They made it right by refunding us and even offering free passes for another day! Thats how you keep people happy! :)

Workers were very helpful and attentive. Walk way was a bit slippery and dirty with bird poo.

I have gone to Roseland tons of times, and it seems to not have changed a bit. I really would like to see some new additions, the same rides, year after year, and $30 per person is kinda high. This is the type of waterpark you can go to with the family maybe once or twice a summer.I guarentee if you update the colors, add new rises and attractions, you will get more business.Other than that, great place to bring family. Just be careful of Wavepool rules.

Great way 2 c a concert!!!

We take our boys, now ages 6 and 3, to this water park multiple times a summer. Their favorite is the splash park and river raft ride, even our little one can safely ride this with us. They have life vests there for the little ones, but you can bring your own (coast guard approved), which I recommend on busy days. We usually take advantage of the picnic tables right outside the gates too by packing a lunch since reentry into the park is so easy. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful. We love having this park in our town, we’ll be back soon!

Great place to take the family, especially young ones. The prices are a bit steep, considering the size of the park, but it is overall a nice place to visit and spend an afternoon in a hot day. There are a couple of really good slides, and a few moderate slides, plus a nice kiddie spot for little ones.

Ticket prices are a little high, but parking is free. Great for smaller kids. The typical 48” height requirement on all but two water slides is waived if the child rides on the lap of an adult - which is actually awesome, especially if you have kids above and below the requirement in tow!

Fun rides. It wasnt crowded when we visited. Great wave pool. One of the better water parks in the upstate central New York area.

It was really fun, the park is comfortable, the food is good and versatil menu. we were happy there. my son had fun a lot and he was happy with the train around the park. absolutely we come back there.

I went on a Sunday after 3 and I had a blast. Was not over crowded which I enjoyed. My family and I had an awesome time. Will be going back for more.

Great little water park! Great for really young kids cause they can go on pretty much all the rides. Prices are best after 3pm.

Water is not heated as they claim on website, staff barely acknowledge your there, every area of park needs maintenance or fixing, parking lot is a joke, if they werent affiliated with Bristol mountain they would be out of business, horrible visit! $30 a ticket! I could go to seabreeze for that price. The only good thing I can say is that there more than enough lifeguards on staff. CLEAN YOUR PARK UP!

Our first-time here! We loved it!

We go after 3pm on July 4th which is discounted. Typically open til 7:30 which is more time then we need. You have plenty of time to enjoy all areas two times around! Perfect for wearing kids down before heading to beach to see fireworks!

This place is good but there is this thing where you can rent out the whole day. We drove 7 and a half hours to just get denied because of a private party. If this happens to you then ask for a discount. And somebody has died there.

I was there with my daughter and her family for our first visit. Overall we had a great time - my granddaughter loved the wave pool in particular! Our only complaint, and it’s a serious one, has to do with overhead water jets on the Adventure River tubing ride. The water pressure coming out of the jets was way too high, the water felt like rocks hitting your head and being in the tubes made it impossible to avoid getting hit with them (twice)! Our 19-month-old (who was sitting on his father’s lap) was terrified and crying - and even though he had loved the Splash area earlier, he was terrified of all water after that. There certainly should have been a danger warning especially for not bringing young children, and either use a much softer water spray or had part of the path without having to go under those hard jets.

Roseland Waterpark is perfect for the entire family. They have a great kiddy pool for the younger kids and huge water slides for teen and adults. The place is very clean and the food is very good!

Awesome water park for families. Nice size to keep an eye on kiddos. Plenty of shaded areas and chairs. Very clean an awesome help. Our granddaughter cut her knee, the staff was under experience but very concerned. One of them stop us later in the park and asked how she was doing. Would definitely go again!

It was a lot smaller than expected. Nice and clean however. Food prices were on the high side $6.99 hamburger? I suggest you sneak in some snacks.

Roseland is an awesome day out with kids of all ages. There are no rollercoasters, but there are a number of different slides for a range of comfort zones, a lazy river, a wave pool, and splash zone. The food is reasonably priced and the staff all very friendly and fun. They do not allow floaties in the wave pool and on some rides...this stank a little as my ducky friend had to sit some fun times out.

No lines. Small park but when you can ride over and over without standing in line it seems you get your moneys worth. Wave pool is nice. Ill be returning

Great place to cool off. Great hidden gem. Couldnt believe I was still in CDaigs. Hope they will add more slides sometime. My kids loved it so did the adults. Lines almost non-existant.

Great park when its nice weather. they need a shelter to let people wait in during a storm. making everyone leave and walk through lightning and pouring rain out to their cars is ridiculous! never have I been to a park that kicked you out due to lightning. they wouldnt even let us wait in the changing rooms! Darien Lake, Seabreeze, Disney-none of them kick you out during a storm they let you be safe and take shelter! they dont even have this policy stated in their weather warranty section online, we had no idea.

Very nice budget friendly water park. My only complaint is that the water was freezing but my kids didnt seem to mind that much.

This is a great park for a hot family day. The park is small it has about 6 rides. Its very affordable. I enjoy coming here with my family. The staff is nice. I definitely recommend people to come. Dont let the size of the park discourage you.

Was a very fun day. The slides and wake pool gave the kids so much fun. Good was good, not too expensive ..much more fun than sea breeze park! There is another area that for 15 bucks you can have your kids learn how to water ski. Then there is an area where once theyre proficient, they can water ski all day .I recommend this park over sea breeze park. The cost is half of what sea breeze is, The workers are friendlier, they DONT NEED security guards to boss children around but there is help if you need it but you wont. No bullies here, no mean kids parents supervise their children. Much classier.Highly recommend you visit.

The pools and slides and food were all great, and the park was less crowded than another popular water park weve visited. Short lines mean more trips on the side, and more fun!

Good park in general but nothing amazing about it.Still curious why there are no trap door or drop slides at the park. No reason to go here over for example Aquatopia at CamelBak. More people would come here if there was drop slides

Great waterpark and you cant beat the prices. We go at least once a year. Never seem to wait more than 5 minutes in line to go down a slide.

It was very relaxing, enjoyable, my grandchildren and older kids had a ball.everything was right in a circle.

Small but wonderful! Very clean, everyone who works here is so nice, even the overly busy store cashier who doubles as a locker key master! Their wave pool is my favorite, its huge and clean and sparkling. The kids area looks like a dream kids Waterpark area brought to life! Colorful and fun! We try to go every year!

Great place to visit with small children. 13 and up quickly finds it boring after a few rides. Not too long lines makes it better so that kids can go on rides instead of waiting in line .

Love Roseland. Super friendly and helpful staff, sick features and great location. I’ve hit wake parks all over the US and in Thailand. Although Roseland doesn’t have a center island, it stacks up with the best in every other way.

Hidden gem! Short wait times, great attractions and all round fun time!

This place is honestly amazing. Riding the cables is a blast. The staff couldnt be better.Go have fun. Bring someone with you, even if they just wanna sun bathe on the side.

Lazy river was closed. Water was freezing cold in the kids area compared to the water slides. Me and my son almost drowned going down the water slidw and the two lifeguards on Duty didnt even help. Or even checked if my son was ok after being pulled down the water with me. They should retrain the lifeguards. And have better safety protocols. It was ok for our first time going but I dont think we will be going back.

Always fun. Would be nice to have one more ride, but its still really good. The Lady River is the best in the area too.

The place is a lot of fun but has not been updated in many years. They could use a few more water slides. The food is a little too expensive. There should be a more strick dress code. Be prepared for some provocative swimsuits. Overall it is fun for about 1 to 2 hours.

We really had a very good time.My son is 13 and he love the wave pool. It is a nice place to spend with your family.Very good time.

The lazy river and the little play ground for smaller kids is what got me about this place. It really brought the kid out in me - Ive never had so much fun with my boys!! The slides were awesome and we went after 3 (it is cheaper if you go then) but still had plenty of time to do everything. We will def. be going again ASAP!

The Wake Park is an excellent way to have fun, get a little exercise, and be outdoors. I highly recommend giving it a go to anyone thinking about trying. The employees are helpful as I have watched them numerous times really teach and encourage the beginners along. Its a great experience all the way around. GO FOR IT!

Awesome time learning to wakeboard! Kyle was super helpful and it was a blast. We went on our friends wedding day to give him a send off before the event and it was awesome!I would definitely recommend this place.

We went a year ago and loved it! Perfect size for a family. No long lines. Very clean. Affordable. Ive referred alot of co workers and they had a great time too! I think we spent three hours on the lazy river! (My 10 year olds obsession!) The wave pool was awesome!There was one family causing some drama and the staff were quick to squash it and remind them its a family park!

Great time, a little more than expected cost wise but that probably keeps it well balanced.

Was very disappointed when we brought our granddaughters to the park for some water activity. My husband and I dont go in the water but we were made to pay anyway. Spectator fee is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, we wont be back, instead Ill drive the extra miles to Seabreeze, which is less expensive.

Great place for kids and adults especially if you just enjoy water. I go every year. Took the kids now take the grandkids.

A little pricey for what it is. Very small, but the slides and wave pool are fun. definitely nice to bring smaller kids to, however older teens will get bored quick.
