Cambridge Maryland is located right at the ocean. It has such a relaxing feel and is close to shopping centers and restaurants. It is a very historic town.

I love visiting Lighthouses. Right at the Marina with nice views.

Wonderful day on Marylands Eastern Shore.

The views are breathtaking. Prepare to take pics, but its really hard to capture the natural beauty digitally. Historical info was worth reading. Id like to see a sunset from there.

Very scenic location. Nobody there but us. Lighthouse was closed for covid19 but still a great location on the Choptank

A peaceful, beautiful and educational stop on a historic tour of Cambridge. This is a must if youre doing a tour of east coast lighthouse or if youre making stops on the underground railroad tour. Great photo opp as well

Beautiful place o take some memobarle pictures together with the family and friends but some facilities were not well-maintained.

So great for pictures, even when its closed (which it is most of the year when its cold out). It was a great little walk to the lighthouse and back and along the piers.

Free Fishing area. No fishing license need. Beautiful scenery and lighthouse. More police presence would deter panhandling and other undesirable activies.

St the end of the wharf in Cambridge. The lighthouse is nice to photograph against the Choptank River. The white tower is from a ship FDR traveled on to Cambridge. It is not part of a smokestack but was actually an evening that had a out system he could use.

This is a really cool lighthouse! It wasnt open, but you could still walk around and it is great for taking photos. Made me want to learn more about the lighthouse, since it looks like it was moved from someplace else. Definitely worth the 12 minutes out of our way!

Its a nice place to chill and watch all the chickens.

Beautiful setting. Nice walking trail. Located at a yacht club and free fishing location. It could use more police presence as panhandlers approach patrons, mostly at night. Public intoxication is also present. In my several visits there these past several months, there was NO Law Enforcement presence. Not even a drive by.

Chopbank River Lighthouse is small and cozy yet provides an adequate space for the areas history. The carpentry is beautiful and its a nice walk along the boardwalk to get to it.

Very cool. Open to the public all they ask is for a donation that is voluntary. You can see the history of the lighthouse and even a few pieces from the lifhthouses history. Once inside there are great views of the choptank river.

I havent been home in 22yrs & my brothers took me where we used to walk at night when we had no AC. Our mom would walk us all down to long wharf.

Beautiful replica, great displays, history of lighthouse and underground railroad , only 4 stars because there was no restrooms and a combination lock on only one I saw in the park.

Loved it. Talk to the keeper. Stories are amazing. I donated to keep this place alive.

A nice visit, although it was way too hot and humid inside. Poor signage on how to actually get to the lighthouse as far as walking from the parking lot. Pleasant folks on staff. Wouldnt recommend it to others.

Great place to live

It is amazing.

Small and self guided. About 5 minute to see and read everything. Plus side is fishing from the parking lot. Make sure you have a fishing license.
