Trail is well kept, the beautiful river near and scenic landscapes are a treat with no car hazards as with non-trail riding on roads. ITS BLESSED.

Gorgeous way to enjoy the seasons. Lots of beautiful miles to hike, bike or cross country ski in winter mths. The portion by Cadillac is maintained spectacularly and paths have good visibility. You could travel from Grand Rapids well past Sand Lake all without leaving this park. There are going to be unpaved portions as you get outside of the Cadillac/Leroy/Tustin areas, but it is constantly being updated.

Great trail. At least 50 percent unpaved. I was a little disappointed to find that riding a street bike with 50 pounds tied to it. Beautiful experience either way
