The staff and owners were absolutely lovely to work with! I am so happy with my original fine artworks being matted, placed under museum glass and with a SOLID natural wood frame. Its not any more expensive than other corporate chains out there, and you get to work with nice people that care about their customer and quality work.AWESOME!

Highly recommend this store. They helped me choose a wonderful frame and matting, then did a great job finishing my picture. I am going to use them again on my next picture.I received a purchase request from a person who saw my picture at the State Fair and they specifically asked that it be framed exactly as it was on display at the state fair. Went in to frame 2 art pieces for my mom. They have a beautiful selection of framing materials. One we framed in a traditional style, the other was a gallery wrap painting that we put in a floater frame. Really finishes it off and gives it a contemporary completed look. Rob there is fabulous. Highly recommend him for his customer service and attention to detail. Prices were inline with custom framing. We will be back. Cant say enough about this frame shop. Love.

I have a 3 panel piece of artwork that was part of the box that Horizon Zero Dawn, the video game came in. Having no clue as how to frame it, I went to The Great Frame Up. Marilyn helped me select all of the pieces to properly frame my artwork. She has a great eye for different ways to do the project. There were difficult decisions to make, but Marilyn helped me each step of the way. I got my artwork displayed in a way that I love. I would never have been able to put it together without her excellent help. I never felt rushed and the quality of materials is first class.

Had some priceless prints that I needed framed. Went here, I got to pick out every little detail as well as a very nice color match. It is a bit pricey but totally worth it if you want a nice custom frame

The staff have been very helpful showing me good matting and framing options for the pictures I have brought to them. Their work is perfect. I get a lot of compliments on my pictures. I highly recommend The Great Frame Up.

This is our go-to place for framing. We have had several pictures framed or re-framed and have never been disappointed. Rob is very helpful and wants to get it right. We had a larger picture hung by them in a stairwell niche. It was not an easy spot to hang a picture but it came out looking great.

I had a great experience with my jersey framing at The Great Frame Up. They had great customer service and were excellent at helping me decide exactly what I wanted. My item was done in less than 10 days and I absolutely love it! Great quality and service.

They did a great job framing some paintings that meant a lot to my family.It took them about 1 week and a half to frame 4 paintings and they look amazing. The price I wasnt too thrilled about and it originally felt overpriced, but after looking at the final result I am happy.
