I love this store so much. We have found all our favorite artwork from here and the owner is so lovely and helpful. I could not recommend this place more! We have had many amazing experiences here and were able to create wonderful gifts for loved ones with the creative talent of the owner and staff.

05/16/2019 The prints available at this shop are great! Many local artists are available. Artists such as Michael Birawer & even original art by Emily Flynn. Support the local artists as they are quite incredible!

My husband and I just picked up three pieces of needlepoint and each had multiple mats and each was die cut.They all were done meticulously and we couldnt be more pleased.

It sounds cheesy, but I would give them 6 Stars if I could because of their ability to accommodate my holiday order when they were placed in difficult situation with a (I am assuming) supplier.Here’s the situation: I asked them to re-frame a Les Kouba print I had. I brought it in, talked through the details of the order, and left the store with a sense of excitement and contentment that I made the correct decision. I will note that picking out color schemes for frames is not a specialty of mine, and had to lean heavily on the owner/employees to help. I received a text (per request) before the estimated completion date saying that it was done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the owner mentioned the frame style I originally ordered was on back-order and they were unable to get that frame style in the original quoted time-frame.Actions the owner/employee took: Knowing two main key drivers for my situation, 1.) color schemes for frames is not a specialty of mine and 2.) This is a Holiday gift for a family member that collects Les Kouba and we were exchanging gifts that upcoming weekend. The owner/employee mentioned he did something atypical to their normal business practice, and went ahead with a better/more expensive frame for my Les Kouba print, but did not charge extra for that so I could have something that weekend. Moreover, he mentioned if I did not like the new frame color, they would happily put the original one on when it came in.Results they achieved: With 100% honestly, I believe the new frame color combo looks better than the one I originally picked out. The family member that received the print loves it, and I, personally, will go out of my way to do business with them, because of their ability to go above and beyond for me.Concluding remarks: With that, I think it’s important to look at this from the right perspective. They knew my knowledge on the topic and time-frame I was dealing with, they upgraded my order (when they didn’t have to) to accommodate my time-frame, and offered to correct my order if I didn’t like the upgrade. Some might say I could complain and try to get a refund or some money back, right? Throw a fit just to save $20. But is that really the ‘right’ thing to do here? When I think of someone with high strength in character, the correct answer is no. Especially, since they exceeded my expectations in their product, customer service, and decision making.Great business and wish them well.

Joel and his crew took a very large painting from 1977 that had been rolled up and torn and tattered over 40 years and mounted and framed it with great effort and care. I will be bringing more of my prints to them for their awesome work.

Ive been bringing my pictures and memorabilia to Deck the Walls (and now Print & Frame) for about 20 years. Always impressed with the selections they make for my pieces. They take care of whats precious to me and make it all look good. I was happy to find out that the owner of Print & Frame trained under the owner of Deck the Walls. That meant the quality would stay. If you have something special you want framed...these are your guys!

Custom frame looks amazing on the print I brought in!

Showed up 30 minutes before closed looking for a particular item. The owner was able to quickly figure out a way for me to get the perfect gift for my dad. He printed a custom image on canvas and wrapped it on a premade frame all by the time they closed. The end product turned out awesome. I would recommend for any gift giving situation. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Their work is very professional but when the staff remembers us, the print and the unique frame choice...literally within seconds from 4 years previous? Amazing. I trust these folks with my most precious items. Thanks guys!!

I went to Print and Frame looking for a budget-friendly, custom frame for a piece I have had forever. Walking in, I knew what I could afford but wasnt sure what I was looking for. The staff were professional, yet personal. They took the time to explain the price for each frame, and helped me get the most bang for my buck. I would highly recommend Print and Frame to friends and family, and will definitely be going back for future framing needs!
