Yesterday I was at this Michaels in my happy place but this white woman floor manager followed me the *entire* time. I was wearing a backpack, but they couldve had me check it at the door...Instead this woman stalked me my entire visit down every aisle- she wasnt even working. I wanted to call it out but I was outnumbered by all the other white ladies in there. So I took my 3 things and paid and left humiliated. I didnt even get to the glitters or the specialty paper I wanted. Michaels is my favorite store in the whole world but Im not coming back to this one

They did a fantastic job completing a large framing project for us.

Stock and selection is good, as always, but there never seems to be enough cashiers available and the checkout line is typically 5+ deep.

I know the covid virus is changing the way we need to do things but when I have to call to verify that a product is in the store so that I can order it online where it tells me they have it, and the person I speak to tells me that they have 6 of the product Im looking for only for me to place the order wait 5 hours for it to tell me that it has been canceled because they dont have it is asinine. No other store during all of this is this terrible at comunicating

Nice layout but they didnt have the item we went to purchase in stock. GREAT selection of marked down Christmas items and for pets as well! Employees VERY gracious and friendly, welcoming. Will visit again!!

I gave the clerk $100 cash and that was all I had. Im sorry but I was made to feel like dirt from the manager and the cashier. I will NEVER shop here again. The manager was extremely rude!

Didnt honor prices. Someone put wrong prices on yarn my wife wanted. Manager was quick to tear down display.

For arts and crafts, Michaels has everything you need. I go with my wife and no matter what project shes doing, we always find exactly what she needs. We have brought several pictures to their framing department and the staff have helped pick mats and frames and every picture we have had framed had turned out really nice.

They have so many great deals, and nice projects for the kiddos to keep them busy. And the big kids too, go check them out!

Lots of interesting things here even for someone like me who is not crafty.

I went in to purchase a frame and was helped by Raj. She was so so sweet and helpful. Even though I wasn’t getting a custom frame, she helped me look through many different prefab ones and helped me decide. She made sure that I got the 40% off coupon and helped me check the whole frame to make sure it was in perfect condition. Wish all customer service people were as kind and helpful!

Great craft store. Has just about any type of craft you are into. Large inventory. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about placement of products in store. A little more expensive than other stores. But you are almost guaranteed to find what you are looking for. Wish they had more coupons.

My experience was really bad there today! Will not shop there again! Ive shopped there for almost 15 years and what happened there today by one of the cashiers was bad enough to make me not want to shop there again!

If youre creative and crafty this is the place to be, I get so excited about all the different projects that I dont know where to begin. Today they had a great sale on candles they had their large candles for $2. Great store for artists, their canvases are usually on sale.

Such a great crafts store to walk around. Everyone at the store is very nice, you can tell customer service is important to them. Checking out the clearance sections is a must. They have great deals. Otherwise some things might be a little spendy

Nothing wrong with this store...I just prefer the other... I just went there to check inventory before ordering online since it was NOT out of my way

Was hoping to find more things than I did.

They are always welcoming and helpful . I did have a hard time with them changing their floor plan and being able to find what I came there for.

They had of a selection to pick from than other stores ive gone too for the product i was looking for! But there were alot of things that had no price tag anywhere on or around them

The store is clean and well organized... I always find something that I need and the staff is very helpful. But I mostly come here for the classes! Bertie is amazing! She is helpful and encouraging and extremely knowledgeable about all Michaels products and how to use them. If youre trying to choose which Michaels to attend for a class, I strongly recommend coming here!

Love Michaels but why compete with Hobby Lobby? You dont need to look like them. The 40% off is only good on full priced items. Or they discount the most expensive thing. Most things are on sale. Great place to get Prisma Colored Pencils.

Like always, I love going to Michaels. Michaels is the best place, to my mind, for picking up craft supplies. I went to Michaels to look for a funnel, and found some yarn and also a clearance item mark down 90% . I love it!

This Michaels is actually pretty small compared to many, but the staff are nice. I didnt have any trouble finding what I wanted and when I asked for a new poster board because the one they had was ripped, the staff was easy to find and found me a new one instantly. Always check online for coupons!

Terrible customer service. Only 1 o2 two people on the floor at a time. But if you need craft supplies they probbably have it. Plus superior selection of yarn then JoAnn

I love Michaels. I usually find anything and everything I need related to crafting. They have a whole row devoted to stickers! They occasionally have 12x12 scrapbooks on the clearance racks!! They dont put Cricut machines on sale very often though. Neither do they put Otte lites on sale often. Their selection of yarns is pretty good. It would be nice if they devoted more space to each color and brand . I was looking for a difficult size frame and I found 2!! I call that good. I have never used their framing services. I get my tealights there always and they rarely put them on sale so the 50% coupon works almost every time!! Michaels is a great store if youre into crafts compared to Hobby Lobby.

I had several employees help me. One seemed a little put off about helping me but the other woman was polite, professional, and helpful. She even went and got me a cart because my basket was full. Cashier was also very friendly. I couldnt find one thing i was looking for but didnt want to go back and ask the crabby woman. Overall pretty good.

Great selection of crafting materials. They always have coupons online. The only down side is the store is kinda outdated and usually long lines at checkout.

I am a DIY kind of person and this place is heaven on earth ! They have everything . They have a low price photoshop in the back. They can also cut glass for you. They even have classes you can take.

Feels like this location is running out of space, the the aisles are so small barely two people can fit through some aisles the shelves appear to be over stocked with product, but the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Because it gets boring there and I always get a headache in the store

Usually have just what Im looking for in stock, and usually helpful employees. One frustrating thing is their coupons often dont work because you cant stack them with sale items, so even if youre be better off with the coupon discount on the regular price, you can only get the sale price... I find its worth waiting for those things until they have a 20% off your entire purchase coupon then. There are also a few restrictions on the coupons, so be sure to check! Classes offered here are pretty good. Clearances after holidays are also often pretty good. Overall, I appreciate that they have almost anything I am looking for thats craft related.
