They provided great food and attention for the old folks assembled for a high school reunion taking care to observe Covid-19 precautions.

They have everything from a casino to a funcity to a waterpark. They even have a sports bet place for guys to hang out and watch sports. Well definitely be going back soon.

Very updated and modern, People are usually really friendly and its everything you could ever ask for all in one convenient location, 3 hotels, A spa, An arcade with a Go-kart track and a laser tag arena, a casino and multiple restaurants! They also have nice ballrooms that you can use to host events and stuff and they EASILY hold 200ish people so thats super nice too! Highly recommend!

I like this casino best. They keep plenty of inactive penny slots. Have you noticed though that the penny slots cost at least $.40/spin.

Fun gambling and strong drinks

Had a HORRIBLE experience at this hotel/resort. I normally would never take the time to write a review and I have worked in customer service/management for 15+ years. Upon our arrival, for our 2 day stay at PZAZZ, they accidentally booked us for 4 adults instead of 2 children and 2 adults. Therefore, they booked us to stay on the 21 and older side of the hotel and then proceeded to let us know they now had no rooms for the 2 nights for us available. Victoria, the front desk representative, was very unapologetic, told us we had to go to the other side of the hotel for help and that we would have to call to get our original hotel cancelled, that we could not stay in (their fault) and they would charge us a $150 cancellation fee!!! Also, she told us to try and get a hotel at their sister hotel, which had no rooms available as well. We drove from out of town of course, met family members here and took time off work for this family trip. We ended up trying to make the best out of the situation, because life is too short, we ended up going swimming and eating here. The food is horrible, the rooms (which our families stayed in) were unclean, the hotel had paint chipped walls everywhere, there were flies all over, the elevator sounded like it was going to break down, just in need of a TON of maintenance and looked like the staff just did not care about the hotel appearance or safety. Never would I EVER recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been here two previous times and it was not a good experience the other two times, but not anywhere near as bad as this time.

Great little casino with very nice employees !

Cant comment on anything except the cafe. My wife and I love the atmosphere in this huge cafe that has two or three bars. Never had a bad meal here and the offerings are different enough to have people return.

To me, this IS the place to have fun. It has a hotel, casino, FunCity, and Hucks Harbor. Best place to have fun non stop.

Edge Water Cafe! Had s decent affordable meal. Not a large selection on the menu and did not serve a burger? ? ? ? Staff were courteous but had a little problem keeping the orders in place.

Well the beer is cold the waitresses nice but gambling is too tight

The staff was friendly the food was ok. The Pzazz hotel is VERY dated. Indoor pool is much smaller than led to believe. For the price I would recommend Kalahari Resorts. Or go to holiday inn for rooms and pool and find a monkey Joes or kid zone.

No one ever comes out ahead at the casino.

This place is very dated. The staff did the best they could. I dont think the corporate owners are spending any money on maintenance or updates. Indoor waterpark and play area are small, kiddie size. Arcade and go karts were very good. Just didnt live up to the 3.7 rating. After paying for the extra stuff seems like Great Wolf or Kalihari would be a better choice. Again the staff did a great job with they have to work with.

I honestly dont know how a place that makes so much money every day and has probably some of the worst rooms Ive ever stayed in. Everything else is great so far but the rooms are so bad. Probably wont be coming back

Would give zero stars if I could. While the complex is nice and there’s a lot to do the ‘ZOOM’ go cart rides is absolutely horrible! We waited in line for an hour and half when there was little to no line. The system is absolutely horrible! And they didn’t even catch that one of the passengers weren’t buckled up! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!
