Joe S. was absolutely amazing! He was so sweet & accommodating. Every question I had he answered. Which was about 50 of them. Last time I was in I had a poor experience but I decided to give it another chance. He made the experience a million times better & I will definitely be back! If you see him expect nothing but the best! On a second note, the food & drinks are over priced. But you certainly pay for the service & I hope it continues to be that way.

Walked in with my family and was told there was a 2 hour wait and we should have called to make a reservation. Who the hell makes a reservation to go bowling seriously? We decided not to wait the 2 hours at 6PM. Definitely would not return. To upscale for what is supposed to be a family activity!

Kings is actually really great. Theyre definitely pricey but the food is good and the entertainment options are excellent. The arcade, billiards, and bowling areas are all high quality and the service was fantastic. My bowling alley kept faulting out and I was comped with an unlimited one night card for the arcade without even asking. They definitely try to give you your moneys worth and that sets them apart for me.

Sandra needs a raise, she was rad and really touched my soul, praise the lord Jesus. He really gifted that girl with the raw talent to be a people person and excel at customer service. I will strictly go back because of her

Would not recommend. The food is way overpriced and very bland. This is worse than your regular bar food selection. On top of that the waiter took a very long time to get us refills and napkins. She also didn’t asks us if we wanted desserts. She did run like Usain Bolt fast enough to leave us the bill and walk away. Customer service is dead, and this place is highly overrated and overpriced. I rather see a fly on a wall for hours than go back here.

Before you even go, They have 50+ retro games in the arcade, on top of bowling and a restaurant . I am so happy to see that they have reopened, and hope people support them.

We had a super fun Cub Scouts bowling trip at Kings Burlington and they were amazing!Sandra R was the MVP of the day, she patiently set up 4 lanes of bowling for the rowdy scouts and even got all our names set up for us.Everyone liked the food and Sandra R did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and drinks were kept full.If you’re having an event, this place is a fun option!

A great place to go for bowling and group parties. Food is good standard bar fare with some fun twists and the drink selection is nice. Weekend evenings can get very crowded so get in early if possible or be prepared to wait.

I visited this place twice with my coworkers for birthday celebration and I like it. Its cool and the atmosphere is entertaining. You can play a game of pool or bowl while eating or drinking with friends. I love their spicy calamari.

Expensive but good food. Pictures show the Reeses sundae and cookie dessert. We had a child with us and werent offered any kids items like crayons,etc. Overall experience was good though.

This place is really fun! Not a huge fan of the food, it wasn’t anything impressive, but still tasted good! Got the Sunny sandwich with chicken breast & the bacon was gross and flimsy. Also, the sweet potato fries aren’t worth the money. The bowling area was clean and a great environment (besides the shoes thrown into a huge messy pile on the bench). The music was fun, the staff members were friendly, and we had a good time there for NYE.3/2019 Update:Still unimpressed with the food. Went in again, had the Kale & Apple salad with chicken (for an additional $4) and it was over-cooked - extremely dry and hard to even cut through. The salad itself was good. The kale greens & apples were fresh and I enjoyed everything except the chicken...we also waited more than 2 hours on the bowling waitlist so we left early. Taking a star from my previous review.

A fun place with lots of game, bowling, and drinks. We had difficulty playing an arcade game so a staff member gave us 30 minutes of unlimited free play. They really tried to ensure we had fun. THANK YOU! Definitely coming back!

Id like to leave to reviews... But I cant. Ill start with the good: bowling! Brought a bunch of kids and had a fantastic time. Now for the bad: food. Save your money and eat anything else. Pizza cheese is leather and the burgers are... Sad. Their strength is gaming... Not dinner.

The food was usually pretty good despite constantly making changes to their menu. If you plan on ordering drinks be prepared for long ordeal. I ordered drinks with a friend one night and the waitress asked to see my ID which I presented to her. She then asked to see a second form of identification in which I showed her my forklift license assuming that was more than proficient to show I am who I am. She then asked to see a credit card which I did not have on me at the time and I told her I could show her other licenses and documents I had with my name. She refused and said she had to speak with a manager whom came over to the table moments later and I then had to explain the situation over again that I did not have a credit card on me. At this point everyone at their tables in the surrounding area is staring over at us and I’m obviously annoyed and frustrated at this point to which I tell the manager that I don’t understand why something so simple is being made into a huge ordeal and that I have about 10 different licenses and documents with my name that I had offered to this waitress and was refused. I was then given the typical “Well you know that’s just our policy”....What was frustrating the most is that I was a regular at this place for a while and never had issues until this particular incident.

I had amazing service from the Bartender Vivian And manager. This was my first time going to Kings in Burlington. I showed up at 5p on a Saturday for a date. Well as it turned out, at 6p the whole entire place was reserved Including dinner, bowling and pool for 3 hours.I asked the manager “ I think his name was John” if there was anything I could do and he told me that they had one pool table open and he would make sure I got to place. He indeed made that happen and went above and beyond.Vivian was on another level. I was seated at the open. Tables next to the bar and there was no one serving them. I asked Vivian if she knew if there was someone available and she replied that she could do it. I told her that I was still waiting for my friend to arrive and she said that she would come over when my friend arrived. As soon as my friend arrived Vivian came over and gave us amazing service. She also took our jackets for us and as soon as we were done and ready to pay, Vivian had jackets ready and check! She took what could have been a terrible experience and made it great.

We just celebrated my husbands 60th Birthday at Kings Burlington and had a great time. Our waitress Annie was very accommodating and helpful! It was a little dark and difficult to see the keyboard to set up our bowling game.

This place i think used to be ok untill me and a buddy of mine showed up with false advertisment saying they were open a complete waste of my time cost about 3 hours of a run around and dont appreacheat it at all in my opinion dont advertize if youre not open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A great experience overall and definitely enjoyable for a special occasion, but it does not come cheap. As a family of 6, we spent $150 for lunch with one beer and no dessert, and one game of bowling. If you do the dine and bowl, then you do not have to wait for eternity if the place is crowded.

Had a great time here! The bowling was very modern (even showed the mph of the ball!) and had good service the entire time. The billiards room was also well kept and affordable! Overall definitely recommend!

So many little things that could easily be done to make things flow more effectively. We go often to shoot pool but our last experience was rough. Check in clerk told us we would pay everything together (food, drinks, pool) at their desk at the end. Instead it was all paid through the server which isn’t a problem except the server was not available. We would go 30-40 minutes without seeing an employee. We waited to order another round but gave up. Then waited to pay but gave up. Went up front where they pointed us to the server and would find her. 15 minutes later she brings the whole group bill rather than the separated checks we had requested. She dropped the bill and vanished even though I had my credit card in my hand. Wait another 15 minutes. Desk guy doesn’t offer to help just can’t pay with me. Doesn’t offer to find server again. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting post check delivery, we went to the bar and had to demand the card be ran for our bill. Waited. 10 minutes later, the same person runs the card. Still having never seeing the server after the check delivery. Less than 10 seconds in well over an hour as a server for contact with guests seems inattentive. We will go back because the pool tables are nice but service is sketchy most days.

I have been at Kings a lot of times, the staff is good, the atmosphere is really nice and fun. Just the menu is all right, nothing extremely surprisingly good. They have arcade, pool table, bowling, karaoke night, guarantee fun.

Great fun at a great price. The food was better than expected for a bowling alley, but not overpriced. The bowling facilities were nice and, again, priced par for the course.

This particular place is not that up to date. I honestly didnt enjoy my time there for several reasons.The wait was unbelievably long... we waiting 3 hours to get a lane. This takes the first star off.In the meantime we played retro-arcade to kill time and that cost $20 an hour on very outdated games. I know they call them retro-game, but they were really horrible quality games that should be either called stone-age games or charge you much less for them. This takes another star off.Then we spent another hour and half on dinner. Felthy expensive menu that taste garbage... I dont mean to be rude, but thats how it tastes. We ordered chicken wings and were over charged $2 for requesting to have each 5 wings with a different sauce. Not only that swapping sauce cost nothing extra, but we were not even told there will be an extra charge. We also go the sampler plate. BEWARE AND DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE DISH. The quatity was low and the taste was horrible and greasy, and cost $19... Nachos were horrible as well. They felt like they were made by a 5-year old kid as they were not crunchy, the toppings were scant and not well spread... the quality and cost takes 1 more star off.I would not recommend this place to any one... there are other options around that are much better to visit than this place.

I wouldn’t bother with the dine and bowl reservation it’s pointless. My husband and I had reservation to dine and bowl and the wait was so ridiculous. Bowling was fun I was just annoyed that the wait was so long since we had a reservation.

My company spent a chunk of change renting this place for our winter holiday party. I found it pretty mediocre. It tries to do too much and be too much and ends up doing everything half way.

Id give it five stars if my bowling was better. I know its not their fault, but...Great service. Great facility. Super staff.

Pretty fun. It was a first date activity. The air hockey table ended our game quicker than normal which was weird. But we had an epic battle on Mario Kart.

Bar smelled like dishwashing chemicals. Its a high end bowling alley with good quality food and drinks. Friendly customers and staff. Loads of parking. They have a bowling league and karoake.

Two stars because the bartenders were nice and the beer was cold.Kings decided not to leave any lanes for walk ins and rent every single lane available leaving us with a 3 hour wait at 5:30 on a wednesday.They also decided to rent out the entire pool room so we couldn’t even shoot pool while we waited for a lane.Dumb decision to let this happen on management. Leave a few lanes for walk ins only so at least its an hour or two wait instead of 3.

Beer selection is so-so. Mostly Major brands or hoppy IPAs. Food is okay. Great arcade and service, though.

Went to the Burlington Kings and had such a great time. Our server Malihka was the best. She was very attentive, and she got us a free dessert and tacos. She was very sweet, and we would come back just for her. Also, the bowling was fun too!

Extremely expensive bowling. With tip spent 60 dollars on two rounds of bowling with my date. Would have much rather spent that 60 on roulette in Nashua. Staff is very nice and hospitable. Living in Las Vegas where cheap bowling is everywhere these prices offended my sensibilities.

We had a great night celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. Lynn, our server, was great from start to finish and made the transition from the dining room to the alley seamless. Thanks for a great evening!

Lane broke 3 times while bowling. No medium balls. Paid $10 for a burger the size of a clementine. A la carte. No fries or sides. Ive been before but on company dime. For the money this place is a rip off

First time at this location Friday night and it was fantastic! We did the dine and bowl option. Our server was so nice! Food was amazing! We had the pretzel appetizer and it might have been the best pretzel I had in a while. It was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside also it was huge. I had the sunny burger with waffle sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious and tasted like it was handmade. The caramelized onions with bacon made the burger just melt as you ate it. My husband had the angry burger which he inhaled so I assume it too was delicious. The 10 pin bowling was so much fun! I took a star off for the bowling experience cause they limit the bowling to 2 games and I felt like it wasn’t enough. Then they said the waitlist was 2 hours long when the place wasn’t even packed so I found that strange. Also the waitress wasn’t good, she never came over to us so we had to flag her down just to get a drink. The atmosphere is pretty awesome, I loved the DJ she played great jams from back in the day. Overall good place, I’d definitely go back just earlier so we aren’t limited for bowling.

We cane to bowl with Margaritas annual bowling tournament. This place was super fun! I ordered a mudslide drink which was one of my better decisions of the day. Im not an excellent bowler however my experience was great. The event was well organized and staffed. The food was hot and satisfying. One of the bussers did grab one of my co workers drinks before she finished it, however once explained they replaced it. The place was packed so it was probably an easy mistake. Thanks for a great time.

The staff were friendly and really welcoming. The manager was Annie Carbonier she was hands down so helpful and sweet. Our server Kendra was quick with the orders which helped for someone very hungry. Kendra also took the time to make sure to tell us about the different types of drinks they had. She did wonders for our first time dining there. No words can express my first experience. Wish all restaurants I went to were more like this. Fiancé is a vegetarian which sometimes make it difficult to try a variety of foods. They fulfilled all of our needs. The food delicious and the drinks are out of this world! Best place for family and friends to eat and bowl! Will highly recommended Kings dining and entertainment for everyone.

We had an order of French fries it was delayed until the check came to our table and were about to pay. One of our friend asked for water at the bar and it was never served, so finally walked out.

This was not really my kind of place. The food was just ok. The atmosphere noisey. The bowling could have been nice but the balls were worn out and the shoes stuck to the floor so badly it was almost dangerous.

If youre just there to bowl, then its ok.I would *not* recommend going if you just want to eat.Typical American/pub food and a large selection, but everything was underwhelming and plain.

At one point our lane had an issue, the names were messed up and at one point our pins even stopped dropping. I was able to ask someone to help us and the issue was resolved right away. First time there. Food excellent service adequate bowling options are great. Grand kids had a blast will definitely do it again the next time we visit.

They had a new menu with more food to choose from. I dont think that the meal the I ate there wasnt that good and I notice if you go during the weekday its a lot cheaper to play and bowl but overall its a great place to hangout with friends and family.

This place was SO much fun! I love that the waitress comes right to your ally and serves you there so you dont have to stop your game to order or eat!

The service was top notch. Kendra the waitress was prompt when it came to taking me and my friends orders. The food was really good and quick. I did not enjoy the brew martini, which was the priciest of all drinks. The strawberry mojito was pretty good per say. Over all I give four stars because even with the place being packed they delivered fast service.

The best part or the meal was the burgers. Best appetizer was egg rolls. Dessert are over price not good quality. As a family of 4 we just did not enjoy dessert. It it the middle of the winter in New England people go out to enjoy time together. The place was cold. Lots of people and still cold the could easy increase temp 7 to 10 degrees. Bowling was nice but the price is in the high end. I guess we paid to see tu he pictures of all the famous people 5he have been at Kings.

Overpriced. Poor quality. Fun stuff to do, but kind of a waste of time in the food and drink department. I just got a burger and fries, burger was 9 bucks for something McDonalds quality (really poor), and for 3 dollars, got maybe a handful of fries (the fries are cold, and extra. The burger doesnt come with them). I had had good food before, but now its gone downhill. Avoid.

Such a great experience!! I had to organize an outing for a range of 15-22 people ON A FRIDAY NIGHT for my company team outing. We did the group package with bowling, food (pizza, sliders, veggie platter, 2 YUMMY apps!), and 2 drink coupons per person.Wesley helped me organize the event, food, drinks, etc. and give me an estimated cost for everything with only 8 days notice. Sandra was our waitress for the evening and was absolutely WONDERFUL! Anytime Im back i will definitely be requesting Wesley and Sandra!I know we will be back (hopefully soon!) Good place to enjoy with family or friends!

A little pricey for bowling, but its a fun environment with full service at the lanes.Our server was very attentive and friendly. Food and drinks came out in a timely manner. There was a large group next to us and only a handful actually bowled. They were pretty invasive about crossing over into our lane and the people next to them on other side as well.There really should be a limit to how many people can stay directly in the lane area. Everyone from the family was standing and getting in the way of two other lanes.Played pool. Another large group of people where only a few were playing. Kept having to ask guys to move or bumped into them as they were standing around and not aware of people around them.

Kings is a fun establishment but dont mistake it for your conventional bowling alley. Its a bar with bowling alleys as a differentiator, not a focus, and the number of lanes, price to bowl, and limit on consecutive games (see number of lanes for probable motivator) reflects this. Its a good time but you will pay about twice what you would at a conventional alley per head. Sadly its one of the few options for ten pin in the region.

Fun place to go for an evening. The wait for a bowling lane was about 45 minutes but theres plenty to do while youre waiting. We played in the arcade for a bit which has a nice selection of games, although one game had a broken gun and the Alien game wasnt set up properly and would have taken 8 swipes of our card for two people to play.

Had to wait an hour for an alley. When we got one it kept breaking down. Rented shoes has so many knots in the laces, they were hard totie. Had to give my credit card to hold are place for an alley. When returning the card, gave me the wrong card.
