I hope they open up soon, all I want to do is swim which I feel is safe during Covid. Everyone has your best interests at the center!

My daughter had good time learning to swim here also a good time at the birthday party that was held here,we recently checked out the model boats demonstration

Overall a nice place to come for a workout, with a great pool area, but classes are lacking - most classes are weekdays in the morning to early afternoon, so if you work normal hours or have a kid that doesnt go to school or daycare, youre not able to go. A babysitting service of some sort would certainly make this place worth at least 4 stars to me! Other than that, the staff is nice, and the place is clean all around.

I’m very curious what’s gonna happen when they open back up I paid a little over 300$ to get a membership do I get the days back that I missed out on due to covid or do I get a refund there’s no one to talke to and no one will answer my call

The aquatic center is fantastic - Olympic size pool, well lit, great quality facility. The fitness center could definitely use some updating and new equipment! Also, their WiFi does not allow you to stream videos, so you cannot watch YouTube, Netflix, etc while you are working out.

If youre there watching your grandkids or children,there is no where to sit

Great facility. The lock rooms are always clean, the pool is perfect for any level of swimmer and is The family friendly place to go.

Best aqua fitness center around... Just the couple months Ive been goin for the pool hot tub n sonna I helps my body so much even down to my bones. Everyone that works there have great customer service etiquette . Theyre so very polite n nice to everyone Everytime I go there.. Thank you so very much for having it available for us to come and enjoy

I was very pleased with the center last summer. My kids and I went about 4x a week. We only went once over the winter as it was very cold inside and my kids couldnt enjoy thier swim. We went to go rinse off in the large family bathroom and we were sad to see the shower was not working. As a single mom of two, its easiest to let the kids rinse off together under a constant stream of water as they can not continuously press the button to keep the water on in the large locker room. We went back today for the first time since winter and the family locker room shower STILL wasnt working. They have new lifeguards with new rules and each one is different. For instance the large sturdy pool noodles were the only ones my kids used last summer because they actually WORK at keeping my kids afloat. We were NOT ONCE ever told that we could not use them. Today a new lifeguard told my kids they had to use the flimsy almost deteriorated pool noodles because the large sturdy ones were for the classes!! Upgrade your equipment, fix the shower, and keep ALL the lifeguards on the same page!

Great pool! Took my granddaughter there to swim and we had fun! Very clean locker room and showers. The pool is very clean and water is a perfect temperature.

I have been going to the Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness Center for probably 20 years and I am no longer happy with the service. I was hoping to change my membership to the new structure they have setup, but they wont allow me to until August 2019. My husband travels and is never around and so there is just my youngest and myself and we want to change to a green family membership and continue to pay until August, but no go. I would have gladly remained a member past August, but now that they wont change over my membership we will be leaving in August. The manager is unreasonable and the Aquatic Center has become like any other fitness center, only care about the money and not the people.

This is like for retired people. The facility does not smell delightful . equipment is old. I wish they have a heavy bag for punching

I love the Aquatic Center! I come once a week to exercise The facility is very clean. If you come during 10 AM to 2 PM it is not too crowded. They have nice hot tubs, a giant pool, and a kiddie pool as well. The life guards are very laid back and as long as you dont run on the deck or be obnoxious you will not be bothered.

The competition was great and the Tonawanda aquatc team finished 10th in the country. Their was teams from as far away as Hawii and Alaska

Fantastic place to work out. Very clean, great state of the art equipment, very friendly trainers, lifeguards and staff. Always great parking places.The cost of a yearly membership is hundreds less than other fitness centers such as the YMCA. Our family yearly membership was only $400. The pool area is beautiful. We love it there.

Wonderful place. Small town feel. Not one of those box, clone yuppie gyms. Would be nice if they opened earlier especially on Sunday. 7 Sat. 5 week days. Well maintained.

Literally heaven, if you ask Alex the lifeguard to take you to the back, he will take you to a tunnel behind the bleachers there is a stash a magic pasafiers filled with baby elixer suck on one and you will telaport to in-between heaven and hell, tell the man at the popcorn booth Max sent you, then recite any emeniem song from 1999, he will direct you to an elavtor straight to heaven. I have been going here for years. Everyone is polite and the facility is excellent. Personally Im glad kids under 14 arent allowed in the hot tub. A lot of people go there to relax. The have an Olympic-sized pool for having fun.

This is such a relaxing gym to go to. The staff are very professional, the environment has a good atmosphere and is always clean and the other gym goers are always pleasant.

Love coming here for our homeschool drinking group, great pool area and wonderful exercise for the kiddos.

The kids had fun & I love that they have a whirlpool & sauna. If youre a female watch out for the creepers (speaking from 1st hand experience).

Absolutely love the Aquatic Center love the prices the only thing I dont like is the way people are able to jump into the pool God forbid somebody lands on somebody else they can get hurt very badly and they need to move their basketball net somewhere else especially when theres other family members swimming in that area not playing the game

I love going for a swim. Its the best workout for me right now . I do think that children should be ok in the hot tub accompanied by an adult. My grandson likes to go there but feels really bad that he cant sit in the hot tub with me. Hes 12.

Good facility, hasnt been crowded yet and I have been there a few times now. Sauna, hot tub, full pool with lap swim available, kiddie pool, weight room + cardio available. Rates reasonable, especially if you live in Tonawanda.

This is a great local place to swim, hot tub it up, sauna soak, and work out. The price is cheap so its not the biggest place and its really only worth it to go there alot if you are a local but if you need something on the spot its nice enough.

Go there to swim with titans the awim team a they are so nice to move the bleaker in the midle of the poll so we can sp long course and they let us have swim meet there so i govw them 5 stars and they are just so lit if you need to go work out go to thr aquatic and fitness center and they do party so you can have apool party there for your childer but it is the best place ever i just love it so munch so you need to go there and work out and they do zumda class there .

The best swimming pool, but very small and uncomfortable shower cabins. Water flows only 10 seconds. Have to press the tap all the time. In the locker room are very noisy conditioners and blow strongly on wet people. Everything is very uncomfortable.

Having recently become a resident of Tonawanda, one of my first places was joining the Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Buffalo (its in Tonawanda)...anyway, my reason for the 5 star rating is because of the ladies at the front desk. Ever so friendly even when I am rushing in/late for my weekly Aquafit class on Tuesday evenings, they patiently do the needful and send me on my way with a funny comment here and there. I really like that and they are one of the reasons I renewed my card to return for the classes. I did try their gym once but I decided that the pool is my focus at this facility. Kudos, girls....see you next Tuesday!!

I dont like the lifeguards️there mean and annoying. And the rule should change about the no holding onto the ramp when dunking. NEW LIFEGUARDS️that actually like there job and not just sit there doing nothing just yelling at kids for not doing anything

I like the place i just wish they would make the men in the locker room either wear a towel or thier shorts because there is no reason why my grandson should see that kind of stuff going on in there. I dont walk around with nothing on i dont think weirdos in there should be allowed to do it either!!! Hopefully this will get the town to screen what kind of men they have in their locker room. Best reasonably priced complete workout facility in the area.

Ive been a member for long time. The pool area is nice. I Dont work out here its too crowded. Staff is ok. The club is old and needs updating. Its expensive if you are not a town resident. I could never figure out why they open the pool half hour later than they open the club up. They need to change saturday and sun day at 7am.

Parking is terrible but the facility is clean and safe.
