My granddaughter had her birthday party there when she turned 6. She and all the kids had a great time. Good food also. Good prices as well.

Very clean. Friendly & helpful staff. One of the few Childrens play centers around that I feel I would be comfortable with bringing my son to play at while I sit and get work done and still be able to keep an eye on him and not have to follow him everywhere he goes. Also great if I want to have a play day for me and him too though.

My granddaughter had her 5th birthday party add Bounce Magic and it was absolutely wonderful. Air hostess Sandra did an excellent job. The staff was very pleasant and the food was delicious. And the best part is my beautiful granddaughter had a wonderful time.

My son had a minor accident that required staples (he is 6 and also a crazy person when having fun) and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating I truly appreciate the customer service skills of whoever filled out the incident report.

My children love it here theres a variety of bounce houses, they seem safe the houses are blown up nicely, there are snacks , pizza, coffee and drinks available theres also coupons you can receive if you sign up for the promotions its a fun place to be , I like bringing kids up for a few hours to run and play

They must make a killing charging basically 13 bucks a kid (no matter what age) with minimal staff. None of which enforce rules. But the kids had fun. Its located in a plaza with a Red Robin where you can get a real meal afterwards.

Great place to visit with your kids on a rainy day. Range of activities is available: from various types of bouncy houses, to mini golf, to arcades. Toddler area is available (and fenced out) as well. Parents can rest in the central area and order drinks and/or food from the menu. Not many healthy options are available, though.

Really love this place, upgrades are nice! Love the middle play area. Perfect for cold days and getting out of the house.

Very expensive for toddlers outside of toddler time. Many of the arcade games steal your tokens or dont give tickets. All of the hand sanitizers are empty. They do have 6 boune house type slides that the kids enjoy.

My kids were all trampled on by big kids in the kid area. We told the man at the front several times until we decided to leave. He then gave me free passes to come back but accidentally put the 2018 instead of 19 and they denied us coming back. Wanted to do a birthday party here for both girls but honestly not anymore.

Love it I usually take my children on a Saturday so they can play. Had two birthday parties there it was affordable and I did not have to do anything. They serve the best Chicken wings also

I was here for my nephews birthday party. The kids all had fun. The employees did a great job with the kids and keeping things organized. I would encourage others to utilize the facility for birthdays.

$12 for a day pass. Theres a family pack deal $25 includes day pass for one child and pizza and pop for two, or one really hungry kid. Adults free when accompanying a child. Went in on a Tuesday around 11, the place was basically empty. The compressors for the bounce houses are very loud, which scared my daughter at first, but after getting used to it she had fun. The equipment looks a bit run down, but is quite serviceable regardless. The staff was friendly, but again there was only 4 kids there total. The facilities are clean. Theres a decent sized menu of mostly junk food; hot dogs, fries, pizza etc. My review is based on a very non peak visit, but I would definitely take her back again.

This is a great idea! My husband and I brought our 1 year old who is an active walker and climber here today. We do wish that we could have known ahead of time that there is very little enforcement of keeping only toddlers in the toddler area, though. The equipment in the toddler area is so perfect and it was definitely fun, but it would have been much better if we didnt keep getting overrun with 7 or 8 year olds. The staff came in a couple times to clear out the area, but I definitely suggest that they post someone there to just make sure the kids going into this area are toddlers. Im not sure well be going back for a few years.

The place is ok I guess kinda dirty and alot of open space for kids to run around..I guess my only real complaint is that they need to put a worker to watch the smaller kid area to make sure none of the big kids go in there..I see it almost every time Ive been there , a big kid goes in and just plows down or accidentally hurts one of the little kids

This place is not worth the $13.50 I had to pay for my 2 year old to play! There was no staff.. when we walked in I had to wait a few minutes before someone came to the counter. (I was about leave). There was very little in the toddler area. My 2 year old was even bored. The bigger inflatables were dingy and gorse! The majority of them had cracks and little holes. The entire facility was just over all dirty. The floors in multiple places had filth on them.we are Very unhappy. This was our first AND our last time here. Honestly pay the few extra dollars and take your kids to Billy Beez

Very nice. Was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that they have a staff member watching in the toddler area. Too many bigger kids go in there and the toddlers get pushed or knocked down.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Every bounce house in this over priced dump needs replaced. My fiance and 4 y/o son went into one of the bounce houses and found another 4 y/o boy with his ankle stuck in a rope. When my fiance attempted to get his ankle out of the rope he realized it was so tightly caught, there was no budging. We let the mother know and told her to get an associate to get scissors so my fiance could cut the boy loose. Not only did 1 staff member tell us that it happens often, another staff member told us we couldnt cut the rope. He eventually convinced the associate and once free, the boys ankle was swollen and red. I looked over multiple bounce houses and found many were tattered and worn with major safety issues. Mind you 90% of them have a Kids Only sign. Imagine the outcome had we listened to their rules. Never returning. Btw. If after reading this, something compels you to visit, bring your own golf ball to play putt putt. Youll save yourself $1.

This place is old and not worth the money that they charge for some inflatable slides that you can order and set up yourself. I cant believe that people are actually paying for this place. Its definitely not worth it at all. TERRIBLE wouldve given it zero stars but that wasnt an option.

Took my kids here for a birthday party for one of thier friends. Everything ran smoothly and the staff was very professional and accommodating.The kids all had a fun time, and the manager noticed that my one son was in a sling from a previous arm injury, and since he couldnt play in the bounce houses, she gave us an extra stack of arcade tokens to pass the time!The in-house made pizza served at the party was surprisingly decent for a kids party.Overall the layout of the place could be more fun or interesting, and I wanted to do some mini golf, but the course is super lame.

The associate who was placed over my party failed to do what she was exspected to do. The associate acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Me and the party I was with viewed the other associates hosting parties and it was a totally different experience than what are associate was providing. When I went to the register to check out I was told that my card wasn’t working upon contacting my bank I was advised that the cashier entered the 3 digit code on the back of my card wrong over and over which locked me out of my bank account. I don’t understand how someone could enter the code in wrong three times. I think when they hire staff they should make sure the staff actually enjoys/likes children.

Ive been to a lot of bounce houses with my kids. Usually, they are a ton of fun for the whole family. This place was not terrible, and the service was good. The reason it is a 3 star is because of the facility itself. It has hard tiled floors that are very slippery with socks on, the kids running from house to house with socks on they had a hard time not falling over. Overall the facility was very average. Price did not make sense for the quality of the facility.

Great for kids! Lots to do and the kids really loved it. Food was surprisingly good. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

We recently had our daughters 5th birthday party here. The party host that worked with us did an extremely good job. The party went swimmingly, and our daughter had a great time. A note about the pizza... usually, you wouldnt expect the pizza at a place like this to be any good, but we were pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend this place for a small childs party.

First time there on NYE... waited 40 mins for tables and chairs to be set up. No cups or plates for food and drink, and the toddler area was bombarded by what appeared to be 7/8 year olds. After my 3 year was kicked on the little carousel, we left. $90 wasted.

Had a party. Frozen pizza served. People that work there are great. Alot of money. Put less on clean up at home.

Awsome place for the kids and amazing staff definitely top notch but beware of the other costumers like anywhere else you go theres always that bad people that wants to ruin your childs night. Be safe and have fun.

We just had our sons birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. My son had already picked the place; and I couldnt back down as this was his first party. However; I would not have it here again based solely on the price and a lack of customer service. For starters, the beginning price is $200; that should include at least ten children--not 8. Also; each additional child should not cost $20. It is not worth it at all! I had my daughters party there a few years back; and the prices were so much better! I even ordered a bunch of party food trays for the parents back then because it was a great deal. Second, they dont even offer any alternative to the pizza for children with a food allergy--which happened to be two out of our 16 attending! After paying almost $500, you would think something could have been offered when I asked! It is very loud in there; and when they use the microphone nothing can be understood due to the echo. We had to go wrangle everyone because they couldnt understand what was said when they called the kids back for pizza and golf. Perhaps they could change the party package too. Golf and tokens should be an option if that would help lower costs to allow less expensive parties. I also found it odd that I told them my party count of 16; but they only set up for 8! They said that they will add more place settings as they show up! So I had coats thrown on the table and parents sitting there because they assumed they were open spots. Very annoying to say the least. I shouldnt have had to ask form them to set up my place settings.I will never have a party here again; and if people ask me why I will be very honest and open about my reasons. Also; it was snowy outside and there was water all over the floor. The kids had soaking wet socks for the entire party. We never saw anyone mop it up. They should make everyone remove their shoes before entering the actual party and play areas.

Great place! Fun, safe for kids. Pizza was good. Only complaint I have is the chairs are sooo uncomfortable to sit on while your children are playing.

Have gone here for a few childrens birthday parties and I would say its a good place for any young kid to have a birthday party.

The floors !!! What were they thinking. Where the kids walk its a smooth polished tile. We have been here 20 min and seen 2 Kids wipeout . The floors have a thin out door carpet by the bounce houses tho.Its clean and roomy, foods not bad.I would recommend socks with the sticky dots on them for the kids. Next time we come we will .

Good selection of bounce houses, but pretty expensive to get in the door. And then they nickel and dime you with the other attractions (games, mini-golf). Kids had fun, but Id look for a better value.

Kids love it and burn off a lot of energy. Considering the nature of this place youd expect injuries from kids bumping into one another but it rarely happens! Would give it 5 stars if it wasnt for the echo in the building that ALWAYS gives me a headache.

Awesome place for b-day parties

Fun place for the little ones. Plenty of activities for a reasonable price. The machines dont give many tickets for the price of the prizes. The rock wall, mini golf, and bounce houses are enough to keep the kids busy for quite a while

We love this place, but its very frustrating when other parents dont watch their children.

How should I start? Well.. i entered in the building and were hoping that the sales lady will assist me. She didnt even say hi or hello or anything. I stared at her for a couple of seconds she kept on ignoring me then another lady came and ask me if i need any help. Then when I entered the place people started staring at me and my family like we are an aliens! Sorry to say but i had a terrible experience! Not going back ever again!
