This is one of the only trampoline parks that has a toddler time which is great. Our kids don’t get run over. Great price too. I would say it’s not the cleanest, the Matt’s need a good scrubbing, trash on the floor here and there. The green blocks in the big pit shed/break apart easily and stick to you. All in all the staff is friendly, great price, we will be back. Thank you.

Was not planning on reviewing, but I feel I need to give props. Sure, it was not the cleanest, but it was a lot of fun! Staff was very friendly and seemed to like their jobs. At the jousting station an employee, I believe her name was Taya, she was very funny and connected well with the kids while still keeping them in line. I was very impressed. Only a few stations to go to but if you have an imagination you can do so much. Would totally come back again!

My 9 year old daughter broke her ankle here on June 21st. She got fully healed on August 20th. She missed her whole summer, and she had a lot of things to do. She missed out on a lot. Please be careful!

It is a very fun place but the sat Neon lights were a bust. Disappointing because that’s literally the only reason we decided to go. On the site they show on the sat picture dodgeballs glowing in the dark. Inside when we went that was part of the side where you couldn’t even see that the neon lights were on. I added pictures of the picture on the website vs what actually happened. Still love coming here but feel a little robbed of the experience that the website displayed.

Lots of fun for kids from younger to older. Huge play areas. Concession available. They will sell nice grip socks for $2.50. Comfy recliners and couches, tvs. Well supervised by staff.

Whenever we go here, we have a great time. Its a great family atmosphere, and all the staff are super friendly. We would also like to give a shout out to Sydney. She is always happy and friendly with all of the guests, and you can tell she really enjoys her job.

If youve never been, definitely try it. My 8 year old nephew never wanted to leave. I love having fun as a 26 year old and try to keep up with him but after an hour, I thought I was going to pass out. As a parent, your child WILL fall asleep that night. There is plenty to do but I would suggest to pay for an hour and then decide if you want to stay after that. It was one of the longest hours of my life! We werent there for the food but I think its just typical concession stand type stuff.. for bigger groups the trampoline fireball is sick (super fun). I could actually see people my age come here and get competitive over some of the games.. there is no theme to this place though. I would appreciate some kind of feel. Its very much a warehouse but I guess not every place could be as magical as Disney world.. overall, great time.

I can’t thank Rockin Jump and Max enough! We had a party planned somewhere else for my son and due to extreme weather and flooding we had to move it in less than 24 hours. Rockin Jump got us into a party slot with the understanding on such short notice we may not have a host but to us that’s ok we now have a location! We rushed out the invites alerting everyone of location change showed up for the party and they even had a host for us! My son and his friends all had a blast!! Rockin Jump and the Host Max made it all so much less of a stressful day. Thank you!

Tonight it was very crazy and hectic at rockin jump but one worker named Sydney really stood out to me. She was making sure everyone was safe and was interacting with the kids as well as the adults. She is amazing at her job.

Had my sons birthday party here. They had a BLAST! All the boys loved it and didnt want to leave. We found the facility to be clean and cool. Weve been to several places and found this to be the best. I liked the fact that staff was in several places to make sure no one got hurt. We will definitely go back.

Super cool place very clean most staff our good but some not really I want to the area with the soft fighting sticks with my friend there was a girl in the foam pit and she could not get out she was there for about half an hour the worker was helping her when she got out she jumped back in witch was terrible they got kicked out but super great place

My kids like this place very much! Yesterday we celebrated my daughter birthday party at Rockin ‘ jump. In general everything was good. Service was great! Thank you! We had good time.How many times we are visiting this place how many times we are happy! A lot of fun and activities here! Very kind atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The Old Trapper wings are so bouncy the thing I dont like about rocketjump is... the foam pit makes its hard to get out

Very horrible experience with the Front Desk Staff (lady) and Manager tonight. Tried calling them in the evening a couple of times but no answer and then when we arrive with a Groupon deal - they refuse to honor when there is no such disclaimer on the deal that would alert you before buying. Customer service is very bad. Please stay away.

Rockin Jump in Buffalo Grove IL, is a fun place to take your kids. The employees are friendly and helpful. They recently added a climbing wall that my son loved. Keep up the good work Rockin Jump!

This place is a ton of fun. We love taking our kids here during toddler time. Its a great place to go in the winter when you can t get outside as much with the kids.

Absolutely will come back again and again. It was so fun for the kids(12,9 &1years old) and Dad they didnt want to leave. The staff was so nice very welcoming, I came on 07/20/2017 at around 2:50pm and the young man that was at the front desk had a awesome attitude, great customer service extremely friendly and welcoming. The place was very Diverse. You would enjoy it and I will tell everyone to consider this for a nice family day out. Visited here during a morning time reserved for moms and tots under 6 years of age. My son, 2, and I had a blast! The place was large and the crowd quite small so we had tons of space to run and jump and explore. The facility felt clean and spacious. I was impressed by the amount of space there and the fact that I was able to have fun too jumping on the trampolines and exploring the foam pits. Would definitely recommend to friends!

As a group of 30-something adults, we had a great time! The Saturday in May that we went, it was not at all over-crowded which made me happy. I hope they can give the bathrooms an upgrade soon. Thanks!

It’s good place, but not safe for children. I was there and saw only 1-3 staff for all Jump zone, sorry but it’s not normal. You have to have more staff for each zone.

Brought my 6 year old and a friend to the morning kids jump. They had a fantastic time! Very clean, very open. A lot of places for parents to sit and still be able to see the kids jump. Would definitely go back.

Went over the summer with my works child care camp. Place was lit! Kids had fun and you get free socks that are like a traffic sign on your feet (theyre lime green!) The floor staff are nice and if they want to tell you to stop doing something they are polite and dont yell. Nice joint(:

This facility has horrible customer service. We booked an event bringing in 50 kids and the entire event was incredibly unorganized on their part. Our guests were all told different directions upon checking in. We did not have our party area ready for us at our booked start time so our guests were told to leave their things on the floor. We even had to go searching for our own garbage can when we had to clean up, on our own I might add. When we tried to give feedback after the party to the general manager my email went unanswered. I would not book a party here ever again.

I love this place! It is so fun and I definetly recommend coming here. Its better than sky high sports and the trampolines are very bouncy! Visit fast :)

I had my birthday party here and it was great! Overall their was no big issue and me and my friends all had smiles. In the place their was a rock climb place, a dodgeball area, a lot of trampolines, and much more! The staff were nice and weren’t strict and were an essential help in the party. They even gave me and my friends a private dodgeball game too! In the end of the party the staff gave me a lot of free things like a water bottle and shirt. So other than the fact that the balls were to big for my hands to grip on and that some people cheated in dodgeball (Which is typical in any place and game.) it was fun. The cost for the party in my opinion was worth it and I’m not saying that because I’m a kid and I didn’t pay for it. So if your reading this please give the place a try.

Was there today with my kids for a birthday party, took me 15mins to check in, front desk sent me to different directions to look for the party, they even questioned my last name is different from kids(in a strange tone), I was standing in front of the computer for checking in, employee told me wait a second then I waited five minutes just waiting them to finish their talk. As a customer I dont feel been respected, wont go back again.

I booked some time for me and a friend thinking it would be a good active outing, but it was disappointing overall (a little smaller than expected, not many interesting activities, mostly kids running around) and we didnt stay long. Probably nice for birthday parties, etc., but Ill look elsewhere for future exercise activities.

My friends and I come here all the time and we always have fun. Were all 19 years old and we usually go around 9-10PM so there arent too many younger kids there. Never had a problem and always have a great time. 100% recommend going!

Took advantage of the Tot time. Both of my kids (1 and 4) had a great time (as did their dad and I!). The staff was warm and friendly, there was plenty of room to play. My only regret was we didnt get there right when it opened-- the 1.25 hours we were there was not enough!

It was a thrilling time. Great cardio, got my heart pumping in no time. It was clean and had a lot of space and a lot of different jump zones. If you want to roll that clock back a little and feel like a kid again I highly recommend it (and Im over 50)

Noah and his twin brother are awesome! Travis as well! They were so interactive with myself and 2 daughters! Everyone else that were supervising other areas were didnt seeem so friendly but due to these 3, we definitely enjoyed ourselves! Thanks guys!

My kids love Rockin Jump so much that I purchased a card for the cheapest rate and I keep my kids jumping socks in the glove box of my car. This is a great place to let the kids blow off some steam.Its also great place for the adults to relax and watch sports while the kids are jumping

We hosted my 5 year olds birthday party here. Everyone had a blast! The staff was great. Our Party Host was wonderful. My birthday boy had so much fun hes asking for his party to be here again next year!!

I have taken our 3.5 year old son several times during the specified tot hours where we had constant fun for 2 straight hours that when the time was up, we still wanted to jump more! The place is always clean and the staff is always so friendly. Now that its winter, Rockin Jump is where well be staying warm jumping our hearts away!

Took my kids for two ours on a Wednesday to take advantage of their cheaper rate. They loved it! I thought two hours would be too much, they jumped the whole time and couldnt get enough. Definitely was a good activity to do on a day off school!

I thought the facility was clean, I thought the security was good, I thought the promotion where it was $5 to enter was a nice promotion but a nightmare. Hours in line, should have had a better plan to get kids in and out. Maybe younger kids 7 until 9 and older kids 9 until 11.Overall a fun place for the kids.

My son went to a birthday party at Rockin Jump Buffalo Grove, and he had a fantastic time did not want to leave. One of the best parties he been too. It was fun watching him have a smile on his face while jumping in there. We will be back again.

Took the kids there when we were visiting Chicago on Spring Break. Lots of different activities to do. It was pretty crowded while we were there, not sure if this is typical. The kids had a blast and want to go back to Chicago just to do this again, and I wont lie, even the adults had a pretty good time too! Not cheap, but the fun we had was worth it.

POOR SAFETY & STAFF!I recently went to this place and my boyfriend pop his shoulder in the foam pit. There was a staff member who was supervising the area and did not bother to help or ask what was going on. Instead she just stood there and looked away. I had to physically carry him out from the foam pit since there was no railing or anything to safely exit the foam pit. We were only there for 18 minutes and demanded the manager. The manager did not show up until 25 or 30 after the incident occur.All the manager could do was return our money and say Came back when you feel betterWHAT A SHAME! I expected this place to be great since I saw so many great reviews online. This was my first and only visit. I was looking forward to have a great time there but now I am never returning.

Had a relaxing time. Parents are able to lay back and enjoying watching t.v. while the kids play! Had my daughters birthday celebration here and they enjoyed themselves very much! Would definitely go again!!

This is a great, family friendly place. The staff is EXCELLENT and they work very well with young children. It has multiple trampoline areas and several different venues to choose from including a basketball jump, dodge ball, joust... They do birthday parties as well.

My son and niece continually ask to go to this venue for a fun-filled time! They love the trampolines. It would be fun if the extra areas they just added were free with admission. The dj is a cool bonus!

It was easy to find prices for birthday packages on the web site. Also, those packages have good options for number of guests and days of the week, very convenient.The tables assigned to us were clean, located on a wide area where you dont feel your neighboring tables. Regardless the big amount of kids and parents there, you dont feel it crowded, the place is super big.The party staff receives and checks in guests, they serve the pizza and will cut and distribute your cake. The pizza is a nice one, comes with water bottle and juice or soda.I liked the place and will definitely come back for more parties and play dates there, since there is a comfortable set of coaches for parents to wait.

This is alright. Kids have fun and now they have a climbing wall. Its fun for kids of all ages.

My kids enjoyed coming here. They needed a lot more comfy chairs as I was 39 weeks pregnant and one lady and her kid were sitting in the recliners near the trampolines. I thought the sign-in process took too long. We will likely come back.Note: This was in August 2013. Things may have changed slightly.

We enjoy this family friendly place. Never over crowded, clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Love the Groupons especially because we have 4 kids. The only issue I have is when there later on Friday night - they need to open the kids dodge ball so elementary kids are not playing against high school kids.

Excellent installations, second year in a row my daughter pick Rocki Jump for her birthday, Virtual Reality games are excellent for grown kids, and the hostess help us since we walk in until the last minute of the party.

Great facility with lots of activities to keep kids occupied. I was amazed with all of the activities that were available beyond just jumping. They had dodgeball, basketball, foam pits, etc. My kids absolutely loved it. I will definitely be back.

We reserved birthday party for my 7 year old. This place doesnt return calls. This doesnt happen just once. They dont care if your requests are urgent... one day before the party. I would stay away from this place.

A friend and I took our kids here for the Parent Tot jump on a Thursday morning. The kids absolutely loved it. It was very reasonably priced, clean, and not crowded. We will definitely be back again.

Their jump time on Friday morning for ages 6 and under is great. $15 for my 5 and 3 year olds and me to jump from 9-11am. My son is in afternoon kindergarten, so it was the perfect morning activity for us.

My son and his friends love going there, and they seem to do a good job of keeping kids safe and ensuring that the rules are followed, even when its crowded. Great way to get kids some exercise, especially during the Winter months.

Love this place! They have special times when only younger kids are allowed. The mom and tot time is discounted and includes juice for the little and coffee for the mom. They are always running specials on Groupon. The place is clean and lots of fun!!

Great place for a variety of ages (4-44)! We always end up staying longer than planned because the kids have so much fun.

Brought my 4 year old and 2 year old to rockin tots. Best value! The socks are an additional cost but we can reuse them. The music is very loud but the kids dont mind. There are comfy couches with 5 big TVs as a nice place to chill out and catch your breath. Ill definitely come back!

Its a fun, contained place for kids of all ages. Never a dull time and the sling shot breaks up the activity and is super fun. Also, because theres a time limit on jumping, when its time to go, its time to go!

Came here for a friends birthday party on a weeknight. Place was nearly empty so we had most of it to ourselves. Staff was friendly and helped with serving pizza and cake. My kids had a great time and we will definitely come back again.

My kids love it! Lots of room to jump! I especially like the fact they give out special gripping socks to jump! Definitely going back!

We had my sons 8th birthday party here and the kids had a blast! The facility was clean and bright. I also felt that the staff provided adequate supervision. Our party hostess was very pleasant.I was disappointed by a few things. As part of my package my son was supposed to receive a birthday t-shirt. I was told they were out of stock and it would be mailed to me. This was almost three weeks ago, so maybe it is not in stock yet. Also, each guest is supposed to receive a coupon for their next visit. I wast given these automatically, I had to ask for them and this was after some of my guests had already left. I tried to ask for help to get these from another party host as I could not find mine at the time (we had already settled up) and he told me he couldnt help me and I had to find my original host.Overall, I would have another party here. I think my issues were really a staff training issue. The facility is amazing and safe. Best of all, the kids had a great time and it was an easy party for me, even with 20 little boys!

My girls had a fun time. Staff was very nice. Too expensive for one hour of jumping plus having to use their socks makes it more expenisve. For an afternoon of jumping $50 for one hour is too much. But staff was fantastic!!!

We went on a weekday afternoon and it was empty so it was excellent for my toddlers to jump around and not get injured. They had SOOO much fun. I had to tear them away. It also wore them out well enough to pass out at bedtime :)

I planned an event for my school at Rockin Jump last spring and all of the students had a great time! The staff were very helpful during the planning process. Someone always answered the phone when I called and was able to give me helpful information. The day of the event the staff at Rockin Jump were very helpful and went out of their way to help process all the students faster. As the coordinator of this event I felt supported by the staff and was pleased with their service.

First time at this establishment...It has a lot to offer children from the concession stand, to different types of trampoline attractions, to a slingshot they can ride in and designated birthday party areas. But it also offers seating areas accompanied by TVs for the parents.

This jump area is wonderful! Staff is pleasant and love the cleanliness of the area great for birthdays, but the downside it’s kinda pricey compared to Jump America.

Great trampolining place! One of the best Ive been to with dunking, dodgeball, foam pit, and open trampolining. I suggest you try it!
