Alex was very funny and professional. The Vr space station escape room was fun and well put together. You get to do a complementary vr horror hospital room once you finish. We had so much fun we decided to do The police station right after. We also was able to get 15% off from doing them back to back so hopefully theres not a group coming in directly behind you because youre definitely is going to want to go again. There is about 4 vr escape rooms and 4 real world escape rooms, enough to keep you coming back for more hours of fun.

It was so much fun escaping out of the prison. If anyone has watched the season Prison Break you can relate to it. They have done fantastic job in making it real and keeping it engaging. We were group of five adult who had tons of fun. Jesus was our handler and it was fantastic service and all.We are looking forward to their next new challenges if we can get back out there again. Their VR escape looks pretty cool.Overall, I would say tons of fun and would surely reccomend going there once.Thanks Jesus

My kids (pre-teens and teens) and I have now done 3 of the 4 rooms at No Escape and we plan to come back and try the VR room soon. Weve always had a great time and BTW they do a great job making us feel comfortable with COVID. The staff are all extremely friendly and the rooms are challenging but not super crazy hard. We have completed all of them within the one hour (not bragging, we use hints and in one case we only had 5 seconds to spare!). Funny because the location is a professional building but it actually works really well. Good combination of different kinds of challenges. Would definitely recommend for a fund escape during COVID craziness.

Me and my friend went to this place. I was our first times and we had such a fun time. The staff was amazing and welcoming and our game master Jazzy was awesome too. We had a great time thinking and having fun. They keep a every clean place sanitizing before and after each game.

We booked the VR escape room accidentally and ended up loving it. It was only two of us which made it a bit more complicated but also less crowded. The room they use for VR is pretty big so you have a lot of space to move around. We were really impressed with the overall experience and Jesus (the person monitoring us) was really helpful, funny and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back!

Me and my girlfriend went and we try the room call law breakers. It was out 1st time, took us 1:13 to complete but we did it. We had had to ask for a few clues but we solved it. Were definitely going back to try the other rooms. Thanks to Jesus our guide, he was very helpful through out out journey of us trying to find the evidence against us. Staff was super friendly.

My friends and I did the Magic-themed escape room and it was a blast. Professor and Master Clue Giver Sweet Potato provides us with well made hints and gave us a really fun experience. The mystery was challenging and creative, and the environment was well-kept, sanitized and safe to play in these troubling times. We had a great time there. Professor Soup :) was very helpful, School of Magic room had a great design and was a bit challenging but the 3 girls had a great time. We highly recommend it, great experience, definitely will have to try other rooms too.

At first I was a little hesitant about this escape room because it didn’t look so appealing. Going inside I was like “wtf, this is a doctors office”. I was confused until I was met with a worker and she lead me the escape room lounge. A little iffy about it. We checked in and Jesus received us and explained what he had to. Using a few clues to find the picture of a person that incriminates him, the mystery was solved! It was a fun experience and turned out to be an fun first tome doing an escape room! I’ll be sure to try other escape rooms and the VR rooms that Jesus showed us.

Went to visit recently. Staff were very helpful were very conscious about social distancing and masks. The room looked pretty well cleaned. School of Magic puzzle room that we did was challenging and required some ingenuity.

We did the Police Station with our two adult sons - escaped with a few min to spare. Enjoyed the challenge but needed a few clues as some things were a stretch to figure out. Officer Andrew was personable, helpful & fun to interact with. He also gave us a free preview of the VR room - unique, cool experience!

I had my experience with andrew and it could not have been more fun! He really was a great host for the game experience and made my time so much more enjoyable than I thought it could be! If you’re ever going to these virtual experiences, I highly recommend having andrew as your host. All in all, this experience was so fun and that was all thanks to andrew.

We had a great time!!! We did the police room and also got a nice tour of VR afterwards. Our game master, Andrew, was awesome!!! As always, I felt pretty dumb with what I missed in the room. We played with two people and it would probably be better with 1-2 more people. It was a great time and a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

This was amazing! My cousins and I had a blast doing the vr escape room. Alex was a really great host and helped us a lot. He let us do a demo of the haunted hospital after we escaped from the dragon tower room. If you haven’t tried vr, you should definitely try out the dragon tower room. 10/10, will come back again to do the others!

We had a great time at No Escape! Our group of 7 did the Police Station challenge and we managed to get out (low/medium difficulty). Jesus was our game guide and he was friendly and helpful. Next we want to try the high difficulty challenge called School of Magic. Overall we would recommend this place!

Did the virtual reality deep sea adventure experience and had a great time. Was worried I’d get dizzy and didn’t at all we all really enjoyed ourselves. We were a group of two adults and two 12yr olds and needed to work together to advance. Was a fun first experience with the virtual reality mask for us. Alex did a good job keeping us safe and happy.

Had a great time with the VR adventure. A group of 3 of us escaped from the Dragon Tower, which had a good mix of problem solving, creativity, and dragon fighting action! The Virtual Reality experience with the mobile backpacks was very immersive, being able to move freely around the space. There was no motion sickness. Alex was a great guide and helped complete the experience by setting the mood. Highly recommend!

I did the no escape police room after I found a great deal on Groupon. This was my first time doing an escape room and I had a very good time. It was challenging enough but fun at the same time. I highly recommend!

Came here on a Saturday night with my family of four. Had a great time in the “School of Magic” room, though we needed some assistance from Professor Sweet Potato, who was incredibly helpful. It was definitely a fun bonding experience! We will definitely come back again to try out the other scenarios!

We did the magic school room inspired by a widely popular book/movie series. It was challenging and tons of fun. Our guide, Professor Sweet Potato, was really cool and friendly. Cant wait to try the other puzzles.

Overall great experience!! We did the lawbreakers room, and it was not too hard because we have done many escape rooms in the past. Louis was a great game master, the only problem we had was locating the place because we got there at night and it was hard to see the sign on the door, but the room was lots of fun!!

The actual room was small, though the questions were somewhat difficult. My group successfully solved the puzzle. It wouldve been nice had there been more rooms to pass through, but for a small scale place, it was fun.

Very polite and welcoming staff members! Police escape room was properly set up and our belongings were kept secure throughout the hour. Only issue was a technical difficulty with one of the electronic props. This issue was quickly resolved and any lost time was added back to our stopwatch. Very nice to be given unlimited hints as there were some tricky puzzles. I would recommend this facility to others.

Had a great time with the Lawbreakers room tonight! We made it through with one (and a half?) hint and a little over ten minutes to spare. The puzzles were varied and complex, and there was a great momentum once the clues started coming together. Great experience, and were definitely coming back for the magic room!

Great place, escape room was the best balance of challenging and fun, staff were all super friendly and accommodating. VR mini games were super cool, too!

Police Station was a lot of fun! Diana was super helpful and provided hints when you need them. This introductory room is still has plenty interesting and challenging clues, will definitely go back for the next two rooms.

He told us if you went to the movies and were late are they gonna hold the movie for you Weve been to about 30 escape rooms and never experienced this type of rudeness. Long story short after experiencing the conversation with him we no longer wanted to go. We not only wasted our money but we wasted our time as well.

Andrew was very informative while helping us set up for the VR escape room. I’ve done two escape rooms and two VR escape scenarios and the staff and rooms are top of the line. We booked our location at the incorrect location and they really helped us by transferring it to theirs. They probably wouldn’t have done that if they were fully booked but this time they did and I was super appreciative. They have great deals on Groupon as well. Would highly recommend. 10/10

As a team of 2, we had done around 8 escape rooms prior to trying out No Escape. We definitely had a great time and felt challenged with School of Magic and managed to escape with about 5 minutes left.One of the first questions we had when deciding whether to book the room was how much we needed to know about Harry Potter, as neither of us know anything at all about it. If you have similar questions, be assured that Harry Potter knowledge is not at all necessary to be successful in this room. What stood out most was the originality of the puzzles, as there are only a small number that are solved with either finding a key or figuring out a combination to a lock. Rather, most of the puzzles are conceptual and observation/perception based.Red was our host – he is a really friendly guy that gave useful hints that were helpful yet still cryptic enough to make us think. The hints in this room are also unlimited.I would definitely recommend this room if you are on the fence about going; another bonus to booking with No Escape is that all bookings are private, no matter how many people are in your party. You should be aware however that if you have never done an escape room before, this is likely not the best first choice as the puzzles might be a little too cryptic and complex if you aren’t familiar with escape rooms. Red told us this room has about a 30% escape rate.

After my experience I was ready to leave my review but I wanted to look into other reviews a bit to see if I was alone in my issues. After scanning through, I found that several other guests had the same experience or a similar experience that I did and they received a reply from the company that was less than understanding. Like others, a critical piece of our room necessary for escape was missing (a key to be precise). The explanation I received for this is that the previous group must have stolen it, which after looking at other reviews, appears to be a common theme at this escape room. To remedy this situation, however, we were given a second key, which also turned out not to work. It got to a point where we were escorted through the entry way into the second room and all vibe that this room had was lost. I can understand an item being stolen (although with the number of times Ive seen this reported Im growing less understanding) but to not inspect the room before a new party arrives is inexcusable. Outside of this, when describing the situation to our room monitor, it came to my attention that we were not even being monitored on the room camera, as the room monitor was not aware of the actions we were taking when asking for help. Perhaps monitoring the room at all times could help prevent theft, but I digress. Although we did not escape the room due to a debatable time remedy, my biggest complaint is not of the room itself, but of the response to customers who have had a similar experience. I have noticed from my own experience and from reading others that there are common issues that seem to reoccur such as theft, missing essential items, killed vibe and rude staff. While in person, I did not personally find staff to be rude (neglectful, inconsiderate and unsympathetic would be my description) the responses to other customers who have had my experience are, in fact, rude. To refute multiple complaints of the same issues without attempting to remedy the situation is poor customer service. Now, after being passive-aggressively insulted on my way out the door, I did receive an attempt at remedy: a 30% discount code if I wanted to return. While better than nothing, after my experience, I do not wish to return. Like other reviewers, I am a veteran of escape rooms and will return to the more established and considerate establishments I have been to, just like that.

Decent place, but the escape room was quite small. Two of us were able to do it in the allotted time. Probably a good one for beginners, but theres definitely more clever ones. Also, having multiple rooms connected makes it so much more exciting.

We took our kids there for their birthday. They loved it. We like No Escape Room over other escape rooms because it allows for private parties (no strangers in your group) and theres no penalty for asking clues. The challenges were fun and not ridiculously difficult. I highly recommend it if you have young kids and want to just play with them.

My wife and I finished Law Breakers with 18 minutes to spare and asked for one clue. There’s just very little challenge to this room, which was deemed to be the “intermediate” level. I can’t imagine what the beginner room was like.My wife and I have completed over a dozen rooms and we agree this was the poorest quality room. The theme was effectively irrelevant.The reasons for not rating them 1-star are they only do private bookings, which we appreciate, and the staff was friendly and enthusiastic.If you’re a serious ER enthusiast, look elsewhere.

Great staff and fun games. Bubbles was our game master and she was absolutely fantastic while adding to our overall games. First off the location is not clearly marked or easy to find. We had a large group and split into two rooms. First group went in on time but they had major issues with the VR room. After 40 minutes they finally told us they could not fix the issue. Staff was nice and offered a full refund and a discount on the next visit. The other group had a great time.

Jay made this a real blast. He was super polite, kind, and welcoming to everyone and really have us a good time. Would come again just for that guy. Jay is the best #confirmed :)

My boyfriend decided to do this activity today for our 7yr anniversary. When he told me, I was very iffy on it and not a big fan. But we hit the road and decided to try something new. We got to the plaza and it was difficult to find at first, but we figured out our way.I want to give a big shout out to Mimi! As soon as we walked through the door, she was very pleasant and sweet. We did the police station escape room and she went through all the details with us. It was a bit difficult to get through and unfortunately we did not pass even with her helpful hints. The room itself was unique and if youre someone who likes puzzles and solving things, I highly recommend going. My family and I did the virtual reality challenge which was great! We had never done this before, which made it quite difficult in the beginning. However, the staff was so lovely and assisted us to make our experience a good one. Their willingness to assist is very comforting. I definitely recommend this place!I must say, the location is not the easiest to find since there is no signage. Other than that, No Escape has got a lovely thing going on for them; oh, and Alex is handsome! (*sort of inside joke*)

Location is a bit tricky to find. Its inside building and down the hallway.The escape room Police Station is awesome for beginners. This room was not very difficult but still had some challenging puzzles. The quality of the locks in the room can be improved.Our game master Sarah was really good. I attempted the Law Breakers room with a couple of friends recently. The staff were friendly, and Tex did a great job guiding us through the room. The only downside is that at the end of the day, you may feel a little stupid.
