Nice facility and friendly staff

Love this rec! Just wish the basketball courts were better taken care of. They can get really dusty which makes it slippery to play basketball.

Nice courts. ellipticals are ok - treadmills need a bit of maintenance as they are loud. the indoor track is 1/14th of a mile long - 5 miles gets you 280 corners to go around - nicer than a treadmill, but constantly going the same direction gives the legs cramps.

Best gym that Ive ever had to work out with. Their tools provided were good and their staff gave some ideas to improved my body. Thank you West View Recreation Center. Strongly recommendable.

Friendly welcoming environment. Out of all the Westminster recreation centers we have visited West View is by far the best! I wish they had a pool but love love the staff!

Amazing place for kids! Their programs are wonderfully priced and the staff is amazing! Love the Imagination Playground as well - Never anyone there and its so fun!

Clean, large, well kept. Fully equiped gym, volley ball courts, indoor walk/run track. Great locker rooms, large and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Daily classes.

The indoor track is a great alternative to treadmill running when the weather isnt cooperating. Amazing staff and classes; super convenient.

Good place to work out and get exercise. Basketball, racket ball, volley ball pickle ball in the gym. Weight room has all the weights and machines you need. Upstairs track. Always clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Ive been coming here for years. They do such a great job maintaining the equipment and upgrading when they can. The staff is also amazing. The classes at night Ive been going to for a long time, too, and the instructors are awesome. Its a great facility close to home. There are a few rush periods, but its not too crowded usually.

I like that they have an indoor track and the folks are nice.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. They have all of the equipment and amenities I need to get in a great workout. I prefer the atmosphere here to the big box gyms.

The people working the desk ALWAYS have a smile on their face and always are there to help. Everyday they tell me thank you for coming on my way out, and say thank you for checking in on my way in. Theyre fantastic and part of the reason we come here. They know the regulars, they show appreciation to their clients, and they are so friendly!! We love this location so much!!

Nice place to work out. Lots of classes for old and young. Gym/weight room with lots of new workout equipment, indoor running track, two basketball courts, two racquetball courts, large locker rooms, stretching area, multiple TVs, music, lots of free parking. Staff has always been very helpful and nice. Very good pricing for annual passes or just dropping in. Discounts for residents. No pool.

They allow people to lift and drop weights here as long as there is the specific kind. So if youre jumpy, be warned.

Great rec center for your basic needs. Nice staff. Great basketball courts. One full court and two shortened courts. 2 Racket ball courts. Weight room and work out center, track and probably some other stuff I havent seen since I just go there to play hoops. $5 for a day pass. Gym is either dead silent and u can shoot by yourself or its a bunch of pick up games. Kind of hit and miss but overall I like this rec center.

Safe and very clean

I like the West View Rec Ctr. Today I could not hear the music. It might be a blessing. I am not a fan of the music they play. Its not cardio music. Its not high energy. It is so easy and inexpensive to get great music in our cars and homes. You would not think that a rec ctr would have this problem. But they do. In spite of this shortcoming it is still a pretty good club. I use the walking track here. This center is clean and the staff are wonderful.

Nice place front desk staff is always friendly. They have a physical therapist here too. Lots of parking.

Great training clinic

Less busy than the main Westminster recreation center on 104th and Sheridan (though the gym area is much smaller). Indoor track above the basketball courts and the gym area.

Has a place to walk indoors.

Great Rec Center, nice double basketball court gym workout room , and track for running laps. 4 racquetball courts and other activities are available. Always call or check their local schedule to make sure the basketball courts are available. Occasionally theyre closed for pickleball volleyball and other activities.

They have nice Racquetball courts. Havent used the rest of the facilities though. Locker rooms are standard and not to fancy but they are good enough.

Our son goes to kinder Care here which he usually loves.

My son does Taekwondo here and its an amazing class we love this place.

The staff is very friendly, the gym is very limited, the best indoor track for running or walking, excellent for the winter season.

Ive worked out here for a around 3 and a half years. The Pros ...its a 2:30 min jog from my house ^_^ the prices are as near as I can figure 20% above average for a resident so not to bad. And it has an indoor running track. The cons, unsafe equipment I put in a complaint about it and showed it to an employee but was told that a 350 pound machine threatening to tip over when u put the weight over half is *cosmetic* few things like that. I just suggest any1 with out exp extra careful. Few friendly employees but apathy is the lay of the land. The personal trainers are unimpressive to put it kindly, disruptive to the rest of the gym and possibly incompetent...ok not possibly, as they say familiarity breeds contempt. There are a few competent and friendly regulars excluding the rather anti social guy in the weight vest writing this review but I recommend this gym only for those who dont need outside reinforcement already know what they are doing oh and live stupidly close. That or just want to play a little casual basketball lol. =) PS if you do go and want a personal trainer go with the dark haired woman in the shorts her class looks a bit better the guy with the beard has no idea what hes doing. Believe his class is currently called stretch and flex.
