I love when gyms are built by people that dont use gyms. The weight lifting area is roughly the size of a hotel gym. It can handle about 10 people on the lower level and 20 people on the top floor without feeling too crowded. Awkward! Good news: Old people will love the track. The pools are amazing and the basketball courts will be tons of fun. Here is a perfect example. There is no bench press. I dont bench press but I highly doubt you can walk into any fitness center in the country and find that. #48millionBuy some bumper plates. Amateurs:)

This place is AWESOME! I am sitting in the parking lot right after closing writing this review... Im visiting from out of town, and needed a lap pool to swim in. I called around to multiple rec centers and I ended up here because two of the others recommended here (theyd sure know better than me). When I got here the woman at the front desk was SO kind and accommodating... The lifeguard was the same, and the third employee I met. Basically, the atmosphere was extremely positive and everyone was incredibly, over the top (in a good way), kind and helpful. The rec center is a five star because of the people inside of it. Great place for swimmers.

Although, the building is under construction building bigger and better things the staff still makes it easy to find where youre going and are kind and personable along the way.

Wanted a tour of this facility for a wedding and were told a tour was not possible. Just come in and take a look around. We were forced to walk through while another class was in session, thinking that was the only option. Terrible, bland location for a wedding, unless you like rotting wood doors and a chain link fence as a backdrop.

I use the senior center part. The center offers classes, games, woodworking, ect. The other end is the rec. area. Which also has classes for children. The senior center has lunches Mon-Fri. Along with day trips for the seniors. Senior Center has transportation called Easy Ride. The entire concept is extremely helpful to our seniors, to keep us going and being involved. I personally cant thank them enough for all they do.

The Broomfield Community Center staff are always super-kind and friendly. The building is dated but undergoing some renovations this year. The woodshop, pool, and small fitness room are great and Im proud to live in a city with such a nice center.

The BCC is a great community resource. The building is old and a little dark, but Broomfield makes excellent use of the facility. My kids practice with the Barracudas swim team here. Flatirons Scuba does pool dives for PADI certification here. Jazzercise is offered. The inside courts are used for basketball and volleyball. There is a workout room available and numerous meeting rooms. A wood shop is also available.
