Today I brought one of my best friends, my daughter, and my nephew to Kylawn Park for a mini picnic at the park. There are some 5-6 metal picnic tables next to the activities building under the pavilion. It was a warm day with a mild rain coming and going with a nice breeze to make the experience very pleasant and peaceful. The park was very clean and the facility has many trash and recycling cans for clean up.

Tucked away and impossible to find if you arent specifically looking for a park in the area, it tends to be populated with neighborhood folk. Its generally quiet, even when its busy theres no crowding. Its an ideal location for a family outing.

What a hidden little gem! Such a cute neighborhood park. It has a lovely playground with a statue of a camel and elephant, plus a basketball court and walking path!

Small park, not many other kids play here it seems. Clean and decent spot though, but my kids and I prefer larger play areas.

Has good trails to walk or bike on. Also houses a playground, hockey rink, smooth basketball court, picnic tables, bathrooms, and a large field to play sports on. Usually isnt too busy and also has a paved trail that goes through a small forest. Its a nice park to pass through.

Love that they have Rec on the Go here during the summer for the kids and also weekly visits during the summer by the puppet playhouse. The park was very dirty and had trash everywhere though. The picnic tables were filthy and I definitely wouldnt eat on them unless you brought a tablecloth to lay down on the table. The parking lot had dirty diapers, bags of fast food trash, and food all over the ground.

The water fountains have so much water pressure that people cant get a drink unless they have a cup to fill it up with.

Small basic neighborhood park. Used to have tennis courts. Ive added one star to my original review because Ive been discovering native plants, both medicinal and edible in this park. However, it is terribly overgrown with buckthorn, and the mowing plan is removing native herbaceous plants and giving further encouragement to the buckthorn. Really, this is a 3.5 star review.
