This is an awesome little park in the Pinnacle shopping area!! Folks can get their steps in, walk their pets, fish, meet up with friends, photo/video shoots, and relax.Check it out when you get the chance!

I visited Rack Room shoes around 630. They close at 7. Fabien assisted me and was awesome. I bought a few pairs of vans and a pair of pumas. Bogo & Team Lead suggested i look on website for coupon. Thought that was a nice gesture! Store cleaned and well stocked.

So many stores, so little time. Great place to shop and eat all in the same day. Have a Tesla, even a place to charge up while you shop.

Great park for a walk, fishing, or a picnic. Had a picnic here in the late afternoon, park had about 10 other people around. Never had anyone walk past us or bother us. The best it could have been. Their is also ducks to feed for the kids. Great break from shopping, nice quiet nature filled area. Be nice to anyone you meet.

What?! I didnt even know this was here! Overheard another guy fishing talking about it.. havent got the chance to fish yet..pretty much says theres tons of fish in there...updates later....

I badly needed to replace the drain plug for my boat. Bass Pro Shops had none in the store and I was told they were out of stock. I went by Walmart and they had plenty. Hmmmm.

Rack Room Shoes has an AWESOME STAFF! They are very knowledgeable about their products as well as SUPER helpful in assisting me, as I have trouble walking and bending down.

Stores are still nice and up to date. Nice shopping center, but we went to Steak and Shake and was disappointed. The building has fallen into a state of disrepair and the quality of the food was less than expected. Food was still good, but Steak and Shake has set a high bar historically. Recommend the shopping center, but Steak and Shake needs a little work.

Alright Ladies... just have your men drop you off on their way to Bass Pro Shop, you have so many stores to visit that is within walking distance I promise you will not have to sit on a bench waiting for them.

The obstacle course is great for older kids, not so much for younger ones unless they are good with water. The pool and playground are awsome! And the valet parking is really nice

It is so nice here love the landscaping always kept clean...and all the variety of stores are amazing & then all the restaurants to choose from...it is like its own town with the layout of it...keep up the great work...something Bristol Tn definitely needed!!!

Love having this place close by. A wide variety of shops and eats, a great place to stop and shop whether traveling or gift shopping.

Great shops and great experience. My family and I make the Pinnacle a must for Christmas Shopping due to the majority of deals that go on here.

Not bad during the week. Parking lot lay out needed more thought. (Crazy ridiculous) It is however THE SHOPPING SPOT IN BRISTOL! (FOR NOW AT LEAST)

Stores are spread out so much, way too big, like being lost in a huge city.

Love this park! It has a little bit of everything for everyone in every price range. I try to make sure to make time during the week to stop in for items at these stores because it does get a bit too busy for my liking...but some people like that sort of thing, so Im not rating it on that. I think it needs a kids themed restaurant or something geared towards kids built in there somewhere. Plenty of adult restaurants...make something fun for the kids. (hint: Chuck E Cheese) ;)

I love the pinnacle. Various restaurant options, great shopping choices. Seems like there is something for all ages and interests. We enjoy the diversity of choices and ability to find something for all daily members so close together. Very convenient set up.

I love shopping at the Pinnacle. You can shop until you get hungry, then you can have your choice of anything from burgers, pizza, subs, Chinese,steak,etc....you name it, you could just about find it at the Pinnacle

This was my first time visiting Pinnacle Park, but it wont be my last! I love this place! They have about everything you could ask for at Pinnacle Park!

Nice little park!

I went here on 3/01/19 an it was AWFUL!! The reason it has took me so long my husband, son an myself got food poisoning!! I know this for a fact because we had ate way earlier that day an no where else. My husband called the manager 2 days later due to us being in the bed sick as dogs an he acted as if he didnt really care. Im not sure if it was the butter from the popcorn or them not cleaning the drink machine but I do know it was something. This was my first time here an will be my last!!!

Always enjoy going to the movies here. Clean, nice seating and being able to pick your seat before entering the theater. Popcorn and drinks are on the steep side. Still a better experience over Franks in Kingsport (smells, smaller seats, and can hear adjoining theaters)

Good location and plenty of shops to loose yoirself in.

This is really the only place to shop in both Bristols at this time. A good selection of stores with more to come. It does get crowded this time of year. It needs another entrance and exit to help with traffic.

This is where my fiance and I had our first date. Love all the stores.

The best mall, outside or not, in all of Northeaster Tennessee. So far its my second favorite shopping marketplace that Ive been to. Features a movietheater as well as a large roster of places to shop and/or grab a bite to eat. Well designed, maintained, and managed, the park is beautiful and clean of any trash. Admittibly it is rather expensive but I think the ambience and enviornment is worth the price.

Great shopping center. Have many stores that offer anything you could ever want. One of the biggest Bass pro shops ever. Has a movie theater and many places to eat.

This little park is a nice addition to the Pinnacle which I love all around. Kids can fish for free as long as they throw them back. Theyve got huge catfish and everything in there. Alot of geese like to hang around here too. Its a nice place to go for a jog or a simple walk. They keep the trash picked up. They need more benches though. We always have to bring our own chairs.

I love the selection of stores..Kirklands​, old Navy, Marshals, Carters, Bass pro, Kay Jewelers, Belk, justice, bath & body, too many to name. My favorite thing to do is the theater!!! AWESOME!!! Comfortable reclining large seats. Cool temp. Clean all the time! Never seems crowded because its so big! Then go to steak and shake to eat! They also have a just jump trampoline park for kids now.

A nice place to enjoy your afternoon with shopping and food

The recliners were just the cats meow;however the sound system was cranked about 40 decibels to high for comfortable hearing.The price of popcorn and soft drinks was outrageous, almost embarrassed to fork over that kind of money when I could get it at the store for a 10th of the price.By the time I paid for gas, tickets,soft drinks, popcorn for the four of us that little experience ran close to a hundred dollars,will not repeat again,will stay at home and watch with friends on big screen tv at a fraction of the price.The only thing that made that situation bearable was that I was with family and I didnt want to throw a wet blanket on the experience in front of people that I love and respect very much.

There is a good variety of retailers at this location. I am not particularly fond of the layout the developer chose. The stores are arranged in a way that it isnt convenient to walk to all the retailers from a single parking location.

Theres always something to do here!! Ive been 4 times and still havent seen it all!!

I stay as far away from this place as I can . Poorly planned and lots of traffic.Bunch of cookie cutter stores that moved from other parts of the tri-cities to get a tax break. Not in Virginia so you are taxed higher and its a stones throw away from Virginia.

Up and coming area, love the new Drakes there.

It was a good experience but we only got drinks.

Great place for shopping, easy access from interstate many stores and restaurants to choose from, usually not to crowded.

Not a go place to visit if you are not white. My wife, who is Latina, and I stopped her to shop and take a break from the road. Im from Tennessee myself and never have I seen such disregard and disrespect towards people. I will never invest in this location!
