This place is huge and there is something to for everybody in your family. They have foam pits, they a dodge ball courts or should I say jump doge ball. My kids really liked the Ninja Warrior coarse , and of coarse there are plenty of areas where you can Just Jump on their trampolines. You can get drinks and snacks which the kids will love along with a friendly and very helpful staff. You cant go wrong

Kids had a good time. Like it better than the one in Johnson city. Good few hours spent letting them have some fun. We arrived right after opened and left around 12:45 it was starting to get busy when we left.

We loved it all! The staff were super helpful. Clean facility, well lit party room, toddler area. I do wish the laser room was bigger but it was still fun. My favorite feature is the big family friendly play area with ropes course, slide and swing.

Reasonably priced and SOOOO much fun! We are a family of 8 so we also used Groupon but still decent price. Our family had a blast!

Toddler time is amazing. My children keep getting stronger and jumping higher. Their confidence has improved significantly since we started. So much fun to play with them and watch them grow

My kids adored this place! Its one of the most fun trampoline place weve been because it has the usual trampolines and dodge ball court, as well as a giant inflatable balloon to jump on and a ninja warrior obstacle course. The staff was great too.

My daughter loves visiting here. Loves making friends and during covid needed to get out and have some safe fun. Nice property and building in a safe area. Easy to find as well. She always has fun here.

Had a great time of Saturday at my daughters birthday party! The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked that the music be lowered due to my daughter’s sensory sensitivities and they helped out immediately! Great experience!

My son absolutely loves this place. He and his friend went.. My son is 4 and his friend is 7. They also have massage chairs for the mothers to sit in, or the fathers to sit in lol, and get a massage while the kids jump and play.

Kids had fun. I personally liked how I could book the time and fill out waiver online prior to visiting...very easy. Staff was friendly as well.

Our 5 year old granddaughter had her birthday party here in October and it was awesome! We all had such a great time! The staff were so friendly and threw a great party. Besides, who dont like to jump on trampolines?

This place very family oriented. Its a lil pricey but was worth every penny to see my girls smile that big and that much. If u havent been Id suggest to take the kids. You gotta have anti slide socks if u dont have any you can buy theres $3.50 a pair. They make great souvenirs!!!!!!!!!

Me and my husband took our 18month old and she loved it .there was a little area for her age and one other area she could go in .but she still enjoyed it so much and it wore her energy out for the night. We actually enjoyed it also and it wore us out !! Prices arent that bad for the hour we had i was tired and ready To go. so it was worth it to us thank you and we will definitely be back

Nice kiddie area seperate from the bigger kids. Plenty to do for the kids to keep em busy and wear them out. :) There is also an upstairs balcony for the adults to sit and watch.

My Daughter is Autistic & Special Needs. She LOVES to jump. & if you dont hold her hands, shell fall. So I was holding her hands while Jumping with her. She was having a blast! Then one of the Supervisors told me to stop holding her Hand. It wasnt allowed. They knew she was Special Needs. So we just left.

It was very fun, fairly good prices for what you get too! Dodgeball, a Spartan fight thing, obstacle course, trampolines obviously, and an air mat. The staff is nice and they server refreshments. Very fun and a very good place for kids.

My kids are never let down! Its nice for parents as well! If you have bigger children its nice to just go in and take a book. Your kids have fun and you have you time!

Had my daughters birthday party here and not only did the kids have a wonderful time, but the adults did too! The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, from the second I booked! Just Jump provided me with catering options for my guests and I feel the staff went beyond expectations to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience! I will definitely be considered more parties here in the future! My guests, my birthday girl, and myself all left here happy!

My kids love this place, one is 11 the other is 2 and they both have a blast. Great kiddy area and kind of enclosed so they cant get away from you easily.

Hectic and Crowded but well maintained and the staff was friendly and energetic. Seemed there were plenty of staff spread out and keeping an eye on the foam areas and clusters of trampolines

Really nice and clean. I was impressed with the staff there as they were quite friendly even with dozens of kids running about. I do feel they do a better job of refereeing the kids here than other places in the TriCities.

They have a toddler time two times a week. Really good if you have young children. Allows them to jump safely without some of the bigger kids around.

Absolutely fun. My son and I had a great time. It was easier going online and doing the waiver, buying the jump time, and getting it started before arriving. So, I do recommend that. It was definitely worth it.

I was there with my 2 year old niece. She loved it. My only complaints are theres a limited area for little kids and its was sooo crowded. I think they need to limit the amount of people they let on each thing at a time. Someone will get hurt from overcrowding. But it was fun!

Just Jump at the pinnacle in bristol tn is the best place for kids to have a blast! The employee Deanna is so wonderful and the sweetest girl. We need more Deannas in the work places!

So much fun! It was cool that adults can enjoy the place, too.

Well lets start off by saying I took my son on his birthday by the end of the trip (not even an hour in) he walked out very disappointed saying his birthday was ruined. They had only one person on the floor and it was like the kid, yes I say kid because he didnt look to be over 15 years old, had a vendetta against my children; following them around and yelling at them every time they done the smallest little thing!!!! They were getting picked on and ordered around by a child but yet failed to say anything to any other child doing the same things my children were doing. I thought it was a place for kids to have fun and enjoy themselves but their rules overweigh the fun my children were able to have. No running, no jumping into the foam pit from dangling off a bar, and no jumping high might as well call it Just Do Nothing because you cant even jump. I will NOT be bringing my children back to this place.

Great fun-filled place that the kids and adults can enjoy! From massage chairs to bouncy balls and Lazer lights! I had so much fun!! You must take your kids at least one time!

Lots of fun! My daughter had a blast and the staff were GREAT! They did everything in their power to make sure a school worth of children had a fun, SAFE and ouchie free time! They were also very understanding of my daughters... quirks (autistic kids are crazy fun ), which is much appreciated.Im already making plans to take her back. 5 hour round trip from where were located, give or take, but totally worth it!

Took my toddler (2 year old) to toddler time this morning from 9-10. There were older kids there. The kids were good kids being kids but it made it difficult for my child to enjoy the activities with older kids doing stuff. I take my daughter there to be around toddlers who are on the same level as her and won’t cause her to fall down. I’m not sure if I will go back if they allow older kids to go...what’s the point? I’ve taken my daughter many times and never had an issue. This caused her stress and me stress. There were at least five big kids at toddler time. Maybe more big kids than toddlers today. Didn’t count.

We went early in the day and it wasnt crowded at all! The kids all had a blast!

Personally I want to give this place 4 Stars, but I give it 5 because there are no others like it around. The reason for the 4 star compliment is because for the size of this building I find it hard to understand why there is so little to do inside in terms of areas and creativity. I think there is wasted space. But what else would you do at a trampoline park other than Jump. haha. Another down side would be if you have a toddler or small child, the area for them is fairly restrictive and not much to it. If there isnt a lot of older kids there, then they wont force you to keep you kids in the kid section. Overall its a great place! Good prices. Charge by the hour. Jumping more than an hour youre tired anyways..

Great place for families and great place for kids to hang at. Also have parties there,snacks,drinks. People jumping have to register in computer get special socks for jumping,climbing walls,laser tag place for little kids to play clean restrooms,place for people to set and look down on kids jumping tables to sit at tv to watch message chairs

Had our daughters 3rd birthday party here in the afternoon during the week, wasnt crowded at all. The staff was super helpful and very nice. Most of our guests were really late due to unexpected snow and they still allowed them to jump.

Very enjoyable active play for all ages. Im not the athletic or outdoorsy type but this is the only exercise besides swimming I have fun with. There are lots of different play areas to do different activities.

The price is way to high We drove up from Kingsport this day, to find out that the price had went up even more. Sadly we arent able to take our kids as much as we would like to because of the price. Other than that and occasional rude staff...they enjoy going!

Perfect place for kids and teens heck even adults to have fun and get some exercise they have a kiddie section and Dodgeball, gladiator course, basketball goals, message chairs and TVs for the adults! They are kinda pricey but super fun!

Kids always love going here. We just let them go at it and wear themselves out. They have a adult lounge to sit and watch tvs while they play. They also have some excellent massage chairs for the adults. You have to pay to use them but it ia worth every penny to use them in my book.
