Pretty decent little park. It had a nice playground that we didnt get to play on because of covid shut down. Restrooms were open so thats a positive. The park was very empty as we got here at about 10:00 a.m. and left at 1:00 p.m. They had only two picnic tables down by the beach and the water access is somewhat difficult to navigate. It would be helpful if they redid their water access We made it easier for those with a limited range of motion or small children. The lake was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of opportunity to fish, swim or boat.

Loved this lake it is so nice had a beautiful day loved it.

Clean and accessible for toddlers. Cute park. Just watch your steps if you go with little babies when they walk.10.

I like it. Even though it takes me longtime to get in the water its worth it . Theres many people also are going to this place. They have bathroom, parking, playground for kids and basketball court and etc.. Have fun

Nice little area to have a picnic with the family. There are grills, a playground for kids, and an area with an awning. Also, there are great views of the lake!

Love swimming here but it is ALWAYS packed. If you plan on going here plan in being here early for a good spot.

Great place to relax with family....they have bbq stations you can use if your lucky enough to grab one.

This is a great park but make shur you get your kids shoes for the water. The water is worm and ther are restrooms. Ther ais a covered picanik area as well as basket ball court. Two play grounds. There is trial to walk to. Thete is a boat lanch on this lake but not at this area. There is a has station right across the street. Love going here dont love the lake front at all and the rocks kill your feet . BRING WATER SHOES!!!!!.

Its pretty, miss the good ol days when it used to be hopping. I blame covid, but even before it seems more and more desolate each year.

The water was just the right amount of wet. They kept the sun very sunny, so that was a nice touch. I asked of I could have a place to lie down on the beach that was near the shore. They said I could pick any spot I wanted! This place is the greatest!

Great park, great views, great swimming, maybe some swimmers itch but take a shower after. Could always be worse, could get a fish upcyour urethra. A shower after a swim is definitely not unheard of.

Great place, pet friendly, would give it 5 stars but the leash law was not followed at all making it a challenge considering our dog is old and doesn’t like surprise dogs popping up out of the bushes. Ultimately we ended up having to leave because of this. If you take your pet in public and want to take it off the leash, you should put it back on if you see other pets approaching. We will be back, we’ll rave our old pup at home next time.

Nice playground, picnic tables, fun access to lake. There are life jackets for little kids. It can get loud and unruly in the late afternoon because of all the day drinkers. The best time to come for kids is 10-3

We always drive past this park and occasionally it is PACKED. Now I can see why! An amazing little park with nice open spaces to sit down on the ground and relax. The Waters edge is well maintained and there is a good open area for swimming. Not going to dock any stars, but I wish the boat enterance on the far side of the lake was posted around the park clearly, but definitely something we noticed once down at the water.

This park is amazing, plus the water is surprisingly super warm. The playground is big and kid friendly. Lots of space for parties and picnics. A super cool hangout. Bring your friends and families.

Good swimming hole close to the Bremerton/Silverdale area. Has playground, restroom, BBQ pits and store across the street. No motorized boats

Very crowded. Most of the lake access was blocked off so everyone had to swim in one section. The playground are was nice and clean

Great place to hang out. There is a park and plenty of tables. Plus a huge space for a ton of people. The water is super nice and pretty warm on sunny days. There is a pole ij the water where you can climb and jump off of. Plus its super kid friendly.

Nice park with lots of great bbq pots, kids playground, swimming and trout fishing. Gave 4 star instead of 5 because not all the shore is accessible.

Beautiful swimming spot! Great lakeside facilities. Theres 6-7 picnic tables, bathrooms, showers, and changing areas. Easy to access trash and recycling receptacles so you dont have to lug everything back to the car again. Also play areas for kids, too!

My favorite lake. Warm and clean, no icky grass or algae.

Not much here, would be 5* with designated swimming area and board. Showers are good.

Got to spend the whole summer there thanks to a friend who rented me an rv.

Close to Silverdale and Bremerton, changing room in restrooms, shower, playground, barbeque grills, picnic tables, basketball court, life jackets to borrow, swimming area, fishing, pets ok.

Its been closed for a year, so there are a lot of renovations going on. A few large dirt patches here and there that are fenced off so they can regrow the grass. It should be REALLY nice by Summer time. Nice lake, playground and plenty of benches for picnics and birthday parties.

The water was nice and clear,its also a nice place to learn to swim.

Fun in the sun. The sign says no alcohol, but its not really enforced. Just be cool and nobody will bother you. But hey you didnt hear that from me.

It was nice, and they are putting in more Buildings, but they need to plant more Grass.

The atmosphere is great. Parking can be a hassle, so just get there early. If there is no parking there is an overflow lot just across the entrance. Also, right next to the overflow lot there is a gas station the serves wine, beer, and snacks so have at it. I only have one gripe. Im pretty sure there was a crack head there tripping really hard. Idk if he is a local legend or just a crack head who just happened to be at the lake that day. Any ways he gave me no trouble, just talking to himself and singing the Scooby Doo theme song.

The lake is large enough to get away from all of the obnoxious people. Would recommend launching your boat or kayak off Lakeview rather than walking it down to the beach of the park.

Awesome time! Opening day of fish season, on Wildcat Lake! The rainbow trout was jumping in the boats!

If youre looking for somewhere quiet to go this is not your place on warm summer days. This place is the go-to lake in the area. Its very crowded during nice weather.There are large grills to accommodate parties looking to cook. Theres an enclosed swimming area and a small area on the opposite end of the park thats good for fishing or just hanging out on a bench overlooking the water. The lake itself is great for kayaking in.

This is a wonderful park, beach, and facilities. Usually not too crowded...but it does get packed for big holidays. Memoial Day and Labor Day I saw it full. I was not there for the July 4. The first two times I tried to go though, it was closed for the winter season.

Great park especially in the summer. Good playground, large swimming area. Love that they have the Tri Turtle Tri here every September.

Imo the best lake to go to in Kitsap County, This is really the only like I feel safe going to with all the contamination scares we have in our lakes, Theres lots of shade and people always seem to coexist so peacefully! Great place to take the kids

The park in under some sort of contraction while being open. Its super confusing play out due to the closed off areas. But otherwise its nice

The public restrooms are gross, there is also lots of garbage on the ground. The water is fine and there is a playground, I just wish people would show a little more class.

This park is relatively small compared to other local parks. Playground is fair and restrooms are clean and open. Fishing here is moderate. Largemouth Bass, Rainbow Trout and Sun perch are very common. Small boat ramp and limited fishing real estate. Get here early if you want a spot. Ball court and volleyball area are a plus. Not much area for bbq and kids. Good for a few hours of rest and relaxation.

Awww man went here alot during the summer took the kiddos.. had a blast !My hubby and I would take out grill floaties and chairs. Nothing else needed to have a relaxing yet fun summer

I have always been able to find a place to kick back with friends and enjoy the water and a piece of grass.

Excellent place to go swimming for the whole family. I have been going there most of my life.
