This bridge itself is pretty boring. However, it has a really nice view of the OH 82 bridge across the gorge, which is probably why youre looking up this bridge in the first place.

Part of the CVNP , nice trails to bike, hike, walk, or run, mostly flat with picturesque views of heron, cranes, turtles and you may see a snake crossing the paths now and then. Lots of photography enthusiasts seek out owls and bald eagles to photograph here

Beautiful place to visit most times of the year. If youre into running or cycling, there are beautiful views either north or south along the tow path. Just about 1.5 miles south there is a fantastic hiking trail loop up in the woods that has a few nice views and a few historical landmarks. The train runs through here if youre interested in a longer distance bike ride. Hop on for like 5 bucks, get off further from your car and ride back. The brecksville reservation here is a beautiful piece of land to explore, and Im not into it. But the fishing here seems quite popular as well. There is a place to push off into the river for those canoe and kayakers. Basically if youre into any sort of outdoor activity, heres a great place to start. Also, the fact that it has a real bathroom and seasonal water fountains is a big plus.

As a photographer, this is one of my favorite spots in greater Cleveland! Brecksville Reservation and Cuyahoga Valley National Park meet at Station Road Bridge. The area features its namesake bridge as well as a small station stop for the Cuyahoga Valley Railroad. Hike on Towpath Trail or explore the station and bridge. Great place to go to experience nature not far from thriving urban life. Spot to remove personal watercraft from the river, train stop with the train running most of the time carrying passengers with bikes or I believe that you can ride the train to other areas. Hiking and biking trails that presumably travel alongside the river for a vast expanse however have not found an end yet. I greatly enjoy time spent here often taking my dog and playing fetch in the river.Hope to see yall soon! Heck, it be such a treat if strangers said hello. Can you even call people strangers once you make introductions?

The good: A clean restroom. A train station for the CVNP train. Excellent nature viewing - especially for birds. Access to to towpath. A huge parking lot. A nearby Eagles nest viewable from the north towpath. Picture perfect views. The not so good: I go here to birdwatch and to relax, but this may be one of the most popular places in the entire park. There are a few picnic tables, not many, but this is more of a place to start your visit rather than hae a picnic. In peak good weather and weekends, the towpath can be quite crowded, so pay attention. As a nature lover and bird watcher, this is one of my two favorite places to be. Worth the visit - over and over again.

This is a surprisingly great stop in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The bridge absolutely looms, and the scenic railroad going by is very pretty. Nice trails, not too heavily populated by tourists, some great views for photography. Maybe my favorite stop in Cuyahoga.

Backpacking day hike on Emerald Necklace Trail and part of Buckeye Trail. Clean flush toilet open year round. Many people park here to hike Ohio Erie Canal Towpath Trail across on Station Rd Bridge over the Cuyahoga River. Eagle nest on west side of Cuyahoga River. Nest can be seen with binoculars from Towpath Trail. Trail to nest closed along CVSR RR tracks.
