I cannot find my friends house because the numbering system is not in order.

I feel that the lady was a bit extra...telling me she couldnt rent to me cause my unemployment was about to run out....just doin the most

I cannot count the number of threats of eviction and false evictions on one both hands and feet. From 2nd day I moved in I was threatened because the neibors was smoking dope and she smelled it by my yard. Week later the neighbors was evicted. They completely zero out my account through a court ordered wage garnishment. I didnt even know such a thing was legal. During the corona outbreak theywent into my checking account and toom everything i own. This people or ruthless. Fair warning.

First time home buyer and my park manager is such a nice & cool person!!

I bought my mobile home from a private individual, and it was a fairly quick process. Its quiet, clean, relaxing & peaceful place to call home. Ive not encountered many mobile home parks quite like this one. Being a single woman, I feel safe and the management is top of the line! If theres ever a problem, if management cant fix it theyve always pointed me in the direction where I could find it. Theyre very professional, kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

It is a awesome place to live.. They do all kinds of things with the community & they really make it feel like home. Im so glad I moved my family here in this mobile home park.

Its a very nice mobile home park in a country setting

It is a quiet trailer park/ campground. The only down fall is they require a 500$ security deposit for a camper that you bring. I came and stayed for 3 weeks paid the 450 for the spot for the month then the 500 for the security deposit that they said I would get back no later than a week when I moved out. Why do you have to pay a security deposit when I brought my own camper. But after I left I forgot about the deposit so about 2 months later my friend that also stayed there the same time asked me did I ever get my money back because he never did. So needless to say I had to call and call and call and finally after about 4 months I finally got my deposit. I waited to write this review after I got my money Incase they tried to keep it over this. But other than them hoping you would forget about ur money it is a nice and quiet campground.

The management is a bit whack and they want to rent to own and its to expensive for a trailer. Thats why im in a house.

I asked the manager on some prices to rent a place here once before and was blown away on how much they wanted down and a month. Not worth it in my opinion.

The place is nasty and if your yard isnt clean they make you move so dont rent from them
