Totally not worth renting for the price they want. Way too high for renting an old trailer that falling apart.

Green Valley Mobile Home Park is tucked away nearly in a hollow just off of Hwy.185. Its about 10 minutes from downtown Bowling Green. The management and neighbors are friendly. Theres adequate parking for all residents and its my opinion that some really great things happen there from time to time.

Donna is nothing but a drama queen n a drug addict herself. If she has a problem with you... She wont confront you but only go behind your back and talk to every other tenant and soup it up a bit to make things more dramatic then they really are. She listens to whatever anyone tells her and wont even ask you about it. Just runs to everyone else. If you dont make the click... Youre out. She told the judge we had not paid since October when we held the receipt for November... She sent her husband who came right before Christmas... Didnt even knock on door when it was open... And slipped in our eviction notice after my little brother having life saving emergency surgery... She refused our full rent after this even tho we were caught up... She changed the lease and removed my name after she simply added it in August... So if youre into drama... Go ahead.. Heads up... Shes good at turning things from little to extreme in a min.

Just worked there no problems that to speak of.

Decent little mobile home park.My family had lived there for over 7 years with out any major problems.

The owner of the trailer park is very helpful and keeeps up with everyone.

It is a nice clean mobile home park.
