I have lived here for 7 full years, and had no problems. ive been able to keep my house looking nice, and fully functional, and just living in this mobile home park has led me to some amazing people. so, when homes come available, or your needing mobile home parts, just come to Country Living Mobile home park/Johnsons mobile home parts on 5690, Louisville Kentucky.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful. When I asked for the owners name I was denied that information. When I asked for the ladys name in the picture so I could report her, which she tried to block, I was told she was calling the police.This place is a discrimination case waiting to happen.

Very nice everything was explained to us and we have a beautiful mobile home.We dont planning on moving.seems to be a nice park.

Lady in office is very rude

This mobile home park has been around for several years. The only big drawback I have about the place is that there are hardly any trees for shade in the majority of the park. Because during the summer, those homes can get mighty toasty even with the AC running full blast. The trees would improve the appearance of the park also.

We have family here and visit often. Its a nice clean neighborhood. My drainage with it is the fact that youre not supposed to walk around at night and there are also no dogs allowed. What the heck???

My Daughter in law and her Mother lives there.Owners of Country Living needs to do more in home up keep. A.c. and heating units need filters.

The staff are somewhat nice at first to let you see the propertys that they have open, lending you a key and holding onto your license. But as you return you will soon find out all the stuff you need to qualify , and for some that just started a new job you will be disquailfed, so please make sure to see if you even qualify before checking out all there propertys because you might just be disappointed after returning looking at the house/trailer you really need and want.

Sure the park seems like a alright place, however this business owns property else where.Expect misinformation about the applications, I was informed that if I was approved the deposit would be refunded and that it would take 3-5 days for background check I was approved on day one due to my salary paperwork I turned in.Also know that if ANYONE lives with you they want another 50 dollars for a seperate application because they are money hungry.After 100 dollars spent Dianne couldnt even personally call me to inform me my roommate wasnt approved.Dianne seems to run everything, so the business hours need to be about 2 or three days a week, seeing that the children of the family are unable to answer anything.Thanks for taking our money during the holiday season when there was no reason for the application not to be approved on the 7th day.Im personally glad that I dont have to deal with this park management for the next year, do your research and please make a educated decision before messing with these people.Good luck house hunting.
