I came here on a weekday morning around 7:45AM and there were just 3 cars parked in the parking lot. The trail was fine, some parts were shaded while others werent. The views were of the mountains and they didnt change too much. The signage was lacking near the Crescent Meadows parking lot and I ended up going off-trail for a bit that eventually looped back to the correct trail. The stairs going down wasnt bad at all, and I liked the stream. It took me about 3 hours to complete the loop, as it wasnt too steep.

A unique setting that was a working ranch in the late 19th century. Its only open to the public on select days. There are lots of hiking trails in the area that are open and accessible in the summer months.

Walker Ranch is a large Boulder County park on Flagstaff Mountain. We visited the Ethel Harrold trailhead for a hike to Eldorado Falls. It was about 2 miles, all downhill to the waterfall and then all uphill back. Its a pretty area and the creek is really scenic. If we had more time, would have been nice to hike the entire Walker Ranch loop. Its a nice spot for a hike in nature to get away from the more crowded Flagstaff Mountain.

Amazing mountain biking and hiking.

Beautiful spot to hike! When doing the Walker Ranch Loop you spend time walking next to a river which makes for great pictures! Going counter clockwise is a little easier but it is still a moderate to strenuous hike. You can do it, it just might take a little longer. Took a group of 9 of us 4 hours.

Great hike down to the falls! There were tons of different options for all different fitness levels. We will be back to try all of the different hikes!

I LOVE fishing here. It offers a really fun little walk along the river with lots of pocket pools to cast into for different types of trout.

Great place for a hike.

We did the 8 mile loop mid summer and it was beautiful but exhausting. Probably not the best for kifs under 12 to complete. There are quite a few fishing spots and places to get your feet wet.

Hot trail for summer. The lake is miles away from the trail emtrance.
