My fiancee and I joined this league a couple years ago and have had an absolute blast playing in it. There are ton of awesome people ranging anywhere from early twenties into mid forties. If you are looking to meet new people, have a great time, and maybe even have a bit of a competitive streak, definitely check it out!

Ive been playing Skeeball for a couple years now and it is awesome! The people are great and each season is just so much fun. Food is cheap and the bartenders are really cool. Who wouldnt want to drink and play the best arcade game there is?! I suck and I still love it- would definitely recommend to someone new to the city or someone who just wants to try something new.

If your competitive or just looking to have a good time this is the Best Skeeball league around hands down. I just joined last year and Thursdays cant come soon enough. The best people, drinks, and lanes anyone can ask for. Oh and Duke and Everett are pretty good at their job providing all the stats you possibly could think of and always being around in case there is a technical question because yes that does happen in this league,there is a rule for everything.

Joined a couple summers ago with no expectations; just looking for a fun after work activity. Fast forward 6 seasons and its grown into a huge group of awesome people from all ages and professions coming together for (more than) a few drinks and friendly competition. Really proud to be a part of skeeBOSTON.

Started the league about 2 years ago and now Im hooked! Have met some great people who have become my close friends. The league is a great way to break up the week, watch some sports, and get some mid week drinks!

I joined just thinking it would be a good time to just hang at the bar meet a couple people but never did I think Id get so invested into it. The people are what makes this league so much fun and they welcome everyone with open arms. Highly recommend anyone to join this league if youre looking to meet new people and be a little competitive.

My wife and I joined the league a few years ago to meet new people. She is from Michigan and was looking for a relaxed, fun, social setting to hang out in. She convinced me to sign up with her and we were hooked immediately!!! Its a competitive league where you find yourself cheering for your opponents but still brag about your pin flare!! Sign up, make new friends, and enjoy the rowdy good times.

Joined a year or two ago and it was somehow even more fun than expected. For someone who is secretly (or not so secretly) competitive its a great way to meet great people and have fun while doing something different...with a drink only a few feet away. An easy way to meet new people in Boston (natives and transplants alike) and become part of a family that is always looking to expand. Did I mention trophies and contests for best uniform and team name? I think I just did.

Guaranteed Thursday entertainment. Great people. Fun and welcoming environment. I mean if nothing else, you have to play for the Super Saturdays. Oh? Never heard of a heard of a Super Saturday? Guess you better join the league... or you will die never knowing true happiness. And that would be sad.

I joined skeeBOSTON almost 3 years ago and havent looked back. Its a fun way to destress after work for a few hours with a huge group of friends. I joined with a few friends and have met a ton of fun people along the way.

Ive played in this league for 2 seasons now. My first season I was nervous since I only knew my teammates but everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I sucked at skee ball but had SO much fun anyway! Duke and Everett (the organizers) are great and will make you feel so welcome!

You dont need to be good at skeeball to have a good time at skeeBoston(trust me). Its always a fun time and a great way to meet people. They are always coming up with new ideas or planning new events to keep things interesting.

I started spending time at SkeeBoston about a year and a half ago but only recently started playing - 10/10 would recommend. Amazing place to meet wonderful people and have something to look forward to all week long. Come one, come all, SkeeBoston is the place to be!

I stumbled upon the league when it first started since it happened to occur where my band was gigging. I checked it out for a laugh and have been hooked ever since! Ive made some great new friends and always look forward to skeeball night. If youre looking for a great group of people, an excuse for a few after work drinks among new friends or some friendly competition you definitely need to check this out!

I joined the league when it first started in Boston a couple of years ago and have stuck with it every since. I have met some new and really wonderful people in the league and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good excuse to escape from the work week and socialize with people of all ages and backgrounds.

A few friends and I joined the league a couple of years ago when we were looking for a fun weeknight activity. I didnt really have many expectations but quickly learned how much fun, and how addicting, skeeball can be. The game itself can be taken as seriously or casually as you want since there are people of all skill levels on the teams. At the end of the season there is an epic final day with trophies(!) for all types of categories. But on top of all of that, the league is a really amazing community of people that I look forward to seeing each week. The guys that run the league are phenomenal and do everything they can to welcome new people and ensure everyone is having the best time possible. Being part of this league is my favorite thing Ive done since moving to Boston!

This league has become increasingly popular over the years. Great alternative to playing pool or darts or even bowling. You will meet many different people from different walks of life, but rest assure, these folks will become a second family to you. I have made many, many friends playing skeeball here.We skeeers know how to have fun!We are supported by the Greatest Bar, and have great sponsors in Pabst Blue Ribbon and Southern Comfort, so there are drink specials during game nights. Best of all is the vibe. Very reminiscent of the sound of old arcades, with the tunes cranking, and awesome bar staff.This definitely beats any other social league in Boston.Its a small slice of heaven on Earth, much like the Garden of Skee-den!You should give it a go! You will not be disappointed.

When one of my close college friends told me she had joined a skeeball league I have to admit I was jealous, growing up near multiple arcades skeeball was a summertime staple. Then when she needed a new skeemate I immediately volunteered and after multiple skeesons I still look forward to the start of a new one. I’ve forged some amazing new friendships through skeeBoston and we are always ready to add more competitors to the family.

I initially started up with Skee not on a team, but as a friend of a friend just coming to hang out; before I knew it, I was hooked. Started showing up weekly, then biweekly, and then found myself jumping in and subbing on teams. Told more and more friends about it, and they too got hooked. Not only is it a fun way to hang out after work and grab drinks, but honestly can say have made some pretty great friends along the way; two of which are now my skeemates!! Skeeballs not just that arcade game you played as a kid for tickets to get the woopie cushion, its become a way of life. Everyone who joins looks forward to that next Skeeson, to catch up with those Skee-fantatic friends you made, and for the next chance at a trophy. (Thats right, there are trophys).
