Great selection of beers on tap (our waitress said they normally have even more but have limited during COVID). The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pizza, pulled pork tacos and edamame.

This King’s is much better than the King’s in Dedham. We had two lanes rented for our company get together and had a really good time. I can’t wait to bring the wife and friends here for a night of bowling and pool. Very friendly staff and the prices for drinks are reasonable. Great selection of beer on tap too!

Love Kings! We love kings, the venue and wait staff....but did not appreciate the heavy hand of hostess and management when our three year old wasn’t able to follow the direction to dawn a mask when leaving our bowling lane. Our daughter moved to other areas of the near-empty venue and we were spoken to and ultimately asked to leave before we had finished our string. Utilizing common sense with your patrons, given their age and circumstances, was lost on them on the duo. Hope for a better experience next time. FYI...three year old bowled a 100 including strikes and spares!

Apps were really good, service was amazing!! Our server, Gabby, was so great, she made it a wonderful experience! Even the staff at reception were really nice. They had a valentines display with 2 cute monkeys and I asked to buy them for my kids who were with us. He wasnt sure but then later they found me to give them to my kids. They were ecstatic and totally made the night! Unlimited games and really great prices. Would highly recommend this place.

I like this Kings location better than their other ones. The atmosphere is definitely more poppin and as a result youre definitely going to need a reservation unless you sit in the back arcade area. Drinks are decent, food is nothing extraordinary but basically what you would expect. Good place for groups but make sure to call ahead.

Cool space with a good bar program, but trying to get a lane is a disorganized, chaotic mess. We signed up to get a lane on a Saturday evening. Got in at 5pm and the told us their next available lane was at 7:15. Totally fine and understandable as its a Saturday night. Flash forward about $300 worth of food and drinks to 7:30pm. No lane, no update. I walk up to the front and they quote me 10 to 15 minutes longer. I rinse and repeat this process until its about 8:30pm. They just keep telling me 10 to 15 minutes more and then 10 to 5 minutes more until theyre about an hour+ later than they quoted. Finally got a lane. Anyway, we were celebrating a birthday and the waiter/management said theyd include a Sunday. Nice gesture! Except they ended up charging us for it. Like, we didnt ask for it and you said it would be gratis. Very shady. Poorly managed, but a very cool space. Just beware if you visit on a busy night.

My company did an event at Kings in Seaport, it was a wonderfully run event with a more than an accommodating staff. I worked with Samantha Beaugrand who was spectacular. All of our employees (50) had a great time in the King Pin private room, it is a great size that included bowling, pool, shuffle board, unlimited arcade game access, darts and delicious food (the best wings I have ever had in my life). They have gone above and beyond for us 2 years in a row. I could not recommend a better place, as it had something for everyone.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! Had an employee holiday party here; the booking process was a breeze and staff was able to answer any questions or concerns. Arriving to the location, our lanes and food were ready on time and staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Would highly recommend for any events or gatherings!

Delicious food, with a price to match. The arcade is a bit on the small side, and the bowling is very pricey. The machines appear to be well maintained, and it could make for a fun, interesting date night.

Went there for the 1st time to pre- celebrate my birthday my kids. We sat at the bar near the DJ. It was a great atmosphere. Lots of people, the drinks are delicious and not super expensive. We ordered nachos and Mac & Cheese bites and they were delicious. Will definitely be back!! Friendly staff

We had a corporate team outing which was a lot of fun! Bowling, food, drinks--whats not to like? The food was quite good (much better than youd expect from a typical bowling alley) and the automated scoring (complete with video commentary on how you did) made it all easy and enjoyable. Recommended for group events of all types.

Great food. Service was horrible. Normally have 2 beers, however didnt get the first beer I ordered until I was about done with my meal. Of course it was warm. After we were done had to go to bar to get tap. There was plenty of help and it wasnt that busy.

Good spot to hang with a group. Feels like luxury bowling, at least when the pin setting machine works consistently...had some delay of game when on our most recent visit. Staff is nice and the arcade game options are a great bonus!

My husband and I went to the Kings in the Seaport for our 5 year wedding anniversary. The waitress was super nice and attentive. The prices were a bit high for what you get. The arcade needs to be updated. Couple old games are good but it seemed like everything was super outdated and didn’t work well. Our bowling game ended so we were finishing up our food. 3 minutes later a guy and 4 young kids showed up and said we were at their lane. I was having a good time until we had to move all our food and drinks to a table near by. There were 3 other lanes open Kings could have used. We did all the games and were done with them within 20 minutes. I will not be going back.

Came into thos bar randomly. And my friends and myself were so happy with our experience. We had been to 4 or 5 other bars in the area and the service was mediocre at best. The bartender leslie literally made our evening. She was so down to earth and took care of us as well as others. I hope our generous tip makes it way to her.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this venue. We went with a larger group of approximately 14 people. Initially, the service was extremely slow, which can be somewhat expected with a larger group. We waited over an hour for our first round of drinks to come out. When the drinks arrived, the tray dropped and the drinks and the glasses shattered all over the floor. About a half hour later we finally received our drinks. Our dinner order was finally taken after being seated for 1.5 hours. When our food came out it was placed on the table, and we began to eat. After touching the food, our server informed us that it was not our order and proceeded to take the food to the table where it belonged, despite having already touched/made contact with the food. When management was made aware of the incident, it was handled professionally. However, I will not be returning to this venue.

Always a fun night out!! Food is good and reasonably priced, bowling is always fun (although a little more expensive), and drinks are on point! I would definitely recommend the dine and bowl option (especially on weekends) to ensure that you get a bowling lane.

Got approached by a bouncer before I walked in and he brought out his colleague to try an intimidate me before walking through the door (I was dead sober). Not sure if I was being racially profiled or what, but it was was extremely uncomfortable. Will definitely not be coming back to this place anytime soon. Very disappointed. (Would give 0 stars if it was an option)

A solid place to go with friends. Full bar, pool, bowling, and arcade games. Some servers are great, others ok, but never had a really bad one. Food is solid with a lot of options. If you like Dave & Busters, this is like a more adult version of that. Also very well located, next to a lot of fun places and bars.

Great staff that was really accommodating. We rolled in with a big bachelor party and they were really great to us. Highly recommend for groups visiting Boston. Also the food was really good, didnt really expect that. Solid Nashville fried chicken sandwich.

Gabby is AHMAZING!!!! She not only took care of us, but gave us the best service in all of the seaport. Do not hesitate to request her when you go to Kings Seaport. You will not be disappointed.

Waited for 10 minutes for host to show up at the entrance. Waited for 15 minutes for a straw, while the place was empty. Got leaves (literally the size of a leaf) of basil(?) in kids cheese pizza and Ok from waiter when we brought this to her attention.

Went there with colleagues for a team event. Had a blast bowling and playing other games. Food and drinks were great. Staff was very friendly. Bowling lanes could use new tech. The consoles for bowling lanes are from my grandpa’s time. Not user friendly and needed bunch of resets before we could even start.

Fun time bowling

I’m typically not one to post these reviews and often find them annoying because they are often over trivial things, but service today was just downright bad in every respect. Our group arrived around 1 pm with the understanding that a lane would be reserved for us after we had lunch. We were then notified that we’d have to wait until 4 pm because they booked another group at the same time. For this, they were accommodating and provided a refund for the bowling reservation. We wait for a bit for our food to arrive (it was not busy at all) and every order but one was incorrect (so we had to wait again while all of our orders were cooked). To top it all off, my card was charged not only for my meal but for someone else’s as well. I’ll have to call them tomorrow to sort that out. If service was this bad at this time, I can’t imagine what it’s like during a Friday or Saturday night.

Decent price for being in the city, and considering how upscale the place is.Very nice and new everything, with bowling, arcade, full bar/restaurant, and pool hall. Probably 15-20 beers to choose from.Be warned though, the large size is massive. Basically a 40oz.Went midday on a holiday weekend with no wait.

We had a great time at Kings Seaport. We were pleasantly surprised at the food choices and our meals were delicious! Of course, we also had fun in the game rooms. We will definitely go back!

This place is always busy so youll need reservations on a weekend if you dont want to wait two hours to bowl. But the food and beer selection is great and its also an awesome place to watch a game.

We’ve been here twice for dinner before a movie, and we haven’t managed to get served yet. We arrive more than an hour before our movie. The server comes over. We order drinks. Tell her that we’re planning to see a movie a X time, and she never returns. After waiting more than 30 min and getting uncomfortably close to our movie time. We leave. The menu looks good and the prices appear to be reasonable. Maybe one day we’ll be lucky enough to have a server that remembers he or she has customers.

We went here for our agency employees day. I had a good time with colleagues and not stressing work. Relax time with the CEO and VPs.

Cozy. Restaurant bar has massive screens for watching games. Back behind the restaurant are bowling alleys, pool tables and a small arcade. The back area has its own bar as well. Drinks can be ordered in 34oz mugs for a better deal!

Could have been great, instead wasted my time and aggravated me.Upon walking in I was greeted by friendly staff and found reasonably priced bowling and drinks. My girlfriend and I were out for my birthday and were planning on spending the night playing and having a couple drinks. My first negative experience here was that no server approached us at our lane forcing me to go place an order at the bar. The bartender naturally asked for IDs and told me to wait while he checked them out. He returned to tell me that he was uncomfortable serving me because he believed me drivers license was a fake ID. It was my 22nd birthday and the ID I handed him was a state-issued drivers license. The manager who later came to speak with us pandered to me about how he also didnt believe my ID was legitimate. The experience was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. What could have been a perfectly nice night was ruined by the bartender and management. I would recommend looking elsewhere for entertainment.

Not great. Drink order. No problem. Food order. No problem. Waitress never came back and we never saw her again. Pretty sure her shift ended she left and she didn’t tell anyone about us. Finally someone helps us and it takes 20 mins for beers. Kindly let a manager know about the issue. No apology or effort to make it right. I went there to celebrate my birthday. It was a really nice place with big screens so you can watch games there. The food was really good and it didnt take too long to arrive. Our server was Jill S. and she was amazing. She also gave me a complementary dessert for my birthday. We also really liked the bowling area and enjoyed ourselves there too. This was my first time coming to Kings and Ill probably go back again.

Kings use to be the place to be. I went tonight and nothing ran smoothly. Mike always ensured our party was happy and enjoyed our stay, keep in mind we’re spending our hard earned money. I recommended Kings for a good friends 30th birthday. All I can say is it’s a one and done for our party’s. Let us know if mike comes back and we’ll reconsider.

This is the place to come if you want to have a great time bowling, having a nice brunch and refreshing drinks. I had came here with my coworkers a day ago and I had a phenomenal time bowling, eating, and drinking with them at a private lounge we were at. An awesome experience I had bowling first time over 11 years that I would not forget.

Good place for lunch and dinner. Good burgers and drinks. They have games and bowling in the back, so if you have a large group it would be nice to have that type of entertainment for the group.

Theres always something to do at Kings! My friends and I love to play the Mario Kart or basketball game before we bowl, and the servers are constantly recommending new drinks to us.Try the impossible burger (vegan) 10/10!

Horrible experience at the seaport location. Not a good family environment. Not a safe family atmosphere. Instead of staff escorting a group of punks out who were swearing, arguing with each other and acting like it was there street corner or there place, it was preferred that my wife, 2 young children and 2 friends leave. I had to complain to 3 different people on my way out before someone even cared enough that we were walking out the door to get a manager whom didnt even provide his name, business card or much else beyond taking my business card.If this is what kings has become, then I strongly suggest anywhere else, especially for the cost and safety.

I was here last night with my girlfriend and it could not have been a better experience. Kristen was an amazing hostess, and Pedro personally made sure our experience was, without exaggeration, one of the most pleasent experiences I’ve had. Pedro is one the best managers I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with!

This might be biased because a friend of mine works here haha. The staff is amazing, friendly, fun etc. the appetizers are great, haven’t tried anything else. Fun to bowl and play the arcade games. Also very personable management.

We went here 3 different nights on our honeymoon. Really good drinks. Friendly bartenders. Calamari was very excellent as we got it 2 of 3 nights. We tried a pizza on the first night and was just really not all that good, they leave out a decent amount of the toppings they put on it, in the late night menu, so we ended up not liking it because of things we didnt know were on it. Overall was a good experience.

Awful!! Went to bowl on a Tuesday evening, told the wait would be 1-1.5 hours, so decided to get something to eat. Most food options are fried, there was nothing my health-conscious daughter would eat so she went elsewhere. The rest of us ordered, 2 meals came out wrong and had to be redone. Took at least 30 minutes for BURGERS. The manager did apologize and comped them, explained that the kitchen was backed up. I could understand, but only 1/2-2/3s of the tables were seated. What happens with a full restaurant?? The food was average. Finally went to check our bowling reservation after our almost 2 hour meal ordeal, told it would be another 20 minutes because people with dine and bowl reservations had arrived and they get priority. HELLO, could you have warned us about that 2 hours ago?! Waited and after 20+ minutes, told it would be another 20 minutes. I complained to someone else who said some groups were leaving, should be ~5 minutes. After 10 minutes and still no call back, we left. Overpriced for average bar food, need to spend more on hiring additional staff to keep things moving.

In Boston from Philly on business. The burger was fresh and awesome and one of the better burgers Ive had. Also had the honey Siracha wings and they were equally delicious. Sat at the bar alone and had a local IPA from Lord hobo that was out of this world, and the bartender James gave me conversation the whole time that made my night. Service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place and will be back when Im visiting Boston again. James gets 5 stars for service, attentiveness, and friendliness.

I came here at 6:40pm, asked about a bowling lane for 3 ppl. I was told by the employee on the bowling reservation desk that would take 2 hours for my lane to be ready, since they had a lot of events going on tonight. Ok, 2 hours had passed, my friends and I stayed over drinking and playing arcade games to kill time waiting for the lane to be ready. When I finally come to ask about my lane, the guy says to me is gonna take at least another hour for me to play. I’ve been here so many times to know that if they have said to it’s about 2hs is gonna be the 2hs, no more no less. It felt like they put someone else in front of us. At least they gave us a voucher for next visit, kinda like an “apologies” card.

My review is based off the treatment at the door and not the experience inside. I actually enjoyed the arcade, bowling, and the boneless chicken wings.However, the treatment at the door was disrespectful, factually incorrect, and unlawful. I do not have the name of this person but this was Saturday night 09/28/19. When I was walking in the person at the door, who seemed to be in charge of door control, was yelling at people to get in a single file line and was very disrespectful when checking peoples IDs. When it came my turn he asked what brings you out tonight? in a very weird manner. I thought nothing of it told him I was here to meet up with my friends and went on with my night. When I got in I was shocked to learn that literally every one of my friends had a negative encounter with the, guy at the door. We were there for a couple of hours and at least 4 different groups that we ran into had issues with the same guy being disrespectful. The worst part is we had a friend catch up to us a little later and she used her passport as ID and the guy at the door had the audacity to go through her passport and find her US visa and tell her that it was expired. When we were leaving I talked to the guy and he said If the visa is expired, I cant let her in. Several issues here, 1. he isnt supposed to be looking into peoples personal passport pages 2. There are SEVERAL ways to be in the US legally with an expired visa 3. The guy at the door is NOT Customer & Border Protection, and has no right to ask for or forcefully look into someones US status (unlawful move 1) 4. The guy at the door unlawfully racially discriminated against my friend by making up this requirement of needing a valid visa to enter a bar/bowling alley. (unlawful move 2).An immigration lawyer was consulted for points 3 & 4 above. This is a serious situation for an establishment like Kings Dining & Entertainment and I genuinely hope the situation is mitigated immediately.

Great bar/bowling alley/arcade. Has just enough room to be comfy without ever really getting lost. It was reasonably priced and centrally located. Plus they have a retro arcade which is really cool

Everything you live about Kings in a new location. Parking attached to the building so you dont even have to go outside in the elements on colder days. Shares the building with the movie theater and a restaurant...plenty of options. Staff was great. Food was better than other locations around town. For a crowded night, all bartenders and servers were on their toes to keep up with the crowd demand.

This pace has everything you want and in the new trendy area of the seaport.... They also have a retro arcade which is amazing.... Make sure you call ahead because they dont but it anywhere on their website if people have that room booked, but.... Its easy to chill and have and few drinks while you wait!

Awful service! Waiter disappeared for whole chunks of time over and over. Told him from the start we were on a tight timetable. Screwed up our order. When manager told us it would be remade did not come for over 15 more minutes everyone else done with their food and had to take it to go. SKIP the food - go for the drinks.

Food was great. The impossible burger is where its at. Our server was extremely helpful and attentive. Would recommend this location for nights out as the prices are fantastic for the quality there.

Great place to watch a game. The TVs in the Draft Room are huge and they almost always have game sound on! There’s something for everything on the menu and their beer and cocktail selection is really great. Will definitely be a regular!!

My boyfriend and I were in Boston for the night and decided to try this place out for bowling and drinks and it was awesome. Drinks were great and not overpriced. There was a long wait for bowling but we expected that. While waiting we played other games in the arcade area. The games were Alison versions of childhood arcade games. The DJ played great music all night. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone for a great night out.

Great location in the Seaport area, this new hybrid restaurant / bar /bowling alley has great food at excellent prices. My only complaint: stop trying to be so fancy with the glasses for water and soft drinks. Customers that are thirsty need a bigger glass and youre overtaxing the servers for no reason. Overall a really cool place and look forward to revisiting on my next visit to Boston.

The food was very good and well priced. Coming from a Louisiana family, I can say the Cajun fries were authentically spiced. My grandma asked for a hamburger with no pink, but it had some. She didn’t want to make a big deal about it and did not send it back, and we expected that to be it. But our server found the manager, who gave us the burger free and gave all 6 of us free point cards to enjoy the arcade. We were very surprised by such fine customer service and would go back again if we lived here.

Great place in the city to hang out, play some games, and have fun with your friends or family. We went here for my boyfriends birthday to bowl. Since we went on a Sunday afternoon, it was $8 per person and like $5 for bowling shoes. You can bowl and order food or drinks as well. Overall, nice atmosphere inside and we had a good time.

What a wonderful place! Mike, the beverage manager, went out of the way to make us our favorite cocktail, the Bloody Caesar and save us a table for the Red Sox game! Food was amazing and our server, Samantha, was super friendly and helpful.What a fun environment. So much to do. Great music, huge TVs, bowling, arcade and on and on. Very reasonable prices and wonderful atmosphere.

Went here on a whim with some friends. This place is immensely more impressive than most Kings! The place is massive with lots to including bowling, pool, shuffle board and a bunch of retro arcades. The menu is fantastic and the drink list is great. The TVs near the main bar are massive.
