Lovely place to take a break from work and be close to nature. The Greenway is beautifully mainated and theres a wide variety of plant species to see. Great for bird watching too!

This place is like a little Oasis in Boston! You can still hear the cats go by but the grass is so green and the people and families are so nice and happy. It seems like a totally separate place from the fast paced and usually a bit in-your-face, city of Boston. Its a nice place to sit down and relax if you are visiting

Its a beautiful Park children run through the sprinklers plenty of benches in adult swings so you can sit and watch the world go by and park is wonderfully taken care of

This is a must see even if you dont ride. This carousel is stunning.Every character has fantastic detail and you dont see most of these on any regular carousel in the U.S. A hawk and snowy owl, each in flight.A sea turtle. Lobstahs, a spouting whale, squirrels, foxes. Absolutely stunning. Take the walk, watch the smooth movement and the smiles on the faces. Worth the time.

A true Boston treasure. I would argue that aside from the Red Sox, it is the BEST summer attraction for kids. Have them wear a bathing suit and hike it end to end visiting all the water parks along the way. Ride the carousel, eat at the food trucks, take in all the beautiful art and horticulture. A close walk to the Childrens Museum, Aquarium or Faneul Hall and waterfront.

The place is an oasis in the city. Many segments were decorated with interesting art. Some segments have beautiful flowers. Some segments also have chairs for people to sit down to relax. A very nice space in the middle of a busy city.

This park is very well-maintained and always very clean. Its a nice place to have lunch, especially when the weather is nice. I enjoy the view looking towards the Union Oyster House and the Customs House, its a beautiful look at Downtown Boston.

Great walk beautiful garden

The Rose Kennedy Greenway is perfectly placed in between Bostons Historic North End and Haymarket. There are tables and chairs for the public to enjoy. There are also a couple of rocking benches, an artistic illuminated star design along the pavement and a shooting water fountain. Fun for kids of all ages... Of course, the green way grass area which hosts a variety of crowds, when weather permits. It is a great way to take some rest when sight seeing in Boston.

A wonderful outdoor natural parkway on the harbor near downtown Boston. This is a great place to go for a walk and get outside into nature. Its about a mile-and-a-half of continuous parks with occasional art installations. All in all, a nice place to get outside and go for a walk.

Its a peaceful oasis in the midst of the hustle of the city. Water fountains spring from ground. Kids run around and jump in (carry a towel if you are bringing kids). Sit back on the lush green grass and catch some sun. There are vendors on each side of the Greenway. There food trucks and of course the carousel.

Beautiful place. Would look better with more native plants and less water consuming grass. There are better ground covers.

This is a good place to eat your pastries or relax for a while in the summer!

For a major city area like Boston, Rose Kennedy is a peaceful stroll in the park. Sprinkler water ways for the kids to run through. Benches to sit and absorb the sun. A hop skip & jump from the Boston Harbor. A great place to take a lunch and have a moment to yourself or with friends and or family.

Very nice park! They have a merry-go-round with animals other than horses which I was quite impressed with. The park also is close to the water So its nice for a walk and to spend time with the family.

This area was once I93 but is now a nice little open space and entertaining place. A nice walking are and right by the waterfront.

I loved this place because of all of the cool art and the gardens. But I especially loved stumbiljng upon this group of people playing corn hole, and while they were waiting for their last team to show up they let us play! I loved it and I will never forget it!

Beautiful spot for a picnic!

Great place to enjoy some sunshine while the kids play in the fountains. Grab some takeaway in the North end and sit at one of the tables under an umbrella or pack a picnic and sit on the lawn. Urban outdoor fun!!

Very disappointed that this rose garden is not well maintained. But the Boston common is a must visit!

North End Park is a beautiful park right next to the harbor. Great fountains for kids to play in, and may have to wait quite a while for a swing/seat. Very green, great place to sit and hang out or bring a book

The Greenway is such a lovely place to sit talk and have a nice meal. Definitely a good place to take in Boston and I certainly enjoyed the food trucks!

Beautiful addition of green spaces right in the city. It is a very nice place for a relaxing walk or a sit. There are fountains, a carousel, art, and sometimes market stalls. The whole Greenway is nice, modern, and clean.

I love the greenway. The city of Boston has done a wonderful job with the greenway as well as the board for the greenway. You can take a long walk, shop from local retailers, view films, go to the free little library, and so much more. It is a treat!

Great use of limited urban space, a place people can retreat to if the congestion of downtown Boston becomes unbearable. Its quite neat that there are portions of I-93 directly underneath the park.

Visited right after the aquarium and we loved it. My kids had a awesome time. Is really nothing special, is just a couple benches and water coming out of the floor and thats enough for the kids. What I really loved was the fact that there were people from different echtnic groups and everyone was having a blast watching their kids playing with the other kids. The love and happiness was all over the place.The place is beautiful, lots of green areas. That day two city employees from some department came and set an art station for kids to draw and paint. They gave my kids pins after they drew a picture.Its fun and relaxing. NO BATHROOMS thats the only reason I gave 4 stars out of 5.

This is a great place to relax in a busy city. Appreciate the way this place has been transformed in the last few years. The park boasts many beautiful wildflowers of New England. There are many raised beds with veggies and herbs. Love this place.

This is a really nice area on a weekend. There are vendors selling crafts and things. Grass, benches, and a small water park for kids to play in makes it a nice spot to take a break. Bring a towel for the water park.

Its small but nice park..where can get dining table swings and fountain. Nice view for perfect combination to sit and enjoy meal snacks

Nice area. Kids playing in the splash pad. A nice mix of grass and hard surfaces. I just wish there was a little spot to buy a drink or ice cream on site or across the street.

Splash pad, Green space, shaded sitting areas, and a carousel by the national Park services. Its a great spot when there is not snow!

If you ever go to Boston you will need to visit this place. I suggest that if you go here spend 30 minutes here. You will need to go here at least once.

Always well kept in my experience and a very pleasant place to walk. The water features are quite refreshing in the summer (even just to look at)!

Beautiful waterfront experience.Once the elevated interstate 93, (boy was it ugly… I used to drive around it all the time), now a beautiful open space park with greens, birds, everything.

This park is lovely maintained garden areas. North End Park is a great place to hang out as it had many benches and lunch tables.

100% organically maintained with big lawns and amazing gardens. There are water features for kids, or adults if youre feeling wild. Its right in the center of the action, just a short walk to little Italy, Haymarket, Faneuil hall/ Quincy market, and the freedom trail runs right through the center. If you head south following the park you can be in Chinatown in 15 minutes and see some great gardens, public art, water fountains, pollinator homes, food trucks... The entire Greenway is a great place to go they have over 400 free events every year. Visit their site.

Plenty of places to sit. We ate our cannoli from Mikes Pastries at a table and then kids ayed on the grass afterward. For a busy intersection, it was a pleasant area, close to restaurants and historical locations.
