Note: The Lewis & Harriet Hayden House, a site on the Black Heritage Trail, is a private residence and is not open to the public. from the NPS Web-site. More NPS info, Ranger programs begin at either the Robert Gould Shaw Memorial on Beacon Street, or at the Museum of African American History at 46 Joy Street on Beacon Hill.
