Ive lived here for all my life. Theres some nice people here, some bad, trashy people. Roads have always been in horrible shape and are in desperate need of repaving and some of the trailers have been abandoned for a while and need to be renovated or hauled off. Rent has gone up. Overall maintenance is subpar. This place was better when Mr. Billy owned it.

Prices are good, deposit is better; only thing is that you have to make three times the rent to get a trailer.

Great community to live in! Neighbors are polite, helpful and can talk your ears right of the side of your head! Manager is understanding and gets your problems taken care of in a decent amount of time.

I haven’t been here long, but I highly recommend this place. The lady who runs it, miss Kimberly, has been nothing but helpful and quick to fix any problem I’ve ran into so far which is hard to find in most places to rent.It’s a nice and quiet community not too far from anything you may need.If you’re looking for a nice well maintained mobile home park with a friendly community this is it!

Theres mold in the trailer and cockroaches. No central air and heat.

Very clean place to live I would encourage anybody to live in this trailer park very family-friendly environment

Its not bad for a trailer park. There are definitely worse places to live. But its in a great area.

Typical trailer park on the coast. Placed way to close together and the ppl renting dont care abou their community. Looked trashy in areas

Road are horrible,and ppl use the road as race tracks..so if u need to teach your kids to ride a bike please dont do it here!!!!!!!!!

I wasnt there long, but it was kinda dirty, a lot of trash around, people hollering back and forth between trailers, just felt low rent and even alittle threatening.
