I currently live here, and the maintenance guys are so petty, that after I mowed my lawn, they left an entire foot of unmowed grass because they think its my property. I know my property measurements. But thats how this entire place is ran. Febuary a man stole my rent check out of the night deposit box, its even on camera, and they are making me pay it back. We are the enemies because we rent. I mean, I own my trailer and still pay 400 a month in rent. I take care of everything on my property, and these guys still left a foot of unmowed grass out of pettiness.

I lived here and the maintenance crew does nothing but ride mowers around all day. They never fix anything unless it benefits you. The service I received was horrible. The people here will tell u one thing and do another

Shout out to Mr. Lon for letting my family move in with no down payment. Moved in with my kinfolk back in 2013 and didnt have two wooden nickles to rub together. Mr. Lon seen me keeping up a few lawns and he listened to my story and history was written.

Manager has signs blocking dogs,felons, guns, must be a problematic situation there. Just negative entrance way. Appears to be Gestapo like.
