What is your pet policy? I was turned down because my dog weighed to much. However I got invited to a dinner at 11115 Gorenflo rd. #11. The entire house smelled like cat urine. I understand why. Really 8 cats. Yalls pet policy is terrible. Glad I did not rent from these people.

Tried to rent from them, paid a 700$ deposit and a 200$ pet deposit on a place i wasnt allowed to go into. but had good faith in them. asked when we could move in but was told the place had to be painted and cleaned. i called and kept in touch but they would never tell me a move in date. then Dorathy (the lady i was dealing with) told us one thing, and her boss another. when they did finally call us we were told it would be another 900$ to move in. with 11 days left in the month they would not pro-rate the rent. two days prior to this i had called them with the rent in hand but they couldnt give me a date, so i had to pay on our current apartment. so when they finally did call i asked for them to set it up for the first, and was told we have other people looking to move in there sir. we cant hold it for you. even after i had paid my deposit the boss lady is trying to strong arm me. so i asked for our deposit back and was told we had to wait. worst business skills EVER. do not rent from them. run, run fast.

Great prices but for a bargain comes some down grades on expectation. These are on great properties but.....management is not the nicest and eviction notice comes quick . One day passed rent due youll have a 3 day notice on the door.

The people that work for this company are so rude she yelled at me about my ptsd service animal and wouldent even look at our applications that took us two hours to fill out they are so mean and seem to hate you people and only want to fill there homes with older people that make three times the Rent ...
